Aldi's I'm Sorry To Say That I Am Disappointed With The Kitchen Living Pasta Maker
I waited patiently for the pasta maker to get reduced and I checked weekly to see when it would be reduced in price. I saved my Aldi's $10.00 coupon to apply towards the purchase. I tried it out today and I am sorry to say I will be returning it. First of all, the recipe to make the dough needs to be adapted to America's ingredients when it comes to the size eggs to be used. I am not familiar with any grocery store around me that sells small eggs. Thank God there is a local farmer that sells brown eggs. I had to go through several egg cartons to find one that had eggs that were close to fitting the description of a small egg. I used the two small eggs and I think it was too much for the first batch of dough. I thought I would try a second batch to see if it was any easier to use and it was not. I did find a very large egg in the brown eggs and used one and I also added some garlic salt to the dough. That batch of dough seemed to come out more smooth then the first batch.
You have to open the lid at times if you are changing the disc for making a different pasta shape. It is very hard to maneuver to get the lid off. That needs to be re-worked to correct that. Then it tells you to soak the pasta extruding discs in warm water before using. I now know why that is. Once you use the disc the pasta that is stuck in the grooves of the disc does not come out. I tried running them under very hot water, nothing came out. I then tried soaking them in hot water, nothing came out also.
I do not know how one is to get the used pasta out of the disc when cleaning it. Then, cleaning the machine is not that easy also. I tried my very best to make the best of this pasta maker but it is not an easy appliance to use or to clean up.
My idea was to start making fresh pasta and freezing it like the directions said and then my family/friends were going to get an extra Christmas gift of homemade pasta. Not going to happen this year. Aldi please try to improve upon this machine and make it happen for someone else.
I do love my memory foam chair pad I purchased the other day. I found a great double walled travel mug for only $0.79 and it works just fine. I also found a great little size pack of post-it notes for only $1.99 too.

Prophetic Artwork Along With The Prophetic Interpretation 10/7/15-10/8/15
Hello there, I was at church on 10/7/15 and this church has incredible worship there, they truly do. It is important to not only attend a church that teaches the true word of God but coupled with worship from the heart is a great winning combination. At the end of the service I felt Holy Spirit nudge me to draw. I drew with a pen that I had. I then went up to a person in the church that paints prophetic paintings to show it to them. They encouraged me to trust God He will follow through with the interpretation.
I went home and began to color in the picture with the colors Holy Spirit nudged me to use. It was early the next morning when I received the interpretation. Basically, the picture detects that there are many avenues for the gospel message to get out to people. If you notice in the picture all the designs are going in an outward direction, except for one that is an inward direction. That is the avenue to seeing the wonders of God before your very eyes.

"Sound the alarm for I come soon-people play around and think that it is OK to dabble in sin-it is not and if you are in the act of sin at My arrival all hell will have to be paid in your life. I am a loving and a just God saith the Lord of Hosts. I bless the people but sin shuts my eyes upon you. I seek out those that walk in righteousness and have fear of the Lord. Are you willing to move forward no matter what the cost it may bring to your life? My blessings of abundance and peace are there for you-do not seek the ways of the world-seek Me for time is at hand and I come soon to come and claim My people that humble themselves and seek My face. When the world sees dark I see light for My people radiate a bright light that shines far more great than the darkness around. A light that penetrates the darkness. Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all things shall be added unto you saith the Lord. As the picture shows, there are many avenues to speak forth the word of God. Be silent no more for the thief comes to steal, kill and destroy-I come and I bring life, a more abundant life. Choose life this day and see the wonders of God before your very eyes saith the Lord of Hosts."

Aldi's Has An Electric Pressure Cooker For $39.99 In This Weeks Ad.
I shared with you how much I enjoy trying recipe's with my electric pressure cooker. I did not get mine for this incredible price, I paid a little bit more than this price. This is a steamer, rice cooker, slow cooker and electric pressure cooker all in one. I highly recommend trying this at this price point. I purchased their name brand once before, it was an iron that was at a reduced price. It lasted a couple of years. It may have lasted longer if it had a few less drops to the floor. That was not the iron's fault it was the person using the iron that that happened. Hey things happen in life. We are not perfect. That is why I am most grateful that Jesus came into my life to take away my sin and live in my heart.
It truly is an exciting walk in life when Jesus enters your heart and you allow Him to show you what the plans are that He has for your life. Not only that, He will guide you through the Holy Spirt as to how to fulfill those very plans. Can you tell that I love Jesus? I use to be a person that had anger and I use to use swear words also. When Jesus came into my heart He took those ugly things away from me and I have not done that for a very long time now. What is it in your life that is holding you back and you would like to be delivered from? Search your heart and you know what it is or it may be a few things like I had to deal with. Now is a great time to be set free from those ugly burdens that seem to weigh you down, are you ready to get rid of them? Great, this is what you do...repeat this simple prayer after me and you will not only be set free but you will also be born again and your name will be written in the Lamb's Book of Life. What is that you may ask. There is a book of all the names of those in heaven that gave their heart/life to Jesus and when it is your time to take your last breath here on earth there are only 2 places you will spend eternity, Heaven or hell. If you choose to not accept Jesus into your heart while you are alive on earth then you will not spend ALL of eternity in heaven. The alternative, final demise for ALL eternity will be hell. Why would you want to spend forever in a wicked place where there is torture and a burning of your flesh constantly. Pain that never ends in the lake of fire. The flip side is spending forever in the loving presence of God and being able to converse with all the saints that have gone before us. Sharing their stories along with the great testimony of your very own life with them. Peace, love, no lying, stealing and just plain ugliness you will not find in heaven. I think the choice is pretty clear and simple. Repeat after me if you should feel this stirring within your heart " Lord Jesus I am a sinner, forgive me of my sins, all of my sins both those that I do remember and even those that do not come to my mind at this very moment in time. Thank you that You came to earth as a baby born of the Virgin Mary, you lived on this earth. You healed the sick, you cast out demons, you raised the dead to life and performed many miracles too numerous to list them all in the bible. You did the ultimate sacrifice of all, You left the splendors of heaven and being with your Father to come to this sin sick world in which we live in to take my sins away from me. Thank you. You chose to die on a cross through the crucifixion which is a very painful method of death. I believe that You rose form the dead 3 days later and You are alive. You are not buried in some tomb somewhere but You are alive. Come into my heart and be the Lord of my life. Change me, renew me and fill me with Your presence. Holy Spirit I give you access and freedom to guide me into all that you have for my life. Oh Holy Spirit beloved of my soul, I adore You. Enlighten me, guide me, strengthen me, console me. Tell me what to do...give me Your orders. I promise to submit myself to all that You desire of me and to accept all that You permit to happen to me. Let me know only Your will. Amen"
Welcome to the family of God!!! Now, it is important that you let someone know that you invited Jesus into your heart. Another important piece of advice, you truly need to let Holy Spirit guide you to a church that teaches the true, uncompromised word of God. Be cautious for there are churches out there amongst us that are teaching the "user friendly" word of God and not the true word of God. If you allow Holy Spirit to guide you He will guide you to the church that is true and not a false teaching church. Life with Jesus in your heart is exciting. He never embarrasses you when He guides you. He will even hand feed you (so to speak) words when you minister to others
I think I may look for a recipe for a soup made in the electric pressure cooker. Have fun with your electric pressure cooker, exploring the wonders of this great invention.

