She Loved Well, She Really Did. Mrs. Honeybun Went To Heaven Yesterday 9/25/2023

One of my children had 2 pet bunnies and she loves them well, she really does. She had BunBun first then adopted a 2nd bunny companion for BunBun. She named her Mrs. Honeybun. My daughter has a tender/compassionate heart and adopted an abused/pretty blind rabbit that inflicted that abuse upon her by her prior owners. My daughter loved and nurtured her to the point where she felt comfortable and loved with no more fear of abuse in her life. Well, Mrs. Honeybun went to heaven yesterday due to medical complications. I can testify how not only she, but my son loves and have compassion for their pets. They try to call me grandma to their pets, and I draw a line in that. A grandmother is to children not pets is how I see it. Even though, I still get treats and things like that for both of their pets. I pray for them also when they need prayer too. The bunnies loved sour flavored golden raisins I would send as a special treat for them. Cat toys for the other child's pet I send to them. I also do find gifts with a bunny or cat theme like dish towels, etc. for them. 

This is kind of funny. For some reason when my daughter would take the bunnies to visit my former mother-in-law, they would call her the bunny whisperer. The bunnies would hop on over to Grandma sitting on the couch and sit/lay by her like if they were a cat or dog that sits/lays by someone. She just had this way with them, and they really would sit by her and from what I understand that is not regularly known behavior of bunnies, but they did for Grandma. So, I am sure by now Mrs. Honeybun already found Grandma in heaven and is visiting with her. The pain of losing a loved one is real; it truly is even though you know they are in heaven.

The other day I was at a store in which I used to purchase Amish books for my mom to read and she loved reading them. I have to think to myself how when I walk by, I no longer buy those books, except ... When finished with her books and Reminisce magazines I would pass them onto my friend's mother to read. Well, I bought an Amish book along with a word search puzzle type of book to also bless my friend's mom with. I was sharing that with my friend and how I miss things like that with my mom no longer here on earth and she replied to me that her mom could also be my mom too. Now, that is a true friend isn't that. Only regret we both have is how we wanted each of our mothers to meet each other but that never happened. When my mom would be here for a visit her mom wasn't so they never met this side of heaven, but I am most assured they will meet one day in heaven and then we will all be gathered together in heaven when Jesus comes to claim His people. Be watchful and prepared so as to not miss the trump sounding and the eastern sky to part for Jesus to come and get His people. The dead in Christ will rise first and true believers in Jesus will join up to meet them. How glorious that will be how glorious that will be. Do not sleep or slumber but be forever watchful for we know not the day and time this will take place. The signs are pointing all around us that it just may be sooner than one thinks. Stay prepared and look with anticipation for the return of Jesus.

So Refreshing To Read A Book Not Riddled With Endorsements & Forward By Well Know Ministers, Thank You Jesse Duplantis For Concluding Your Book With A Prayer Of Salvation.

I was up early this morning, and I was in the word of God because something I was reading in the book by Jesse Duplantis sparked me to read Genesis chapters 1-4. I finished reading the book today because I told one of my hairdressers, they could read it once I was done with it. They had an interest in reading it when I was last in the shop getting my hair done. I have baked goods I baked in my freezer so I think I will drop off for them along with the book 4 strawberry margherita (no alcohol in them) cupcakes, maybe there are some more hidden treats I tucked away in the freezer I just may add to their little pastry plate.

I was so inspired by reading the book, "The Hidden Help The Mysterious Work Of Angels In The Bible And In My Life." I must admit, Jesse was not looking to find readers by riddling the first few pages with endorsements from this one or that one. Also, no big-name minister/preacher writing a forward recommending the book. I see it like this, why are you trying to impress someone to read your book by getting this one and that one to endorse it anyway. If God placed that book in your heart to write, then who cares about whom you are choosing to endorse your book. Is it done to sell more copies of the book. I often wonder if some of the people that endorse books actually read the book all the way through anyhow. Do they just skim through the pages enough so to then be able to write an endorsement. If I were to write a book I might just go off of the beaten path and have people that know me that you may not even know share their thoughts on the book, only if they read it all the way through. Yes, even friends and family I would kindly ask a few questions to see if the book was read. Holy Spirit is so creative I just know He would give me the right questions to ask each individual.

Why do you care anyway what others think about your book just trust in God Almighty and leave it at that. It was so refreshing the way this particular book was written. I am going to share with you the dedication page to Jesse Duplantis' daughter and the closing pages of the prayer of salvation. Maybe more preachers/ministers out there should get back to the basics. How many of you out there writing your books are placing a prayer of salvation @ the close of your book? You should be because that is how I got saved. Sitting in a food court on my lunch break reading the book by Benny Hinn, "Good Morning Holy Spirit." Tears streaming down my face as I read the prayer of salvation in his very book. That book inspired me so much I purchased another copy of it long with another book I read of his about the blood of Jesus (do not recall the title right now) and actually donated them for the public library in the city where I lived at the time. Sad thing is that I was still Catholic at the time, and no one told me I was born again or what that even meant. Then there was a day a friend's brother invited me to a Pentecostal type, non-denominational church and bit by bit found myself going there more and more and less and less to the Catholic church. This is the church I was raised up in to learn evangelism. Thank God I was journaling back then, and I am able to pull a journal to pinpoint the weekend my life changed because this back then this Catholic woman wrote about it in my journal.

