I Am So Excited To Share My Sons Healing Message He Left For Me. I Told You I Would Only Share It When He Gave Me His Permission To Share It. He Did, TO GOD BE THE GLORY.

This is the testimony in which I videotaped the audio of the vm message my son left for me in September, 2009. Sharing with me that his thyroid was healed. Praise God for all the glory truly goes to Him! I believe that when one writes it is important to back up your stories as much as possible. That is a true test for you as the reader to see if the person speaks and tells true things or not. Please join in with me in celebrating with me what the Lord has done in this miracle. He went for his annual check up this past Summer (2010) and he still does not have to take medicine and to come back again in a year. Healing is for today and not just something that the people in the bible experienced. My son had a thyroid condition since he was younger in age and as you will hear in his vm message to me, I always told him and prayed and believed that God would heal his thyroid. I would even ask his Dr.'s if they believed in miracles and that God would be able to heal his thyroid. Remember, faith is not a dead work but an action word and you must believe and continue to believe. My son had this condition for many years and even though he went to his Dr. visits and had his blood drawn for lab tests I would still believe that God would heal his thyroid and He did. Remember, faith is real and it is for today what are you believing by faith to come forth in your life? It is most imperative that when you pray that prayer of faith for yourself or for another you must be praying with a person that truly believes and has the faith or even the gift of faith to believe when praying that prayer with you.
My son was healed by God in 2009. He had a thyroid condition in which he not only doctored for it he also took medicine too. He had this since he was a child. God miraculously healed him and he goes for an annual Dr. visit and still does not have to take medicine for it. This is the actual message he left for me on the day he found out he was healed. God truly is awesome and He is the same yesterday, today and forever so if you need healing stretch your faith and receive your healing in the name of Jesus. Hearing a brief testimony from one that was healed can be just what you need to hear today. If He is the same yesterday, today and forever then that should encourage you. For Jesus healed in the past and He will heal in the future so stand on the word of God that by the stripes of Jesus you are healed today. I saved this message for almost two years just waiting for the opportunity to share it with you. I honored my sons request to not publish it until he gave me his approval to publish it. I did prepare though, I figured out how to video the sound so that it would be in place for the very day that he said OK to share with you. Today was the very day he said Yes (5/26/11.) Praise God for this is a young man and he can touch people in his generation, that I may not be able to touch. God gets ALL the glory in this miracle. Praise God.

This should have been posted two days ago but the way I saved the message would not allow me to post it on the blog. I asked a young person I know that really knows a lot about computers and things of that nature what I was doing wrong. It is through this young person's knowledge and expertise (along with Holy Spirit too) that allowed me to figure this out and that is how I am able to share it with you today. Never be foolish enough to not seek out the wisdom of a young adult for there is wisdom in the children of today. Wisdom does not just come forth from adults.

Are You Willing To Give To Others When God Nudges You, Even Though It Just May Cost You Something From Your Own Life?