Lexus I Am Glad To See You Going Back To More "Lexus Type" Of Advertisement
I was pleasantly surprised to see some recent billboard advertisement for Lexus. I do not know what happened to your advertisement months ago. I think taking the aggressive style in a negative way was not good for your company. Remember, Lexus sells itself on great performance and a most comfortable riding vehicle. Why would you try to change that in regard to advertisement. You are the top why stray from that, your great performing cars sell themselves.

I Highly Recommend The Purchase Of An Electric Pressure Cooker.
I like to keep up with things on the market that people are talking about. Months ago the electric pressure cooker caught my attention. I am very frugal and will not pay what they are asking for the price of one. So, I research and continue to search for one at a good price point. Bingo, I found one. There is a store that purchases buyouts and overflow of other stores. I was at the right place at the right time and I purchased one. The one I purchased is a slow cooker, rice cooker and electric pressure cooker all in one. I am not one to deal with the method of slow cooking. It is great in theory but not practical for my personality. I have not used the rice cooker method yet. You must know that I am a skeptic at first until I use the product and convince myself it really does work and it works well too. I keep thinking of different things to cook in it, each time I am pleasantly surprised.
I attempted as my very first try to make a pot roast. It was delicious. I think I am amazed each time the dish is done and how it really does infuse the flavor while cooking. I like the feature that mine has a browning function. You can do everything in one pot. Pot roast, the meat was tender in 45 minutes and then I added potatoes, carrots and celery for another 13 minutes and it was done. I did make a gravy out the the liquid that the meal cooked in, I was able to make that in the same pot too. What I did was turn on the browning feature and made it that way once I took the meat, etc out of the pot. After I made the gravy I then added the other items back into the pot. I thought to myself OK this just may . I then branched out and tried making a whole chicken. The meat actually falls off the bones. I tried that twice. I was then onto my next trial, pulled pork. I search for recipes as a guide and then I adjust. I have a great dry rub for pulled pork so I used that and then I browned all sides of the meat first. I also made homemade BBQ sauce to add at the end of the cooking time. I used a bone in piece of meat so I think it took a little longer to cook than if it was boneless. I removed the meat and shredded it with a fork and set it aside. The recipe called for one to reserve 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid and I disposed of the rest. You then take the cooking liquid reserve and the BBQ sauce along with the shredded meat and then cook it on low pressure for only a few minutes. It was delicious, it truly was. I was curious for I always hear that mashed potatoes are suppose to be wonderful when cooked in a pressure cooker. Well, that is true. I placed the potatoes with the water and a little bit of salt in the pressure cooker. I also added a chopped clove of garlic. Once the potatoes are cooked and you drain the water you then continue to mash them and season with butter and milk and they are done. Remember I told you I am a skeptic until proven to be true? Well, this convinced me. To actually taste the flavor of the potato and not have to doctor up the flavor of mashed potatoes because all the flavor is boiled out of them impressed me. From what I understand, making cheesecakes are suppose to be wonderful when made using the pressure cooker. I am frugal and do not want to pay a lot of money for a cook book for electric pressure cooker recipes. May I suggest there is a plethora of recipes when you search for them via the internet.

I Recently Viewed The Movie, "90 MInutes In Heaven..." Although It Was Uplifting In General, There Was An Area In Which They Could Have Expounded Upon In A Greater Way...
I recently went to view the new movie, "90 Minutes in Heaven." In general it was an uplifting movie. I feel the title itself would provoke one to see the movie if one is in search of knowing a bit more about what it is like in heaven. Do you not agree? I was at a church where the author of the book shared his testimony a few years ago. It is an uplifting testimony that brings great glory to God and shows the true power of prayer.
I was so encouraged when the person that was detained due to the accident felt the prompting of Holy Spirit to go and pray for the man that was in the accident even though he was told he was dead. He had great faith and prayed anyway. God bless the person in authority that allowed him to pray for him. That man followed proper order. He felt the unction of Holy Spirit to pray, then he sought out the permission of those in authority to move forward in prayer. When Holy Spirit prompts you He always makes a way for it to be fulfilled. You have to learn to step out in faith when you hear Him beckoning you and gently prompting you to step out in faith. He is forever faithful. I can honestly say that when He beckons He always provides the words to speak, the tools to utilize and the faith that rises up within you to step out into action. Where God guides He provides. Amen.
Now, back to the movie...I believe they dwelt too much on the pain of the main character and something was missing in the telling of this story. The title leads one to believe that the story would encourage one about the glory and splendor of heaven right? Well, let me tell you that there is very little mention of the actual experience and what took place when he did go to heaven, Why??? I understand that the man was brought back to earth and had to leave the splendor of heaven to share his story to encourage others. Why was there so little mention of what actually took place in heaven? If I were the writer of this movie I would have definitely given this subject matter a little more screen play than what was actually shown. They show you a little bit of it at the end of the movie. I am guessing it was done that way to keep people in their seats to have them not leave the theatre early without finding out what happens. Could it be that the hook is the title to keep one wondering throughout the movie, "When are they going to talk about what actually happened in heaven?" Another thought about this subject...maybe the author of the book wanted the story to be told like it was told on screen or the flip side is that he wanted more mention of the heaven experience and the director or screen play writer wanted to go in another direction. I do not know the answer to that question. All I know is that I was expecting more sharing in the movie of that experience. I am not judging this movie in the direction it chose to take for if it was the leading of Holy Spirit then He knows what the people need to see and hear when they go to see this movie right. I was blessed with seeing this movie and I will just leave it at that.