May I encourage you Christian authors out there to drop the pretenses to sell a book and get back to the basics. It would be nice to see a Prayer of Salvation somewhere in your book regardless of the Christian content in the book. If Holy Spirit breathed upon the writing of your book with divine insights, then why not offer the prayer of salvation to your readers so they will be in heaven for all eternity. There I go thinking out loud again. I will not apologize for that, I will not.

I highly recommend buying this book and maybe buying two at the same time and blessing someone with the other copy you bought. I hope this is okay to share excerpts from this book because this is a beautiful example of how a well written book is presented. Also, I found not one typo in this book, now that is a miracle in itself, someone actually proofread the book before publishing it, Imagine That!

I Baked A Few Flavors Of Rugalach's.

Last night I got this idea to start baking rugalach cookies. I had a couple of recipes already, so I read through them. I used a little bit of this and that from a couple of recipes. One called for using store bought Pillsbury pie dough. Last night I tried my had at baking some with the pie dough then I used the filling of another recipe mini chocolate chips with golden raisins, chopped walnuts and some brown sugar. I think that batch was my tester one and they were a little bit darker than I like. You actually put sugar and cinnamon on the board first before placing the pie dough on top of it. I put the filling in it and rolled it up length wise and then you cut slices to bake them. 

I am not a quitter, so I continued to bake more today. I was up really early today and gathered my ingredients to make the cream cheese dough. I like to make 1/2 recipes in case I don't like it. I had 1 more premade pie crust, so I placed raspberry jam with a little bit of rhubarb jam and a sprinkling of mini chocolate chips. I had. Then the sugar, brown sugar finely chopped walnuts and golden raisins. This time I cut it into 12 wedges with a pizza cutter tool and you roll them up and place on the parchment lined cookie tray. With the homemade dough I followed the same in regard to cutting them in triangles and rolling them up. The same sugar filling plus I used rhubarb jam. Then I had another homemade dough to rollout, and I wanted to make a different filling since I has some cream cheese left over in the refrigerator. This was mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, kosher fine salt and vanilla. You spread that on the dough, and I thought it needed more than that since you do not put the sugar, raisin, walnut mixture on top of this filling. So, I plumped some golden raisins by placing them in warm water to plump them up. I created the cream cheese filling then scattered golden raisins in this batch. This is not a 1 2 3 type of quick recipe. If making dough yourself, you then have to refrigerate it before working with the dough. Once you make the cookies you then place that in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before baking them. Oh, there is an egg wash you brush on the cookies, and I had some decorative baking sugar, so I added a little of that on them also. I did need to bake these at least 2 minutes longer than the max time listed in the recipe. So, all in all it was a good day with my kitchen smelling wonderful.

You never know who you will run into in the grocery store do you. I was talking with the manager then this man says hello to me that he is the bee man. I looked at him like I need more info. He was the beekeeper I met at Publix one day. So, I tell him how I had to go to another city to get some of his honey and they only had the large size not the smaller size. He asked me what I paid for it @ the co-op. I told him 21.00 something. He looked like he was surprised at the price and told me the next time I need more honey that his phone number is on the bottle and to call. He said his wife is out here in my area a lot and maybe I could get some from them.  Now it made sense when he said he was the bee man.

Good Christians Be Careful Of Zoom Calls, Part 2.

I finished eating breakfast on my back deck, cleaned the hummingbird feeders and filled them up with fresh nectar I made this morning. While I was doing that, I was humming out loud the song, Jesus, I Love you and then I add words like Jesus, I love you, I really do and then hum it over and over again because it is the song within my heart in the moments and I really do love Jesus. Holy Spirit reminded me of something uncanny when you think about it. A few nights ago, I had a dream, and it was sent from the enemy, and I dealt with it at the time. Did you know a witch or warlock can come to you dressed in the guise of someone else? Get real people it really does happen even in dreams. That is why it is most important to take caution when discerning a dream and never be afraid of testing the dream and discussing it with Holy Spirit, He never lets you down when you do. That should be a part of your everyday life walk with Jesus and not just relegated to dream life okay.

Remember, on the zoom call I was in my kitchen just a short distance away from where the location was in the dream. So, in the dream a prophet disguised by a witch or warlock was trying to cross the threshold into my kitchen and before they tried to advance words came forth from the prophet look alike saying stop prophesying and you will not prophesy anymore. I then commanded it in my dream to not advance into my kitchen for they were trespassing. They froze and could not cross the threshold into my kitchen and then I dealt with severing their silver cord from their body and they will never go back to their body again and I also removed any mist or residue that that impostor brought with them. How ironic is that I had the dream, I dealt with the dream last week and now I am sitting almost near the threshold to the kitchen and the glory of God enrobes me. Stay safe and be wise in the days in which we live in because it matters, it really does.

Oh, today I brewed decaf coffee flavored Raspberry Vanilla Almond from The Fresh Market their springtime collection and it was a delight to sip that outside with a little honey and some plain half&half.

Good Christian's May I Warn You To Stay Away From Zoom Calls, This Is What Happened To Me.