I attend a church in which we are very blessed to have very anointed people step into the pulpit when the pastor is away. Tonight was one of those nights. I arrived at church and the worship was incredible again tonight. I had a brief moment to ask the lady next to me who was preaching tonight and she told me their name. I thought it was someone totally different when she said the name. I think I even commented oh he's from FL. Now that I look back on it she was probably thinking to herself who is she thinking it is? When he began to speak and the subject in which he spoke about I then realized I read this man's book, You Were Born For This. He is also the same man that wrote the ever popular book, The Prayer of Jabez. When that book was popular and I had it. Did you know that one of my children memorized the actual prayer of Jabez and I am not sure but I think they still remember it to this day. It is very wise to be cautious as to what reading material you allow into your home. You just never know which child will pick up the reading material you have in your home and just read it. It can be something that will bring life to their very life or they can read words that will bring unpleasant things into their life.
As he was teaching about how God uses people that are willing to respond to His nudges and then follow through with giving money to people around you that He brings into your life Holy Spirit began to remind me of a few recent encounters along with another one that happened several years ago. Let me share with you...Many years ago my father went to be with the Lord and at his death his will was shared with us at his attorney's office a few days after we buried him. It was really like something you would have seen in a movie. The family one one side of the desk and the attorney on the other side of his desk. We are handed the will and could not believe what we were reading right before our very eyes. We knew to expect that our father was leaving money to churches and church organizations for he told us that almost all of our lives. That did not surprise us, I must admit some of the monetary amounts were rather large in size and maybe it opened up my eyes just a bit wider at seeing the amounts. The majority of my father's estate went to three main people, three males on my father's side of the family. You need to know this for what I am about to share with you. We waited until the very end of the time allowed for one to contest a will. None of them extended to us anything to bless their family members children and grandchildren. That day never came so we found ourselves contesting his will.
Recently, one of the recipients died suddenly and left behind a wife and children. At that point in my life I saw a grieving wife/mother and children for their father/husband. It was a few weeks after the death and I felt Holy Spirit nudge me to look up this family (that I have never met before) and take to them a sympathy card and tuck in it a few gift cards to go get something to eat for the children. Not knowing their current circumstances in the financial arena a meal or two out could be welcome for the kids right. I introduced myself to them and gave them the card. I explained that I am also a single mother and I wanted to share something with them. We sat and they showed me family pictures and I was on my way. What caused me to put aside the past and my father's will distribution? It was the heart of a mother reaching out to another mother and her children. Grief can be very hard on a family especially when the one that died just died suddenly. That is a shock also. Was it easy for me to approach total strangers that I never met before and introduce myself? In the natural I would say yes but with Holy Spirit leading you it is as though you heart leads you with compassion and the very words to share also. It was an enjoyable visit but my heart really did ache for them as I left their home. This was now a family that had an important member of their family gone. I cried and I cried hard on the drive home.
As I left their home I still remembered the children and how one of them looked just like their grandmother would have looked when she was a child. Even though their father recently died the children took great delight in sharing with me family pictures and pointing out to me who people were in the pictures. It was a few months ago when this happened. It was getting close to Easter and Holy Spirit began to nudge my heart again. This time it was to go and make an Easter basket for the children. I went and made a basket and got a card and took it to their house. No one was there so I left it on their porch and hoped that they got it before the sun got hot and melted some of the chocolate. What stirred my heart then? Children, for children should be able to enjoy a holiday that for many years I enjoyed as a child and then as a parent myself seeing it through the eyes of my children.
Tonight I was reminded of another time in my life many years ago. Neighbors of mine were getting ready to take a family road trip and I saw the mom at the grocery store getting the snacks for the trip. When you are a parent and you may have limited funds to get groceries, there is this certain concentrated look you have while you are in line getting ready to pay for them. I have seen and experienced that very look myself and you are able to recognize it in others. I saw it that day. If you have not had to experience this let me share with you what causes this look while you are in line to pay for your groceries. You are concentrating and trying to figure out in your mind if what you have in your cart will be covered with the amount of money you have to spend. I felt that nudge by Holy Spirit and I turned to her and said that I would pay for their snacks, I wanted to bless them. I let the clerk know that I would pay once they were totaled up and I did.
God is always looking for those that are willing to not just hear the nudge but to act upon it too. It may cost you something that you had set aside for something else. Trust Holy Spirit when He moves upon you to help others. You just never know if that person was crying out to Him. That if He is really real for Him to show it to them that very day with the very amount of money to bless them with, the amount of money they needed. Do not just assume that street people are the only ones that need help. There may be someone out there that is better dressed than yourself or drives a nicer car. You really do not know their story until you begin to share what you have with them. God knows their very needs and He is looking for you to bless His people. Are you willing to take a step in faith and put your thoughts and agenda aside to let His agenda be forefront? Try it, step out in faith and see what He does. He sure is faithful and there is no greater feeling as you walk away from one of these God encounters knowing it was Him that led you in that very moment.
When I read the book several months ago I gleaned something from it and have added that to my daily prayer time. This is what I pray now as part of my prayers: "Father dispatch as many angels that are needed in the name of Jesus that will place people across and on my path to let me be a conduit to them in a miracle/blessing in their life this very day." I sought prayer tonight when Holy Spirit was nudging me to write on this topic. I wanted to write with tender words, I trust I did just that. Thank you for the prayer.

Read This, Do Not Let The Enemy Try To Take You Off Course; Eileen Fisher: It's the Hour of the Father