Jesus Is Coming Soon Are You Ready Or Not?
People you need to wake up and look at the times and occurrences all around you. The signs all seem to point toward the eminent return of Jesus, to come and claim His people. Are you ready or not? Remember, eternity is a very long time and it does not end. Whatever you select while you are here on earth will be the place you will live for all eternity, eternity without end. Do you want to live in pain, suffering and within the flames of a burning fire forever? The other option to you is to call upon the name of Jesus and live with Him in the splendors of heaven for all of eternity. Imagine this, no liars, sinners, stealing, cheating and the list can go on and on live in heaven.
Let me clarify this though, at one time or another those were the type of people they were prior to asking Jesus to forgive their sins and to come into their heart to be their Lord and Savior. It is a free gift given to you all you have to do is ask. It is a gift that one steps out in faith to receive. Do you believe that Jesus was born of the virgin Mary, He lived on planet earth for a duration of time and then was crucified on a cross and died. The greatest part of this story is that He rose from the dead 3 days later. He is alive and alive in those that ask Him to be in their heart. It is so simple, all you have to do is ask Jesus to cover your sins with the blood He shed for you on that cross and to forgive those sins. Then invite Him to come into your heart, He will do that. Then thank Him for the beautiful gift of eternal freedom in heaven that He gave to you. Live right and ask Hm to change the old ways you use to live and He will. At one point in my life I had anger in my heart and I use to swear, use curse words. He miraculously took that away from me. He is a loving God that loves people and wants to bless them. It is OK to walk in the blessings of God He so graciously bestows upon His people. Enjoy your new freedom with Jesus. One day soon we will all be singing praises in heaven before God and looking into the eyes of Jesus with love so overwhelming.

I Tried Twice Now "There Are 2 Kinds..." This Is What Happened...
Well, I asked Holy Spirit to give me opportunities to try out the evangelism I recently learned through The Hunter's booklet. Both times I waited for Holy Spirit nudge to witness and both times the response was that the individuals were both already saved. I then shared with each one how I learned of this and shared the easy way to evangelize. I explained to them that I took an evangelism class years ago and it was a great chore to memorize all that I had to memorize in order to evangelize. I am so amazed at how I learned of this evangelism plan that frees one up to do just that. To evangelize without forgetting and making yourself remember everything learned/memorized to do it in the manner being taught.
That has taken a great burden off of me and Holy Spirit directs the opportunity for you without extra worry if you covered all the steps of evangelizing. Thank you Holy Spirit for giving this end time plan of salvation to The Hunter's and thank you for prompting them to write the booklet. Thank you for the ministry that continues to share these tools and then thank you for placing them on sale for me to be able to attain. You are awesome Holy Spirit. I thank you for being a great part of my life and Hallelujah to The Lamb of God that chose to be slain on the cross and rose from the dead 3 days later so I may live in heaven for all eternity, all because I accepted the free gift of eternity. Come quickly Lord Jesus, come quickly to come and claim Your people.

I Finished Reading 2 More Books By Charles & Frances Hunter. Do You Think I Enjoy Reading?
I completed reading two more books by the Hunter's. "Watch Out The Devil Wants Your Mind," and "How To Receive and Minister the Baptism of the Holy Spirit." There is so much wealth of knowledge tucked away in these books. I was pleasantly surprised today when I was reviewing a book I have referred to many times for a particular prayer.I decided to breeze through other parts of the book and sure enough, Frances & Charles Hunter are made mention. The authors made reference of them under "resources" from "Handbook for Healing" by Charles and Frances Hunter. Isn't God grand and how Holy Spirit orchestrates the steps in your life along with healing through Jesus.

Do You Know There Are Two Kinds Of Fabulous People That View this Blog? Yes! Those Who Are Saved And Those Who Are About To Be! Which One Are You?
If your answer is anything other than "I'm saved" then repeat this after me: "Father forgive my sins. Jesus come into my heart. Make me the kind of person You want me to be. Thank you for saving me." Now, where is Jesus right now? If you answered, "In my heart." Congratulations on being a child of God! If your answer is anything other than, "In my heart," then repeat the prayer I just shared with you.
I read about this simple way to share Jesus with others and then I received a small booklet that talks about this more in detail. It is very simple to share Jesus with others, the message is not complicated. If you would also like to learn more about this then I recommend getting the booklet, "There Are Two Kinds Of..." by Charles and Frances Hunter.

Another Aldi Update. They Did Not Contact Me. I Found Out That They Don't Contact The Consumer.
Well, days went by and I did not hear from the supplier like I was told I would. I then contacted the main office again and this time I was told that the information I received was not correct information from my first call. I will not receive a call or correspondence from the supplier. Oh well, I was told that they are not trying to deceive the consumer when they change the packaging with less ounces of product. It was explained that they try to keep up with the competitors and what they offer the consumer. I still think it is deceptive that they change the product amount and do not decrease the price to accommodate for the lack of product in the new package. These are just my thoughts on the subject. There are far more great things I do like about Aldi's and I do not want to let this stop me from having a great shopping experience with them.

An Update On My Aldi's Concern.
Well, I was able to speak with someone in Customer Service today. I found out that the phones were down for a few hours when I tried to contact them, due to construction. I will keep you posted on any update. I am suppose to be contacted by the supplier within 7 business days in regard to my concern of new packaging, same price but less ounces in the package. I was glad to see that there was someone willing to listen to my concern and connect me with someone that can address this concern. Thank you Aldi's.

Be Cautious When Shopping At Aldi's. I Found Them To Change Packaging. The New Package Is 2 Ounces Less Then Previous Packaging & You Still Pay The Same Cost As The Prior Package. Is That Deceptive Or A Slick Marketing Plan?
A few weeks ago I was at Aldi's shopping. I noticed the Vegetable Chips that I purchase on occasion had two different packages. I thought to myself, they are changing the packaging and it looked smaller to me. Upon further looking at the two packages I discovered the old package was 2 ounces larger than the new packaging. The same price for less product. Of course, I selected the old package product. I thought nothing of it until I went to purchase some the other day. They no longer have the old and now you can only purchase the new one at the same price one paid for the larger size product. I do not know about you but I think that is deceptive. I searched for the corporate office phone number and each time I called it is a busy signal.
They take pride in keeping costs down and you will see their advertisement on the side of their trucks.
This is what their new ad should state...
"Aldi's Truth # 1 We are good at letting you think you are saving money, but the truth is we are deceiving you. New packaging, our way to charge you the same cost for less product."
If you choose to sell less product then reduce the price to accommodate it. Do not go on deceiving the public with your advertising about how you keep costs down. Be truthful so the general public can expect the truth and then they can decide if they want to continue shopping at Aldi's.
Please note that Aldi's does pass on savings on certain items. I guess I would not be writing this blog today if they did not do this to a product I did buy. What about the cost of almonds? Why are they at such a high price point now no matter where you seem to go?