Have I not been telling you all along the potential danger in participating in a zoom call. Yes, I have and here is a great example of what I am talking about. I was invited to a Zoom call, and I pondered on this subject for quite some time now and said to myself maybe, just maybe it may be safer than a class per say since this was a smaller group of people on the call. During the call time I was safe and surrounded by many, many angels and what I experienced was the glory of God in my own home in my favorite place to be, where I bake sweet delights to bless others within the form of baked goods. You know, cakes, cookies, brownies etc. That place where the anointing rests upon me when I am called to bake for others to bless them. I mean it, the glory of God was in my home on that call. That is the very importance of walking closely with Holy Spirit and living a good, clean life on a regular basis. It is His protection and when you are in that glory cloud darkness cannot penetrate it. Now, afterwards is a different story and that is where the warning comes in. You think everyone is well meaning, well intentioned that is on the zoom call with you. Look at some of their expressions on their faces when a newcomer comes into the circle, they are so very comfortable being in. They can't attack you per say right then and there because when Holy Spirit says to be somewhere His anointing and protection is with you. Can they conjure up their so called, well-meaning prayers to throw at you as let's refer to them as fiery darts but not in the good connotation way that is. 

Let's go over this again because I think you are not quite getting this. If someone is not right in their heart with either you, or God, or praying to make their own agenda fulfilled and not necessarily Holy Ghost agenda being fulfilled it then becomes a Charismatic Christian word curse that is being hurled at/to your very life. I have found that my God in heaven I serve is much greater and bigger than those non-essential prayers being prayed. Of course, they will tell you in the name of Jesus. Please do not be so naive in this day and time in which we are living in okay. Mature Christians should be mature enough to not fall for that trick the enemy is using. I was strategically placed there that day to share few words in the chat section while on the call. I trust Holy Spirit and shared what He was showing me to share. Yes, I am part Jewish by birth and my family bloodline. I was at a Jewish holiday gathering last Friday night and it was outstanding standing on top of a hill and blowing the shofars in all 4 directions N S E W. I did have 2 dreams in which each dream I was shown just before waking up me, looking at me in the dream. I saw it ever so clear not just 1 but in 2 different dreams on 2 different days. It was focusing on my brown eyes looking at me in a serious type of manner. I had no glasses on in both of the dreams. I did some research on the meaning of seeing brown eyes in a dream. Do you just maybe think Holy Spirit was letting me know my sharpness or keenness is being heightened via my spiritual eyes because I had no glasses on in the dreams. No barrier per say, of wearing glasses that are supposed to correct vision in the natural world. Guess what, on that zoom call I was not wearing my glasses because I find when doing computer work, I see so much clearer when not wearing my glasses. Isn't that interesting.

I was experiencing the weightiness of the glory of God the entire evening and even through the night with the glory cloud resting on me. You know, that feeling of beauty surrounding you with incredible peace also. It was the next day something shifted. It was not on my part this is where those unbalanced, well-intentioned people think they are praying the right things, and they are actually praying against God's will and desire for my life. Don't these people have anything better to do with their lives then spending time trying to disrupt other's lives. What about reaching out to the lost and dying with the great news of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Offering others, the plan of salvation. From what I understand some of these folks are in ministries, imagine that. So, during the night I had a dream and let me tell you this was a dream sent to me via the enemy, and yes, Christians can delve into this arena also so put up your spiritual antenna okay. A dream with snakes flying. The dream representing the fiery darts being thrown in my direction. God is bigger and greater than that people and it is time now that you should be seeing that in your own lives. Greater is He that is in me than He that is in the world. I do not like to place accusations out there but hey, this stuff is real, and people are delving into this sort of stuff and the church needs to be cleaned up and exposed and expelled of some of this witchcraft stuff going on in the church. If the church would ever get on the same page as God's timetable, we would not be in such a mess that we are in right now. Holy Spirit expose and expel this stuff now in the name of Jesus. Let the blinders and scales come off of the eyes and hearts of elect ministers that are being sweet talked and deceived mightily by others that are really coming in disguise to get their own agendas fulfilled at the expense of kindhearted, and even hurt ministers out there. Quit stealing from them and let that be exposed in a grand manner now in the name of Jesus. What I just prayed is not a selfish prayer but a prayer of deliverance because sometimes a minister cannot even see what is going on right under their nose per say when they are caught up in this massive lie of deception. People pray for the ministers out there so deception is no longer controlling their lives and ministry which could then affect their family life and their divine destiny also. The church needs big time cleaning up. This should be a time of church refreshing and renewal and not so much about cleaning up and cleaning out churches, we should be well past this by now. Only You Holy Spirit can sweep clean the church and expose falseness and deception in such a manner that it will sweep across the USA in one big sweep to get us back in line with God's timetable.

Oh, the other night I woke from a dream in which I was eating rugalach cookies. That dream was right after the ministry I attended Friday night. A start of the new Jewish calendar year filled with sweetness and fruitfulness. That dream caused me to search out my recipes to make rugalach cookies in the kitchen. Amen and sweet Amen to that.

Lesson learned, use extreme caution when joining a zoom call unless you know every single person on that call and know beyond a shadow of a doubt that they do not have ulterior motives especially against your very life and they are walking very close with God in their lives.

Talking about sweetness in life. It is time that I fix some more sweet nectar for the hummingbirds to continue enjoying. You know, this time of the year they may be sensing it is time to make their journey southward for the winter months. This is when I cut back the recipe to half of what I normally make during the summer months while they reside here. I used 1/4 cup of sugar to 1 cup of water as opposed to 1/2 cup of sugar to 2 cups of water.

