Yesterday 1/30/2019 Was A Day Filled With Strawberries? Want To See What I Baked With Strawberries, You'll Be Glad You Did.

2 co-workers will get to try this today, already gave a good sized piece of the cake to the staff in the leasing office where I reside. I truly do enjoy baking and then giving it away for people to be blessed with the fruit of my endeavor baked with love. Aren't the plate designs beautiful that the cake rests upon. I like to think of the plate the cake is being served upon as an accessory to compliment the item being served what do you think? I tend to get a lot of these type of plates at the store Tuesday Morning.

I am trying to enjoy the flavor and nutrition value of the strawberry. I told you that I was is search of a perfect recipe that incorporated strawberries in it. Found it last Sunday and I baked the cake yesterday. I knew I would be baking this cake sometime for I gathered the ingredients needed in advance. See, this is how it works with me...….I truly have to be in the right frame of mind (creative wise speaking) to take on a task like this. I have found that when I try to push it in the not so right frame of mind it does not seem to turn out as well the finished product that is. When I am in the creative mode it seems to flow smoothly and that is exactly what happened yesterday.
I should have had an inkling that it was going to be yesterday to experiment with baking with strawberries. You may say how does she know that. You silly goose, the day started off with me drawing a bath with the scent of strawberry and following up with strawberry scented lotion too. So yesterday 1/30/2019 I designate Strawberry Day on my behalf.