Quit Hating Each Other And Love God.
Why do I see more and more increase in man hating man in this world. Did not Jesus die for you and me so we can be set free not only on this earth but to be in heaven for all eternity? Why is there so much hatred in this world? It is as though there are outside forces trying to incite this hatred among the brethren. So many confess to be a Christian but by their actions it appears to be anything less than that, why is that? Could it be that we are right on the verge of Jesus coming to claim His people? I do not ever recall so much hatred in the hearts of man than I am seeing daily.
When I lived in a northern state and a southern state I attended churches that were multi-cultural and multi-racial and I never looked at the people as culture/color they were people that loved Jesus and that was it. Both of these churches were also non-denominational. Is not that amazing that Holy Spirit can bring together people from different religions in which they were raised and worship together as one body? That is so God. The religious chains are broken off the people and they are set free to worship Jesus as one body, the body of Christ.
Do you not see a person through the eyes of Jesus? You should, for in heaven there is not going to be discrimination of any sort. The people in heaven are those that called upon the name of Jesus to be saved and invited Him into their hearts to live so they can be set free forever. Pack up your views and thoughts on any sort of discrimination and be set free. Start looking at people through the eyes of Jesus and you will see things much more clear and you will find the hardness of your heart softening. Life is too short to count your days thinking about injustices done to you and turn it around and start counting the blessings that are in your life. Do not take for granted your blessing for the very blessing you take for granted is a prayer by someone else. Think about this gentle thought, are you thankful that you can breathe today? Somewhere out there is someone that is praying that they could breathe on their own without a ventilator or oxygen tank strapped to them wherever they go.
Maybe revival needs to come in a strong way to this country so the hearts of man can be changed.

Never Take Your Blessings For Granted, For What You Take For Granted Others May Be Praying For.
Did you wake up today? If you did it is another day for you to rejoice in and be glad that you have another day to live your life. There are others that may be on the verge of taking their last breath and may not see another tomorrow. Imagine taking that for granted. You think to yourself silently oh just another day to get up and go to work and then go and do it all over again. If you knew you only had today to live would you have that same attitude? I bet you would not and you would make the most of that very day.
Sometimes the regular mundane chores we do throughout the day may cause us to not see the joy in doing them. For example, going to the grocery store...you have a list and you begin to gather your items and you see an elderly person trying to struggle to reach for an item. Do not let that opportunity to help them pass you by because of your busy schedule. It will only take a moment of your time to act kindly toward them. Remember, you will be elderly one day and you would appreciate the kindness of another helping you out right? I hope your answer to that is that you would appreciate it.
It only takes a few minutes more if you allow someone to go ahead of you in line at the store also. As I shop, sometimes I remember the days when my children were young and they were with me at the store. Sometimes I chuckle to myself (now) when I see a child trying to sneak into the grocery cart a snack or candy they like. Or the never ending response of "Why can't I get that now?" when being told they cannot get that item today. At the time when my children were young it seemed like the never ending chore of going to the store with them. Now, they are grown up and I find myself wishing they were with me when I went to the store because they grew up in the twinkle of an eye it seems to be. They are little one day and you find yourself cleaning up finger prints off of the windows and the next turn it seems like they are all grown up.
As parents were learn things a bit late to put into practice while they are still young. I guess that is so we can then enjoy children again if God blesses your children with children and then you can put your new practices into effect with the grandchildren or even great grandchildren one day. Now, looking back, was it really that important that when I vacuumed the carpeting that the pretty vacuum patterns I would make were discombobulated with the foot prints of children? Thinking to yourself I made the carpet look so nice and in a matter of time it no longer had that look. That is really not so important in the window of space we have our children living with us when they are young is it? It is when one gets older and wiser they begin to contemplate on things like that, what they know now and discovered to be real value and only had the insight back then. Wow, I guess we all go through that from one extent to another.
It is important to clean the house, cook dinner and get all the chores completed. Take time out to enjoy the day. The finger prints on the windows will be there tomorrow and may have a few more added to the window by then, that is OK. Let it go to spend that moment in time sharing a story or reading a book or going to the park. Capture the moments in time God gives to you now so you will not regret being too busy while the children are young looking back on how you would have changed it.
I make mention of something so simple as spending time with grandchildren one day or even great grandchildren. Did you stop to think that there may be someone out there that never had children and wanted children and prayed that they had them? See what I am saying? What we may take for granted may be a heart felt prayer cried out to God. Enjoy your day and look for those golden opportunities to shed a little kindness on others throughout your day. You may think to yourself why me? my question back to you is why not?

I Recently Saw The Movie, "The Four Blood Moons."
I was watching a Christian Television Network the other day and they made mention that the movie, "The Four Blood Moons" did well in the theatre's the one day it was playing. It was now going to play for just one more day and that was April 9, 2015. I decided to go to the showing that day. I was shocked at the price of the movie ticket when I purchased it. I inquired of the manager why it was so expensive. The regular evening ticket price was $1.50 less than what was being charged to view this movie. I believe it was due to it being a special event/showing in the theatre. I do not mind giving to a good cause and I do believe that the intention was for a good cause.
Onto the movie review. The fault I have with this movie is that there was too much chatter/talking amongst the panel of guests that spoke in the movie itself. In my opinion, I believe they should have shared more examples/stories of that nature and less talking amongst the panel. I did not feel that I had more knowledge leaving the theatre from viewing this movie. I felt like I was not further ahead knowledge wise after viewing this movie. The examples and stories told spoke louder then the individual men on the panel speaking and sharing their information. To be quite honest with you, there were several times I found myself dosing off and then nudging myself to keep me awake in the theatre. I know this movie may be there for someone that did not know anything prior to seeing this movie and that is fine. I also want to share with you that maybe I was a little tired seeing the movie in the evening when I am use to seeing movies at matinee times. If you feel led to see this movie do not allow my review of the movie stop you from seeing it, follow the leading of Holy Spirit and that is the best place to be.

I Recently Completed Reading Another Charles & Frances Hunter Book. I Highly Recommend Reading "The Angel Book Personal Encounters With God's Messengers."
I just completed reading this book. I highly recommend reading this book. It is refreshing and lifts your mood. It encourages us that God's angels are out there doing work. Not just sitting around on fluffy clouds in the sky like so many ideas have portrayed them in that likeness. Have you ever been in a tight situation or a moment of impending danger in your life? You know inside yourself that you were about to be doomed but it was by the grace of God, His protection, and the action of angels that came to your rescue. Think back in your life and you will discover that if it were not for the angels that came to your rescue you may not have survived. So many time I quietly thank the angels assigned to me for helping me through my day. On days when I know I have a lot to get done for the day I ask in my prayer time for my angels to help me get through all I need to accomplish that day and when the close of the day comes guess what? All my chores were completed and I silently thank my angels for their help.
If you want to be encouraged or read about stories of this kind then I highly recommend getting this book and reading it. You will feel refreshed and even learn when reading this book. Read the chapter entitled, Entertaining Angels Unaware, you will be glad that you did.