Eileen Fisher: It's the Hour of the Father
This is a very on-target message. I do not know about you but in the last few days the enemy has tried to sway me away from what Holy Spirit was prompting me to do. I will share two of the three attempts made by the enemy to try to take me off course. Guess what, in all three attempts he lost big time and Holy Spirit triumphed big time through His leading me to exactly where and what He wanted me to do. It may appear to look as if Holy Spirit is prompting you to go another direction from the initial leading but do not fall for it. It is the enemy trying to steer you off coarse. Keep following Holy Spirit and the enemy will have to retreat because you did not follow his goofy/stupid trap. You are a survivor and I am also. The survivors are the very ones that can leap forward for they survived and have become much stronger for it. Satan, as I have so often said, is really ignorant and down right stupid. If he would just leave well enough alone the survivor would have no cause to leap forward. In his stupidity he likes to stir things up in your life thinking it will bring detriment to you but in reality it causes you to sharpen your weapons of warfare and advance even further than the day he decided to mess with you. He just never learns does he?
I was recently visiting an area and I knew the territory. I was trying to rely on my GPS to get me from destination A to destination B. I knew what the GPS was telling me was off according to how I would take the route in other times past. I leaped in faith out of my gut instinct direction and sure enough, If I would have followed the GPS I would have missed going past the very spot in which Jesus healed me a few years ago. Not only did the enemy try to stop me from going past this location the first time he also tried it again on another day to keep me from going past the area again. You see, I was healed at this location and I always thank Jesus for the healing and ask Him to keep it in my memory. Two attempts by the enemy to stop me from thanking Jesus and two times I gave the thanks to Him. The second time I actually pulled into that very location. So not only did I give thanks, Holy Spirit used that very spot for another growing step in faith in my life too.
When you hear clear direction from Holy Spirit and then there seems to be opposition in the acting out of the direction, follow His leading and do not let the enemy try to take you away from what God has for you and for you to do OK. Once you complete the task at hand you will be able to see much more clear that it was the enemy trying to move you. Jesus triumphs when you hear Him and choose to not let the voices of the enemy try to take you away. He does it so subtle at times and so blatant at other times. Do not cave in, stand firm and strong and watch what the final outcome is by following the lead of Holy Spirit.
I received the sweetest gift in the mail yesterday. One of my dear friends read on my blog how I loved the doll, Chatty Cathy, when I was a child. Believe it or not, she sent me an ornament of Chatty Cathy that actually states a few of her phrases. You pull a little string and she speaks, I just pulled it now as I was writing and she said, "Tell me a story." How appropriate, considering that I am writing right now and it seems to be that my blog is a story of my life that I share with you all.
Remember, stand firm in the word of God and do not retreat but advance for the kingdom of God. You may say how do I do that? Simple, by stepping out in faith a little bit more each day. You see, it is the gathered, little daily steps in faith that will cause you to take the giant leap one day. Do not settle for adequate when He has grand in store for you.

I Am Compelled To Share My Daily Devotional With You From 5/9/11 "CHECK YOUR FRIENDS!"

What I am going to share with you today comes from my daily devotional entitled, "Connect With God."
CHECK YOUR FRIENDS!
"A mirror reflects a man's face, but what he is really like is shown by the kind of friends he chooses.
Proverbs 27:19
Your company will shape your conduct, your conduct will shape your character, and eventually your character will shape your destiny.
Count on it: you'll become like the company you keep! That's why the damage done by sexual sin can last so long. To you it may be just "a one night stand," but the truth is when you become "one" with another person you open yourself to the spirit that's at work within them. Listen,  "Can a man walk on hot coals without his feet being scorched? So is he who sleeps with another man's wife" (Pr 6:28-29 NIV)
On the other hand, a single conversation with the right person can turn your life around and get you moving in the right direction.
You need people who bring out the best in you and who challenge you to reach higher. People who see things from God's perspective and can speak His Word into your life because it's at work in their own. Your decision to rethink who you allow to get close to you today could be your turning point.
You see when you surround yourself with the right kind of people, you enter into a God-ordained agreement. Listen, "Two can accomplish...twice as much as one...the results can be much better...one standing alone can be attacked and defeated; but two can stand back-to-back and conquer" (Ecc4:9-12 TLB.) Today, take a look at your friends. They're a picture of who you are and where you're headed."

I Am Upset And I Need To Vent A Bit. Pastor's Quit Telling People To Place Their Hands On The People Next To Them And Pray For Them.