If You Ever Want To Be Around The Kindest, Most Sincere Group Of People, You Should Attend A Caleb Global Gathering. A Friend & I Did Last Night For Yom Teruah, It Was Stunning.

Last year was the first time I attended this gathering and was so very touched by it I just had to go again this year. I shared with a friend of mine about it and we both went. This land is so beautiful on the top of a hill where they gathered and there is much peace and presence of angels. It was beautiful again and what I love is families gather together and bring their shofars with them to blow when that is the designated time to do so. They face all 4 directions N S E W on the top of this hill and blow the shofars and trumpets if you have them. What I really like is if you do not have a shofar, you then take your hands and form like a circle by your mouth and you then become a living shofar with the noise that comes forth from you. All done in unison. Then you face each other, and now blow the shofar or you as the shofar and I said to my friend doesn't it sound like it just seems to get louder. I just wonder if that occurs with the help of angels. Then you dip an apple slice in honey and say a Jewish phrase and it is about a sweet and fruitful year that just started on the Jewish calendar. We met a young man that has been to Israel I think he said 10 times now and he had his 2 little sons bring over their shofars and then told us where he actually purchased them for them in Israel. He also encouraged us to go on a trip to Israel and suggested who we should consider going with since I told him I looked into a couple different trips, but they were like anywhere from 5,000.00 to 7,000.00 to travel with preachers I knew of.

Last year I felt led to bake an apple pie type of cheesecake to bless the ministry and this year I baked oatmeal, cinnamon chip raisin bars for them. We then went out to dinner afterward to a restaurant in Franklin, Mooyah. It was very good. I ordered my cheeseburger without a bun, and it was lettuce leaves to take the place of a hamburger bun. I was telling my friend about the cinnamon chips and cream cheese baking chips so I will go today and pick up a package of each for her to bake with. This is a dear friend that I would have never met if I did not walk through an open door presented me to move to TN with knowing not 1 single person or having family in this state. I am telling you to not be afraid to walk through God's open doors because He just may have friends as a surprise waiting for you to meet once you say yes to walking through that door. Some of these friends I met while working with them still remain in TN and another one moved out of state a few years ago. If you do not learn but 1 thing from reading my blog entries, I implore you to learn this, TRUST IN GOD. I think that is a solid theme that is the connecting ribbon throughout my blogs. Trust because God is ever faithful, He truly is. Let go of yourself and receive Jesus into your heart. He will cleanse you of all past sins, renew you and you will have a life filled with stepping out in faith because he is always faithful to walk with you, He truly is. Can you tell I flow from a grateful heart filled with the love of Jesus. I truly do and it does not even matter to me if you agree or not because I love Jesus and trust Him completely.

One more thing to add to yesterday's adventure. The night before and even the next morning I could not get my car to start. I still prepared during the day as if I was still meeting my friend that evening. On my lunch break the car started and then it did when I had to leave, stop to get gasoline on the way and park my car at my friend's house when we went to the gathering. Then it also started when I had to drive back home. When God via Holy Spirit sends you on a journey, He sure does supply doesn't He. See, there was a special blessing waiting for us at that very gathering.

Sometimes You Pray For Many Hours In Tongues & Interpretation From Holy Spirit It Was Something Short In English Words He Shares What You Prayed About.

I have this song rumbling inside of me by the Katinas. I love the musical beat to the song even though I have no clue of the words sung by them in the song mean. Last week it was the song I put in repeat mode, and it played over and over again. I even felt inspired to play it on lowest volume throughout the entire night. When I listen to it, I then begin to sing in tongues because I have no clue what language they are singing words to so that is how it works with me.

So, the melody is now inside of me and at times I begin to sing in tongues to the song melody inside of me. That is the melody I woke from playing inside of me and still is as I am writing this now. The difference being I sing in tongues to the melody playing inside of me. That always seems to amaze me when Holy Spirit uses music like that in my life. There must be some importance on this very song even though I do not know what the words of the song actually mean in English. I have a concern on my heart right now and I think to myself I was surely praying for that, so I ask Holy Spirit for the interpretation early this morning. Thinking He will give me some sort of guidance of what to do in regard to the concern I have.

Well, all those hours in singing in tongues and He reveals to me a simple translation. I did not even pray for myself, but I prayed the entire time for another's need. Someone is having a hard time with today being a significant day memory wise that is. I prayed for them today because I was never in that situation, so I do not know what it is like to love someone so dearly to miss them so much (excluding siblings or parents.) That is what I prayed for apparently as Holy Spirit shared the interpretation. I commented to Holy Spirit how nice it must be to have someone that loves you so much and then to deal with the being gone from your life. I asked Holy Spirit to bring someone into my life that would love me like that, and I would then love back like that to know that kind of true love.

When you pray what is on the heart/mind of God our Father, He surely does take care of you. Lesson taught, in the midst of the busyness in your life yield to Holy Spirit for that is the safest place to be. As you lift up prayers in the Holy Ghost heavenly language, He will have others praying on your behalf when you least expect it but truly need it. God is good all the time and He is most faithful also. Take the time today to reach out to someone with the kindness of God living inside of you. I baked the other day a new recipe. It I think is so good I broke my staying away from sugar to try this one. First of all, Cinnamon flavored baking chips by Hershey's a good little something sweet to try by themselves. Then I tried the cookie bar batter and that was yummy, and the best part was when the bar cookies were done, I did try them. I would highly recommend this recipe that can be made in cookie or bar form. I gave a couple to a neighbor; made up a container and attached the recipe with decorative ribbon to give away and have a few in a sandwich bag to give to a friend of mine, I froze the rest so I would not be tempted to snack on them and will be used when I put together a thank you gift future tense that is.