Have Courage And Be Kind, Who Gave This Advice? If You Have Been To The Movies Recently You Would Know This Answer.
I recently went to the movies to see the new "Cinderella" movie. These words were given to Ella (her name prior to the name the stepsister's gave to her as Cinderella.) by her parents. Throughout the movie she would make reference to them. At one point she lacks the faith to believe them and that was the time the fairy godmother shows up. If you have read the fairy tale or even seen a cartoon or movie of Cinderella you know the story of the happy ending.
I want to share with you that it seems to be all the rage that people are talking about the blue ball gown she wore in the movie and I even heard a person speak of how they liked the pink dress in the movie. In my opinion, the dress that should get all the attention is the beautiful, yet simply elegant wedding dress she wears. Such a picture of flowing elegance and femininity. Why did they not show that gown more in the movie than the other two dresses? Maybe it was planned like that? One would catch that moment of whisping elegance to cause one to wonder a bit about that beautiful dress and seek it out after the movie concluded. Of all the dresses in the movie, that was the one that was stunning. I predict that brides will be seeking out that dress to wear on their wedding day. What do you think about that?

Another Book To Review by Charles & Frances Hunter, "Supernatural Horizons From Glory To Glory."
Well, another book I just finished reading. I highly recommend this book to you. It is filled with so much wonderment and used as a tool to build your faith. I recommend this book not only for the purpose of learning and growing in your faith, but for a few pages you must read in the book. When I read pages 187-189 it touched my heart tremendously and caused me to have tears filled with love how Jesus sees us. It touched me so much so that I book marked it as I continued reading the rest of the book. I just finished reading the book and the last thing I did after completing reading the book was to re-read those pages over again. Again, tears of love filled my eyes. Jesus loves you, He truly does and it is worth the purchase of this book just to read these tender words on the pages I mentioned above. Onto another book now. Did I mention how I love reading? I do but I am selective of what I read. Books on ministry just stir my soul to want to learn more and more and more and then step out in faith to take it into action. Not just any ministry books, they must be books connected with the gift and calling connected to my life that God placed within me and upon me.

I Have Reviewed A Few Books By Charles & Frances Hunter, I Thought You May Enjoy Seeing Them Minister. Found These On YouTube.
An acquaintance of mine at work was sharing with me that there are videos on YouTube to watch of the Hunter's. This is just a sampling of what is available if you search for them there. I thought you may enjoy getting to know them and their ministry if you ever read any of their books. If you never read any of their books and you find yourself being curious then take a look at this. You know healing was not just for the times of the Bible, healing is alive and operating now also. It is not us who heals it is Jesus healing through those that are called and believe.

Do You Enjoy The Taste Of Mint? If So, Here Are A Few Suggestions Of How To Savor The Minty Flavor.
I enjoy the taste of mint. For some reason I tend to enjoy it more in the Winter months then I do the warmer months of the year. I wonder why that is? There are not a bunch of suggestions of products to try but let me share with you a few. Try them and you may become a fan. If you prefer coffee or tea I have two suggestions. "Brew la la Coffee" offers a Candy Cane flavor. When you open up the coffee it has a nice aroma of mint. It is regular coffee so when I make it I mix it with decaffeinated coffee. A flavor that compliment the mint flavor. I purchased this at TJ Maxx. I purchased at either Ross Dress for Less, TJ Maxx or Marshall's, Bentley's Minty Mint Green Tea. It has a great flavor but the down side is each tea bag has a small staple that connects the tag to the bag of tea which prevents one from placing it into the water that goes into the microwave to boil. Carrington Tea makes a Peppermint tea that you can purchase at WalMart, the down side is that it does not have that precision of taste like Bentley's. It is OK if you want a cup of mint tea but it has a distinct after taste which I do not particularly care for. The plus side to this tea is there is no string and tag to deal with.
Onto other mint treats, I discovered at WalMart the other day that there is a Limited Edition of Mint Cocoa flavor of Snack Pack puddings. I was pleasantly surprised at the nice mint flavor in the pudding. Why do I like Snack Pack Pudding? On Occasion one may have a taste for something sweet but may not want to overindulge in it and I find this size is just enough. The packaging is also cute in this item. It is a friendly looking snowman holding a cup of cocoa with a green hat and scarf, wearing mittens and I like the fact that the snowman has a great big smile on their face. If you prefer a good yet intense flavor of mint I would suggest the snack size 3 Musketeers Mint with Dark Chocolate unwrapped bites. You can purchase them at Walgreen's. The package is a sharing size and it offers two servings. If you really like the flavor of mint then I would search out Russell Stover's Mint Dream candy. They are individually wrapped. They can tend to be a bit messy when you bite into it, some of the mint filling may come out. So be careful in the way you bite into it.
I would not recommend Dove Chocolates Dark Chocolate Mint Swirl candy for you taste more of the chocolate flavor over the minty flavor. It is not bad though if you are enjoying a cup of mint tea or coffee and let the piece of candy melt in your mouth while enjoying the coffee or tea. If you are looking for a great mint taste to pop out at you this is not the choice for that.
May you enjoy your day in the search of minty treats.
A side note...I grew fresh mint and spearmint a few times but I do not like the flavor and how to infuse it into something. From what I understand it is OK to grow it in a planter but it you grow it in the ground I think it just starts growing wild and spreads so take caution as to where you plant it if planting in a garden in the ground and not a planter.

St Patrick's Day Is Right Around The Corner. Here Is A Great "Reuben Dip" Recipe I Thought You May Enjoy Trying. It Is Very Good.
I have made this warm dip several times now and each time I make it people enjoy it. That being the case, I share it with you today. The traditional way to serve it would be with cocktail rye bread but I find it to be a bit dry tasting so I opt to serve it with Triscuit Caraway Seed Crackers or Snyder's makes a Pumpernickel Onion pretzel twists. A secret to this recipe is that I make my own corned beef. I have used Boars Head corned beef before and it turns out OK but it seems to taste so much better if you use corned beef that you cooked. I also enjoy getting a brick of Swiss cheese and grating it myself. I combine grating it fine shred and regular shred together.
REUBEN DIP
1 cup sauerkraut drained
1-8 oz. cream cheese softened
6 oz.-8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese (adapt it to your liking the original recipe called for 6 oz but I have used 8 oz.also)
6 oz. diced corned beef (if I have more than 6 oz. I add it, you can never have enough corned beef right) make sure it is in equal proportion though
2 T. thousand island dressing
Drain & rinse sauerkraut (I do not rinse the sauerkraut for I like the tangy taste of it.)
Mix with cream cheese & Swiss cheese. Add diced corned beef and thousand island dressing . Cover and heat on low until cheeses are melted, stirring occasionally to blend all the ingredients. Serve warm with crackers or cocktail rye. If there is any left over refrigerate it and it is fine if you re-heat it in the microwave for another time.