Well, a few blog posts ago I mentioned a song sung and how I thought the worship team were singing the wrong words. Well, I heard the song yesterday. Here is the correct song, and yes, they were singing it the right way. Needless to say, if I recall correctly, I was singing come baptize me come baptize me while they were singing come baptize us, come baptize us.

One more thing if I may share. I become frustrated when I see things not so kosher going on in the church community and I may at times call out ministers as to why they are doing this or that. I repent of that and have to remember that God will take care of that and handle it.

Went On A Wonderful Holy Spirit Adventure Yesterday, 9/9/2023

Yesterday I was on a Holy Spirit adventure. I found myself going to Cowan, TN to an outlet grocery store where they sell Amish products also. I am in search of items to make a thank you host gift basket for a ministry. I found buckeye candies, Amish individual serving sizes of fudge, sour jelly pumpkins, small box of Harry & David's Moose Munch popcorn, cinnamon puffs, butter mints, also snack size of Diamond brand almonds: whole natural, salt n vinegar & wasabi & soy sauce. I already purchased containers, plates, napkins and items to decorate the package when I put it together. I am still feeling I should bake something also. Maybe Oreo brownies and red velvet cookies? What do you think. I do this out of a grateful heart to extend kindness to those that have extended kindness to me also. It is my great pleasure to thank someone that is bringing a great ministry opportunity to the region I reside in. A grateful heart just can't help extending a grateful heart back, does that make sense. Oh, I also have some Twinings pure peppermint herbal tea packets.

I then want to explore a bit more of this quaint city so down the road is a local farm stand. I pull over to see what they had to offer. Oh my gosh I could not get over the beautiful vegetables they grow and the price point. I purchased 1 ear of corn, 1cucumber, 1 large tomato and 1 red onion all for only 3.00. I told them a little about me and even though I was a city girl raised I tend to find country type of settings for places to reside. I asked if it was okay to give them a 1.00 tip and they accepted it. I also shared how they were underselling the vegetables, but they responded they like sharing the fruit of their labor with the folks and that is why they keep the prices low. I inquired of a restaurant in the area for lunch and they told me they sell their vegetables to both Mexican restaurants in town. Are you seeing the connect the dots yet to this adventure? They also shared how there was a beautiful university in the area, and I should go and see it. The man shared how his grandmother had land and gave it years ago to the University of the South. I now need to decide which restaurant and I see people coming out of the one across from the railroad museum and I asked which Mexican restaurant they would recommend; they said that one was they found to be the most consistent of the 2 in town. That is where I went. When not sure about things like that ask locals. I get seated and order and then a larger party of 6 are seated nearby. For some reason Holy Spirit is highlighting to me the word BEAUTIFUL in reference to the children seated with them. I even tell them the children are beautiful. Here comes the next step in this journey. As I am enjoying my lunch Holy Spirit speaks to me to ask if it is okay to bless the 2 children with the last crisp, new 2.00 bills I had in my wallet. When my meal was done and I was presented with the check I then got up and said excuse me, may I share something with you. They listened when I shared how my mother used to always give 2.00 bills to my children and sometimes us too. I said she died in January and Holy Spirit was showing me to bless the 2 children that are beautiful with one for each of them. They accepted them and I said I think Holy Spirit is going to do something wonderful in their lives. Oh my gosh, my mother is still living on today with simple acts of kindness she planted in us with kind acts shared with others. Thanks Mom.

Next stop, in search of the Sewanee: The University of the South. I found it and such a beautiful campus filled with stone architecture buildings. I drove through and then was heading back home. There are some places I stopped at along the way but be careful and not deceived by the name of a business okay. I see a small cabin type of structure that has Hallelujah Pottery on the sign. I enter the store and I am seeing things like dream catchers, etc. but am thinking to myself the sign says hallelujah? I inquired in a tasteful manner as it if it was a Christian store since I saw dream catchers, etc. I was told the place has been there for maybe 50 years and the name on the sign, but it was a little bit of everything. I graciously left the establishment. Next stop that intrigued me I think it was called Hippie Amish or something like that. They said they sell Amish soap but that was about it. The hippie title seemed to fit it but hey, clever attention getter in their name do you agree.

Heading home I felt led to stop at Cracker Barrel and that is where I found the sour pumpkin candies. Time like this is when I miss working Cracker Barrel in the gift shop as a small side job along with my fulltime job. The 35% employee discount. I then got home and made some dinner and watched the Jon Voight's "Land of Israel" premiere on Newsmax, it is a beautiful show, I wonder if it will be shown in series or episode format. Simply beautiful ending to a beautiful yet full day.

This Is What I See When Looking Out My Kitchen Window, What Do You See.

I do love surrounding myself with beauty in Nature. Not the best picture because of the window screen interference but nevertheless still a welcome sight to see when I look out the window. Did you know that the carnations and all the other flowers in this planter, I grew from seeds and not a plant I purchased @ a nursery. Do you find opportunities to surround yourself with the hidden treasures God gives to us through nature? See, maybe 2 years ago it was just potting soil in a planter before I took the chance of planting carnations. I had several grow in a few different containers, but they just never really bloomed for me and then during cold weather they did not make it back to life in the Spring. Except the few in this planter, they did and for 2 seasons now I get to see the fruit that comes forth because I took a chance and planted them from seeds. I love the scent for it smells like clover when you cut one and bring it inside. The only thing with doing that is I am taking away from the window view. See the other flowers, I don't know their names, but the hummingbirds enjoy nectar from them. I think when I bought that seed packet it was geared towards attracting hummingbirds.

Is there something that just maybe you don't have the courage to step out and step away from the loudly speaking voices/controlling voices in ministry but deep down inside you know that if you only mustered up the courage to step away from those presumptuous speaking people you would find true freedom? Let me encourage you to step away and gain freedom that maybe you so easily gave away your voice to. Do not let others try to run your life and ministry you worked so very diligently to build up through the years. Those loud, abrasive supposed well-meaning people can only take over your ministry dreams if you allow them to. Step away and back into freedom okay.

I took a chance on taking simple potting soil mixed with nutrients and a packet or two of flower seeds and look what came forth. The lesson learned, what good is the vision inside of me if I did not take action to make it grow forth. Oh, it does come with a cost also. Watering and giving Miracle-Gro, and most important, protecting them from the harsh elements at times in the Winter months. Was it worth it, yes because the effort put into their future brought forth a beautiful delight when I look out the window. Don't be weak but the more you take back the authority in your ministry the stronger you will grow with each step running back to total freedom.

Happy Birthday Katie, 9/4/2023

I like this post so much; I think it is worthy or posting again on my daughter's birthday. Not before long she will be reaching into her 40's. My how time flies doesn't it.

My daughter's birthday will be 9/4. Let me tell you a story about this birth. My former husband and I knew if I did not go into labor prior to Labor Day that year I would then have to go to the hospital very early the next morning to be induced. Our daughter at that point was 2 1/2 weeks overdue. We took the Lamaze classes had the hospital bag all ready to go and now I had to wait. They had me monitor for a few days the number of times I felt movement while at home. I was fine. At this point I was ready to give birth. We checked into the hospital, and they started the dreaded Pitocin. The reason I say that is because it kind of made you fearful if they had to use Pitocin because of the stories you heard when taking Lamaze classes. One thing I will say is that Pitocin was not as bad as they led you to believe when watching the Lamaze videos. Well, the only thing Pitocin did for me was cause my waters to break and then I was informed if the baby was not delivered within a certain period of time, I would have to have a C-section performed. There really was no active labor per say but I do remember that when I would get a contraction the peak of the contraction lasted a few minutes. I didn't know any better because I never delivered a baby before.

I checked into the hospital the prior day @ 6AM they started the Pitocin drip and the next day I was informed I had to prep for the C-section. I remember it being cold in the hospital and when they gave me the epidural it felt like a warm blanket that covered my body. I was mostly all protruded stomach with this overdue baby inside of me so it was a little uncomfortable getting into the right position for the epidural to be administered in my spine. I think at this point of no sleep and just wanting to give birth I was a little apprehensive because I was having to go through major surgery to deliver our child but relieved that the birth would soon take place. I do not like pain, so I think I made the doctors test a couple of times to make sure I was numb before any surgery began. I was numb. Our daughter was born 10 pounds 3 1/2 ounces due to being overdue 2 1/2 weeks. She was beautiful with so much hair it looked like she was born with a shag haircut. I thought she was stylish with that natural hairstyle when she was born.

We had a picture of her in the nursery at the hospital and she happened to be next to a baby I think the baby was 6 pounds, she even looked so perfectly filled out next to this other baby.  

This young woman is smart, kind, an avid reader for as long as I can remember, a goal setter/achiever, beautiful and still gives the best bear hugs when I ask. She is very responsible and when she recently visited, she was the one that kept us on our time schedules, so we got to where we needed to be. An example of her goal setting...she worked at an amusement park during high school and college Summers and then the weekends they would be open during the Fall. Her goal before leaving there was that she wanted to skipper the paddle boat ride and have to tell corny jokes at the same time. She did it and I sat on that boat ride enjoying every bit of it. She applied and was accepted to the Disney college intern program, and she spent time there also during college. That was a great mini vacation we went on because of her great discount on property hotels and then passes into the different parks. She was assigned to work a new ride being opened at the park and she was able to see some musical personalities along with a favorite television star that was in a series she used to watch when she was younger. I can only imagine what it was like being there to experience that.

I am blessed to have her as my daughter and know that she will plow through anything because she accepts challenges and does not quit. One regret I do have is that we signed her up for horseback riding lessons and she loved it and she only participated for that session of lessons. She was pretty good at it also. I have a video of her riding the horse and something got caught and the next thing I knew she was riding upside down on the side of the horse. One of the instructors went to her and they did not allow us to go out in the arena to go and get her. The reason was if we did, she would not want to get back on the horse again. She did get back on the horse. I guess I regret not being able to sign her up for more lessons because I think that would have blessed her with us going through with a divorce. Nevertheless, I am honored to call her my daughter.

Look at this adorable shag hair style she was born with. I think she was either 3 weeks old or a little over that when she received her first hair trimming.