What Do You Think About Churches That Do Not Extend An Invitation For Salvation Through Jesus Each Time They Gather For A Church Service?
I struggle with this concept when it does not happen at churches. I guess I am old fashioned when it comes to this concept. I was taught that anytime there is a church gathering and the people gather together, an opportunity should be extended to those there to invite Jesus into their heart. We do not know what brings a person or people to a particular church service that particular day. Maybe they were down and out, about to commit suicide, seeking some ray of hope for their life...and the list could go on and on. They felt the leading to enter a church service to find hope, consolation, peace and a word of encouragement in their very time of need. They enter and the worship is grand, and the word of God is being preached from the bible (and not some watered down version of it either.) You would think everything is fine except...they do not offer an invitation for those there to accept Jesus into their heart. I have heard others say that if one needs prayer there is always someone at the altar after the service to pray with you. I have even heard others say that the saints are also to be leading people to Jesus in their lives too. I agree, there is a responsibility of those that are believers in Jesus to share their testimony with others and the living gospel of their life with Jesus too. It is wise to be a soul winner. Yes, it is important to have people at the altar and throughout the church building that are there to pray with those that need prayer.
How does one know what salvation is if they were never trained on that subject and even knew what that meant? That is when I feel it is imperative to offer an opportunity to everyone each time the church is open. How would you feel if a relative of yours or even a close friend/acquaintance was about to end their life. They were at church but no one told them about Jesus and how He could save/change their life? Would you not feel defeated in knowing that their entire life could have changed around with a simple altar call sometime during the service. You may have been attending a grand celebration of some sort in their life as opposed to a funeral service. Life is too short for us to ignore those around us that need to know about Jesus. Are you sharing what He has done in your life with others? Do you follow through when Holy Spirit gives you that gentle nudge to share with others when He does? If you do that is great and I commend you for those appointments with destiny that you chose to follow through with. We tend to miss the mark at times also. In those moments ask for forgiveness and pick yourself up and onward/upward to the next opportunity.
God uses those that are willing to heed His leading to reach His people. Remember, God created (and continues to create) all and what He creates is beautiful.
When He creates we are created in His very image and how could anything be ugly that He creates? It cannot be, so when you come across someone that is not acting lovely consider this..there may be a great deal of hurt in their life. They use that to mask the hurt inside of them. Ask Holy Spirit to show you through His eyes what He sees in that person. If you do that you will be pleasantly surprised to see them in a different light and compassion will well up inside of you. Jesus was moved with compassion for so many and He reached out to them to heal them and touch their very life. He came to the world as a baby through the virgin birth of Mary. Holy Spirit planted the seed of life into her womb.He grew up and walked the earth with people and operated in miracles. He chose to die a painful death via crucifixion on a cross to allow you to be saved from damnation in hell for all of eternity. He was so disfigured from beatings that one could not even recognize him and that was prior to the nailing of his body on the cross and death. There is a happy, hopeful finish of this story. Three days later he rose form the dead and He is alive today. One day He will come back to claim His people and until then we are to be busy sharing the gospel message with others and telling of the wonderful things Jesus has done in your life with others. If you were given an abundance of fresh fruit and you knew you could only consume so much of it is a short period of time before it became rotten, would you hoard it all and let it rot and throw it away? Would you find others to share it with so they could enjoy the sweet flavor and nourishment of the fruit before it rotted?
If you believe that Jesus came to the earth, died on the cross and three days later rose from the dead then you are on the road to freedom. Believing this in your heart is a great start. Now it is time to confess it with your lips. If you feel the time is right in your life right now then repeat after me this simple yet profound prayer.
"Jesus, I am a sinner. Please forgive my sins. I believe that You came to earth as a baby, You walked this earth and reached out to others. You died on the cross and three days later You rose from the dead. I am so thankful that you are not dead but ALIVE. I ask You into my heart to forgive me and change my life from this moment forward. I will walk with You and show me the ways of living a life with You. Thank you from saving me from eternal damnation and one day we will be together forever in heaven. I will give my entire life to You, I trust You, I believe You. I know that You will never leave me or forsake me like others may have done in my life. Thank you for this very moment in my life. In Jesus name I pray this. Amen."