Christening day. My hand was bandaged because I was making formula and somehow scalded my hand it really hurt. Thank God I was not scarred from it. That was either mine or my sister's christening dress she is wearing.

Christening evening. We propped her up next to a doll she received, and they both are sitting in the doll rocker.

Grown up and she still is a beauty and he is handsome. I may be a bit partial considering they are my children.

My mother was concerned about my health post-surgery. My ankles began to swell sort of when a Dr. is concerned about a pregnant woman whose ankles swell during the pregnancy. I really could not see the swelling in my ankles I just came out of surgery and was lying flat in my hospital bed. It was explained that post pregnancy swollen ankles were not a concern as they are when you are pregnant. During pregnancy there is a concern of developing preeclampsia, but my mother was assured by the Dr. it was not the same post pregnancy. They must have swelled up a lot for my mother to have concern. Thank God for caring mother's that still look out for the welfare of their grown children. Bless her Jesus bless her this very day.

When my daughter was a toddler, my father blessed her with an overstuffed and big in size Easter Bunny. She named it Bun Bun and I think she still has it somewhere to this very day. Well, she added an addition to her household, and it is a bunny. Do you know what she named this bunny? Of course, silly, she named it Bun Bun. Look how adorable this bunny is:

Can you tell that I love my daughter? I didn't even eat dinner yet because I was determined to find more of my favorite pictures of her. Do you ever wish they would go back to being a baby again. I do but I know they can't because it is our job to train them up and then they get to experience God's divine destiny for their very own life. Praise God that He is faithful. Amen

Since I first wrote this, Katie added an addition to her household. A bunny named Mrs. Honeybun. See, grandparents out there you never know what gifts given to your grandchildren will have an effect on them in their life.

The first picture I added was one she took when working @ Universal Studios. Doesn't it look like it could be a postcard?  Mrs. Honeybun is the bunny that is white in color with the pink colored eyes. Bun Bun is the other bunny you see. Ben is my son's cat. I have never met yet the bunnies but one day I will get back home for a visit and have the great pleasure of meeting them too. Happy Birthday Katie.

Yesterday, 9/3/2023 I Experienced 3 New Things. Do You Not Get Stale & Seek For New Adventures In Life?

Yesterday I was up early again. I think I get my best insights and direction for the day early in the morning. How does the old saying go ... The early bird catches the worm. So, the night before I fell asleep to listening to a replay of a free webinar, I participated in a few weeks ago. I am starting my day off and then this song starts playing over and over again inside of me and it stayed with me many hours as my day unfolded. I was in NC a few weeks ago and during worship a song about fire inside us we kept singing over and over again. There was a portion when the words were "in us" but I was already singing "in me." Then the prophet began to sing the words "in me." I shared with my friend I was already singing that and then the words shifted from "in us" to "in me." Praise God from whom all blessings flow.

Thats the song that was playing inside if me for many hours yesterday. I baked a brand-new recipe. Red Velvet cookies with Cream Cheese flavored baking chips. This was not a cookie mix but from scratch made cookies. If you are allergic to red food coloring, then I suggest staying away from this cookie because red food coloring is one of the ingredients. When I am not sure of a new recipe, I will cut it in half and figure out the ingredient amounts to adapt. They turned out fine. I bagged up in cute treat bags some for my 3 neighbors and then the rest went in the freezer. When I was outside early yesterday, I saw 2 beautiful gardenia blossoms. I cut both of them. If you ever go to Cracker Barrel and order pancakes, they give you that cute little bottle of syrup. Don't throw it away. Take it home clean it out then remove the label from the bottle. You now have a tiny vase to put a flower or 2 in as a bud vase. I had one and I placed the perfect looking gardenia in it, and it sits on the kitchen windowsill now. 2nd new experience of the day was to draw a bath and take the individual petals from the gardenia and float them in the bath water. I am going to give to you future brides out there a further insight as to how to make you wedding ceremony even more beautiful and special. It will cost you a pretty penny for this to take place and effort also in seeking it out. You know how rose petals are strewn as the flower girls go down the aisle preceding the bride. Well, imagine this ... ordering gardenia petals but they have to be really fresh so as to not turn brown in color. Use gardenia petals and imagine in your mind the most beautiful fragrance of gardenia filling the sanctuary. Now, someone out there go and try this and let me know if it added that extra special touch to your wedding ceremony. Visualize the flower girls scattering gardenia petals just before the bride walks down the aisle to meet her husband at the altar. Hum, I wonder if gardenias were around when Queen Esther had her beauty treatments in the bible? I tend to wonder about things like that. So, if that is the case then my idea is no longer a new idea.

3rd new experience was putting up the squirrel baffle box outside. I had to tweak it today hopefully to get it to work but I tried it right, that is what counts.

Let's move onto the afternoon of yesterday. I headed out to a neighboring town and earlier in the day I just knew to go to Ross in search for luggage. I was at the Kroger and struck up a conversation with a lady by the refrigerated section. She noticed the price of dairy items just keeps going up even with using a store coupon. She and I both remembered as she pointed out to me the price of Parkay squeeze margarine was 0.99 years back. I agreed and shoppers were leaving their coupons behind since they expired yesterday for someone to find and use. I then asked her what she thought that I had witnessing tracts with me and if I left them where people were leaving coupons. Hey, they just may need Jesus more than a store coupon was my thought. She replied to do so but she wanted 1 of them because she likes to read them. She suggested leaving 1 by the cookie table then I went back to the margarine section and where the coupon was left by another person, I gently left a tract right beside it.