Today It Is 2 For 1. I Will Review A Book & A Movie I Recently Went To See.
I completed another book by Charles & Frances Hunter and I went to see the Christian film that was released a few days ago, "Old Fashioned." Before I continue on I would love to share with you that when I read books that Charles & Frances write together they place a double heart where the word "and (&)" would be on the cover of the book. That sentiment is endearing to me, does that not show a bit of their love for each other? I do believe so, for I am a romantic at heart and I just love catching little things like this that show others of their love for each other. They are not ashamed of professing their love for each other. Does that not touch your heart? Let me think out loud for a moment...if one loves someone and they share that love out of the love they have for each other, without even really trying to or doing it for this purpose it actually slips onto others out there observing this genuine love. It is not only a relationship filled with love but it now becomes a witness to others to encourage them and build them up in their relationships. I love that concept. So, if you truly love someone and you are not doing anything other than loving them to the fullest in your relationship, others may be observing you. Not in a bad way, oh no, a way that may encourage them to be a little more kinder and considerate in their own marriage. Maybe even take a moment or two to hold hands again, to talk sweetly to each other, to remind yourself why you were drawn to each other in the first place. Let's take it a step further OK...when God draws a couple together it can only be through His working through Jesus and Holy Spirit. It is what couples should strive for in their lives. Not their own will to be done in their life but the divine will of God for your life. Do not settle for anything less than that in your life, for what God brings together no man can separate. In the same respect, if God did not bring forth a person in your life and you stepped out in your own will and not with God opening the door then the results will be different. God will forgive if you ask His forgiveness for stepping out without Him in the equation. Then heal what needs to be healed in your life and onward and upward from that point forward. Do not beat yourself up so to speak with the should have, would have, and could have things for once the day is complete and over there is no going back to re-do that day. A new day awaits ahead of you. Take the past and bury it and live for what God has just ahead of you on the horizon and look with anticipation at each new dawn of a glorious day ahead of you. "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all else shall be added unto you."
I finished reading "IMPOSSIBLE MIRACLES" by Charles & Frances Hunter. If there are things that seem to be impossible in your life and you need an impossible miracle to happen, then read this book. It is filled with true examples of impossible miracles that happened. They share many testimonies with the reader. I have found that the reading of these miracles builds up the faith of the believer to prepare you to receive your very own miracle. Would you like to be around a negative person all the time? I hope you would answer NO to that for if you find yourself being in that situation you will then begin to think negative. In the reverse, being around a positive person a great deal of time would then cause you to think more positive. You would start seeing the good and lovely more so than the bad and unlovely. The same thought in regard to reading this book, reading and building yourself up in real examples of how God touched and healed many. It truly does build up your faith to be at the point of receiving the impossible miracle you need in your very life. What I love that stood out to me in reading this very book...when you finish this book on the last page is a prayer. Along with the prayer is a picture of their hands laying upon prayer requests. They ask you to place your hands upon their hands in the picture and pray the prayer with them. You see, even though they both went to be with the Lord, their legacy still lives on with those that believe Jesus heals. They were the conduit to bring forth Jesus' healing touch to those that believed that Jesus is there and He wants to heal you. Is that not beautiful? I think it is and imagine this, there may be others that have the simple child like faith to believe in their miracle this very day and one day they will meet this beautiful couple in heaven. You see, what you do today while you are still alive may impact many lives in the future. "Trust in the Lord will all your heart and lean not on your own understanding and He will direct your path."
Maybe you need prayer today, is there something that is laying heavy on your heart and you just do not know how to pray about it? Let me pray a prayer for you, repeat after me..."Jesus came to earth as an infant through Mary, he walked the earth and performed many miracles, too numerous to even list them all in the bible. That gives me hope, for my miracle may be so seemingly impossible without the help of Jesus that if it were not for Him I would give up hope today and become defeated. I choose this day to ask Jesus into my heart and to direct my path and heal my broken heart. I love You Jesus for coming to earth from heaven so I may live with You for all eternity in heaven and not have to suffer with pain and torment all the days of eternity in hell. Thank you for saving me today and for allowing me to get to know You. You not only came to earth for me You also died on a cross in a painful death of crucifixion. The best news in this story is that You died but 3 days later You rose from the dead and You are ALIVE. You are not someone that died and was buried and You lay in a tomb somewhere, oh no, You are as alive and real today as You were when You came into the earth as an infant. You defeated death and the grave and You call to me today to come to You and You will give me rest. Thank you Jesus for Your love and mercy and I invite You into my heart this very day. I want You to know that I give my life to You to take with it and make it new. Thank you for this opportunity to get to know You as who You are and for loving me that much to suffer for me so that I may have eternal life with You in heaven. For this I am most grateful. Amen."
Let me now review the movie I recently viewed, "Old Fashioned." I must be honest with you, this seemed to be a slow moving movie. I wanted to jump up at times and say, hey get to the point. I did not and I continued to watch patiently. It all came together in the end of the movie. It really causes one to believe that having old fashioned values is a good and honorable thing. Never apologize for having these values in your life.

May I Refer Another Book I Am Currently Reading, "A Confession A Day Keeps The Devil Away" by Frances Hunter
I am reading this book by Frances Hunter, and it has an impact on your day. It is a daily devotional but much more of an impact than other devotionals I have read. Let me share with you what today's devotion was...
"Feb, 14 "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16
"Father, this is the day the world says is the day for lovers, but I don't have to depend on just one day a year, because I'm living in your love every single day of the year. Thank you that your love encompasses the entire world, and yet is personal just for me. I praise you because my Bible has my name in it, and not just the words "the world." It actually has my name in it. Father, you said if I would simply believe in you, I would not perish, but have everlasting life. I BELIEVE, I BELIEVE, I BELIEVE! Thank you for the faith that lets me believe.'"
Isn't that great? I am telling you this is a great devotional.

2 Books I Recommend Reading, the authors, Charles & Frances Hunter
I recently read two books, "How To Pick A Perfect Husband or Wife" by Frances Hunter and "How To Make Your Marriage Exciting" by Charles & Frances Hunter. One day a ministry had a great sale in which the books were $ 1.00 each. I reviewed the titles available and selected several good books. Did you ever purchase a book and the timing just was not right the moment you bought the book? It was as though you had to wait for the right time to bring out the book and then read it. I found this happening to me when I purchased several books by the authors I mentioned. Please note that both authors went home to be with the Lord. It amazes me that their legacy lives on through the print material that is still out there for others to glean from.
The first book I make mention of is the actual story of how Frances and Charles met. They never dated and they corresponded through telephone conversations and writing of letters to each other. It is a great, romantic story of how God brought two people together. They married each other and they never dated. What they did do was trust God speaking to each of their hearts. Is that not love, great love at that, coupled with trusting Holy Spirit as the orchestrator of this blessed union.
They were not some young couple they had years of wisdom on their side. If you want to read a good book that makes you feel like cheering on this couple as they make their way to the altar, I would then recommend this very book. It is encouraging to the young and the mature age groups out there. Learn from this example and wait upon the Lord to direct your path as to when and who you are to wed. That is the safest and most blessed place to be in your life. Pick up the book and feel encouraged with this love story. What God brings together no man can separate. Their lifetime together shows us that.
The second book I read, by Frances & Charles Hunter is an inspiration to couples out there. What I like about this book is they selected topics to write about and each one writes their own thoughts on the topic to encourage couples out there and even potential couples too. If you are not married and you believe God is speaking to your heart that marriage is a part of the plan for your life, then it is never too early to start seeking wisdom from those that have had great, Godly relationships to mentor you. It can be in person or through books, ministry, etc. To take a call of God that He placed upon your life in a causal manner is not wise. If He spoke it to your heart then you have an obligation to prepare before it manifests in the natural in your life. Would you allow someone to do surgery on you or a loved one that never went to medical school and became a Dr.? No, that is the answer I would give to that question. Read and connect with others that have healthy relationships with Christ as the center. Gain knowledge while you are still single so when the time is right to step into marriage you will have already prepared in ways that will make you a wonderful husband or wife.
So, if you want to read a few good books I recommend reading the two titles I listed. After reading them you will feel inspired and uplifted, be it that you are married or single. It amazes me that a couple lets you delve into their lives, that they chose to open to others to allow them to be blessed by what they learned. That is a good thing, a very good thing in my eyes. Happy reading.

It Never Ceases To Amaze Me..When I Need To Hear Worship Music, I Happen To Be At The Right Place At The Right Time To Hear It.
I was at a Christian book store and while I was browsing and the clerks were looking into an advertising flyer I brought in and inquired about it happened. There was a song playing that intrigued me. Enough so to seek out who the artist was. I was directed to the CD in which the artist was on. You see, I went in there a few minutes earlier and the owner was not at the location to answer questions about a flyer I received in the mail that very day. I went to my car to retrieve the flyer so I could show it to the clerk and there was a song playing that just caught my attention. I inquired and sure enough on that CD I now have 2 favorite songs that I listen to while driving. I love worship songs that I believe touch the heart of God. I know for sure that there are certain songs at certain times in one's life that seem to touch your heart. Music, for me, soothes the soul and lets me be most thankful to God for all the wonderful things He has done in my life and will continue to do also. I truly am a worshiper at heart. May you find peace and rest while listening to this song.

A Better Revision Of The Triple Chocolate Cake.
I wanted to experiment again with the recipe I had. This time I used Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate cake mix and Mounds pudding in the mixture. The reason it was even better than the last recipe revision was the Mounds pudding mix is actually dark chocolate with coconut in it. For some reason this combination was richer in taste and a bit more moist in texture. I also did another revision in regard to baking time. I realized and noted on the recipe to cut down the baking time if not using the brand of cake mix the recipe calls for. I reduced the baking time by 10 minutes and sure enough a very moist cake. Enjoy.

I Tweaked My Recipe For Triple Chocolate Cake & It Turned Out Yummy. The Better ? I Present To You Today Is This, "Are You Willing For God To Tweak Your Life?" I Am And He Is.
I followed the recipe for the most part I just changed the cake mix and the pudding it called for. Let me tell you that it is delicious, it really is.If you like almonds and coconut you will enjoy this update to the recipe. In the pudding mix there are tiny pieces of almond and coconut. I think I found a winner. What prompted me to try this pudding, My Mother likes coconut and she will be coming to visit me so I thought I would try it and freeze a nice piece of it for when she comes to visit. Of course, I will share it with others too. Maybe take some to a neighbor and then to work also. What good is releasing the creativity that is inside of you and just keeping it to yourself? I have been making scarves again lately and a few greeting cards too. I created some for specific people. I let them have a choice in the scarves I created and two out of three selected the very one Holy Spirit prompted me to use color wise in the creating of their very scarf. Now, the third one was accurate too but when presented with a choice the person liked two so they received two. I handcrafted a greeting card for a fellow co-worker along with making another card and for some reason I let them choose the card they liked. Sure enough, they selected the card I custom made just for them. Each time, I silently thank Holy Spirit and I remind Him how amazing He truly is for knowing just what to select when creating. Each time I present to someone Holy Spirit prompted me to make I silently chuckle to myself and a slight smile appears on my face. It overwhelms me at times to think of His goodness, kindness and the creativity built inside of me too. I have been searching for a yarn that actually has pom poms within the pattern and guess what? I found a few yesterday. I was shopping at Old Time Pottery. I actually went in to get a credit since a lamp I purchased less then 30 days ago went on sale for $5.00 off the purchase price. I was browsing the store and stumbled on a small section of yarn. Their prices were so consumer friendly, really. Like $1.39 for a few really nice yarns and only $2.99 for the pom pom style yarns. I, of course, added to scarves I already made the fun pom pom yarns and I just sit back after creating and say to myself, "That really does add to that scarf. Thank you Holy Spirit for guiding me in an indirect way that is." You see, the store policy is that you cannot return and purchase again the same item. This is how it was explained to me...I could bring in the lamp and return it and then I would have to go and get another lamp from the floor inventory and purchase that one and not keep the lamp I liked when I purchased it to begin with. Is that not a crazy store policy? It makes no sense to me. So, you see, the leading of Holy Spirit was the intent to go to that store to see if I could seek a store credit for an already purchased lamp but while I was there I browsed the store to stumble upon this yarn. I was thinking to myself I would seek the credit adjustment as I checked out the items I was going to purchase. Had I known in the beginning of the store visit that the credit was not available I would not have browsed the store.
Another example of a good outcome of tweaking something. I just made a fresh pot of coffee and this is the combo I used, I mixed equal parts of Candy Cane flavored coffee and Chocolate Raspberry Decaf coffee. Yummy is the word to describe the combo. A little jolt of caffeine from Candy Cane balanced with Decaf from Chocolate Raspberry. Where do I mainly purchase my flavored coffee? I find some great flavors at TJ Maxx, Marshall's, and Ross. I do not drink large amounts of coffee so coffee can last a good period of time for me. I store it in my freezer when not using it.
OK, onto better things. Lately, Holy Spirit has prompted me to fast. It is in the fasting that there is breakthrough. It is usually easy for me to pray in the spirit and lately it seemed to be a bit of a struggle. I would start off and then stray from that, seems like I would get distracted. Well, with a few days of fasting I had breakthrough. It just flowed again. I love the fresh insights Holy Spirit gives to you when fasting. I have been writing for 19 or so years now. It all started out with journal writing and this past week I was prompted to seek out a journal of mine and I did. I looked through it and was prompted to seek out another journal and I did. I was pleasantly surprised the day I began to read it. I read it on 1/16/2015 and the actual journal entry was dated 1/15/1996. That is so Holy Spirit inspired that again it caused me to smile because He already knew what I wrote almost 20 years ago would touch my heart so many years later. I do not keep my journals out to reference them. I had to seek out where I stored them to get them. The first journal I pulled out was the journal in which dear friends of mine encouraged me to teach a segment at a youth retreat they were having at their church. I remember purchasing that very journal and what I taught the children that day. I taught them how to listen to Holy Spirit and write down what He was speaking to them. I explained to them about writing in a journal and going into nature outside to hear from Him. The children kept coming in after that exercise and began to share with us what Holy Spirit was speaking to them. Part of my new journal was for each of them to write their name on the very first page of my new journal and their age too. I told them that every time I opened up that journal I would pray for them and that is what I do. Even the other day, I prayed for them when I opened it up. The date of that journal entry was 4/28/1996. I am double blessed for my daughter is on that list too. You know, they were teenagers, pre-teen and even adults too that signed the journal entry. Age does not matter when it comes to praying for people. People of all ages tend to like when someone will pray for them. So, what are you willing to let God tweak in your life so you can advance in what you are called to do in your very life? That is the question I present to you today.