Off to Ross and boy oh boy there was a great deal waiting for me on a carryon piece of luggage. I even found an Izod backpack with a sleeve to place on the handle of the carryon luggage, it was Perry Ellis. I also found 2 clearance watches. You know how I do tend to like watches and they were there for me to find. I saw one and the face of the watch caught my attention. Then I always check to see if it is a genuine leather or fake leather watch band. Those fake ones really don't last long before they start to fall apart. Genuine leather it was, a Kate Spade watch with the retail ticket showing 198.00 but the Ross sticker reflected 39.99 now reduced to 21.99. The face of the watch shows a map figure of countries and below in gold lettering "going places." I am going places and that was prophetic to me, along with getting a new piece of luggage. 2nd watch was Betsey Johnson. I think she creates whimsical styles, and they really are at great price points to begin with. Ross's original price was 16.99 now reduced to 12.99. I am wearing it right now as I am composing this.

Oh, earlier in the day I received an email from Jentzen Franklin to join the church livestream and I did just that. It was a great word and a timely message also. I then flipped to livestream of another potential church that is local for me to visit them and I just may do that. I think yesterday all in all was a great day. Oh, the luggage value the retail value ticket lists as 280.00. Ross original price 54.99 reduced to 37.99. The Izod personal size backpack with luggage sleeve was comparable value 35.00, Ross price 19.99. It was not on clearance, but it was just what I needed to bring on the airplane with me. Pack my beautiful purse I may travel with and put the content of the purse in the backpack. I told you that Holy Spirit looks out for me, I trust He does the same in your life also. The backpack has that phone charger feature that I have to figure out how that works. 

Another selling point for the whimsical watch, I love mother of pearl on face watches and this one has it.

Well with listening again, I guess I was singing the right words all along and just maybe the worship team was doing their own version of set a fire down in our soul?

I Have A Few Short Video Clips To Share With You Today. Yes, Holy Spirit Can Speak To You Through Nature If You Have The Eyes & Heart To Hear ...

I woke up early today and I had a mission to accomplish in my life. Figure out how to keep the squirrels from eating the bird food. The other day I discovered at Tractor Supply you can get a squirrel baffle box I think that is what it is called. Squirrels can be assertive and very aggressive when it comes to finding food. I tried the spicy pepper bird seed that they are supposed to not like and guess what, they ate it. I moved the bird seed feeder around and they still find a way to get and eat all of what I placed there for the birds to enjoy. So, I moved the feeder from the tree location to a shepherd's hook kind of near the fence. As I am up, I hear my windchime playing and there is really no wind outside that I am aware of. I look out the window and see about 3 squirrels on the fence trying to swipe somehow the feeder even if it just drops to the ground a kernel or two. I get this idea to go outside and observe the situation from my back porch. I am sitting there and then captivated by a leaf somehow suspended midair (I think it must be on some sort of cobweb string) and I no longer see a leaf, but I see a profile of a swan dancing right before my very eyes.

I paused and went to take care of the squirrel situation maybe my neighbors did not so much appreciate me taking out and repositioning the shepherd's hook since I was using a rubber mallet to pound it back in the ground at a different angle (it was 6am something when I took on this task.) Hey, a rubber mallet makes a softer sound noise than a regular hammer pounding it in the ground right. I then go back on the porch and begin to search about a swan in the bible. It didn't look too promising to me because in Leviticus it is mentioned as an unclean animal. Leviticus 11:18 are referred to as the kinds of birds you must consider disgusting & must not eat. How could such a beautiful and graceful creature be considered disgusting. I would not consider eating a swan, would you. As I am searching online somehow, I just was not satisfied with finding a bad report so to speak about swans and I stumbled upon a most beautiful and prophetic word referencing a swan by Jamie Rohrbaugh. Before I read the word, I did some further research and found she flows in the prophetic and has been on a few platforms I am familiar with. I then received Holy Spirit green light check mark to proceed to read the blessing tucked away for me today. Just when I need it, maybe you just might need this today in your life.

Video clips first, then the word that was brought forth by Jamie. Are you glad that things in my life cause me to seek out the word of God and I then stumble upon beauty. Maybe the old saying might be a little truthful, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" or something like that.

I just stumbled upon this little tidbit with it being the 1st Saturday in September. I was enjoying breakfast early this morning on my back deck and I thought those hummingbirds sure were active. I think I need to go now and replenish their nectar feeder with fresh nectar. If you should see a hummingbird or 2 today show kindness towards them ok and let them dance for you. They Truly are a delight to observe. Apparently, this celebration originated in 1996 by a birding enthusiast, Penny Elliston. Oh, my hummingbird visitors don't just rely on the nectar feeders, I also grow flowers in planters that hang from a shepherd's hook, and they do like the nectar from the flowers. I will wait until the hummingbirds take flight to the south for the Winter before I trim back those plants for the season, they like the honeysuckle blooms and a few others, but I do not know their names. I get a packet of seeds from Sprouts Market that are a mixture that attracts hummingbirds. I have found that brand they carry in seed packets is excellent. I have also purchased their parsley, dill and chive seed packets also and they produce when I plant them in little herb planters.