As I stated in the title, I am upset. I am not upset at anyone but myself. I need to get bolder and quit being so polite to appease a pastor. The other evening at church there was a move of God and there were people that gathered at the altar. The people that were sitting around me went to the altar and there was now room in my row and some man stood next to me at church. The first time the pastor said to place your hand on the shoulder of the person next to you I did not place my hand on the man's shoulder or the person to my other side. He did not place his hand upon my shoulder. I was very relieved at that. Then the pastor said it again and this time that man placed his hand on my shoulder without even asking me if it was OK. I turned to the woman on my other side and asked her if it was OK to place my hand upon her shoulder. She nodded OK and I did. As soon as that man placed his hand upon my shoulder I kept saying to the Lord this is not right something was not right with this man next to me. I knew it was not right because I felt this uncomfortable feeling in my lower back area. For whatever reason that is what the Lord allows me to experience when a person that placed their hands upon me without Holy Spirit nudging me that it is OK happens to me.
When I am in a situation like this all I can do is silently keep saying to myself, The blood of Jesus is covering me and I will not receive any transference of spirits. Then that man left and I asked Holy Spirit to please have a move of God/opportunity so I would be able to worship this off of me what seemed to want to attach itself to me. Praise the Lord for that is just what happened there was such a sweet presence of God in the church that I poured my heart out in worship. It was a really good move of God, the kind that His presence is so real that tears flow from your eyes. After this occurrence I was upset with myself for I know better than to allow something like that to happen to me. I am trained in deliverance ministry and I know the outcome when a spirit tries to attach itself to you or tries to siphon out of you the presence of God that you carry with you. I need to just say no when I am placed in these situations.
When will pastors learn in this area? Do they not realize that not everyone that walks into a church is walking with the Lord or I should say right with the Lord. Think of it like this. When there is a human chain formed because everyone in the church or even in the row you are seated in join hands you are now open to receive what is coming down the line through the people. So, If there is a murderer, thief, fornicator, liar, etc. that is now connected to the hand of someone in the line in which you are connected with others, you are now open to receive that stuff into your spirit. Now, on the same hand, if there is a Holy Spirit filled person that walks closely with the Lord you are also open to receive that too. You would not allow your child to sit amongst people that are infected with a deadly disease that is highly contagious would you? No, your job is to protect them from deadly things. So, why would you subject yourself to things that could be harmful to you.
I have done this before at church services, I have stepped back and let the others around me lock hands if that was what they were doing and not be a part of the human chain. I have to get back into the practice of this again. Quit worrying about what others will think, just politely say no. I truly try to protect the anointing in my life and I did a bad job of it the other evening. No more. The anointing is precious to me and I need to guard it better.
Pastor's please be mindful of this, men should not be placing their hands upon women to pray for them that is just not acceptable. Women should also not do that with a man too. When this occurs you are opening up the doors for the enemy to walk right in did you know that? When you have the gentle boldness to say no in situations like that you will be further ahead then when you think to yourself I don't want to rock the boat and just allow it. For you see, If I would have just refused to begin with, the worship that I took part of at the end of the service would have been there to build me up inside. Since I did not have the boldness to withdraw from the prayer I now needed to worhship just to get rid of what came into me. Forgive me Lord for not stepping forth with the boldness that You have placed inside of me.
I share these things with you to help you not make mistakes. When someone has walked down a road or path ahead of me and through experience learned something, I listen to them as to keep me from stumbling in the same thing that the person learned from through their experience.

One Of My Children Celebrate's A Birthday Tomorrow. Thought This Is Appropriate To Share With Parents...10 COMMANDMENTS FOR PARENTS

In my daily devotional today I read this, 10 Commandments For Parents along with the scripture verse Psalm 127:3 "Children are God's Best Gift." What I am sharing with you came from the book, Connect With God."

(1) My hands are small; don't expect perfection when-ever I make my bed, draw a picture, or throw a ball. My legs are short; slow down so I can keep up with you. (2) My eyes have not seen the world as yours have; let me explore it safely; don't restrict me unnecessarily. (3) Make time for me. Housework will always be there; I'm only little once. (4) I have feelings too; don't nag me about my inquisitiveness. Treat me as you'd like to be treated. (5) I'm a gift; treasure me as God intended. Hold me accountable, give me guidelines to live by, discipline me with love. (6) I need encouragement to grow, not empty praise. Go easy; you can correct the things I do without putting me down. (7) Give me the freedom to make decisions, even if they're not always right. Permit me to fall so I can learn to walk. (8) Don't do things for me; that makes me feel like my efforts don't measure up to your expectations. And don't compare me with others; I'm me, not them. (9) Don't be afraid to leave for a weekend together. Kids need vacations from parents just like pareants need vacations from kids. Besides, it shows us that your marriage is something special. (10) Take me to God's house and introduce me to Him, because I'm gonna need Him for the rest of my life."

Let Me Share A Letter That Was Sent To Me Recently

Please read the letter I am posting on this blog.  It was recently sent to me, I did edit the person's name for privacy purposes.

When you read the letter you would think it came from a caring Christian that was evangelizing right. If you read through the whole packet that was sent you would realize that the tract that was sent along with the letter was from The Jehovah's Witnesses. It was thrown in the garbage and then I thought to myself, this would be a great example to share with you to cause you to think. Are you evangelizing those around you with the gospel message of Jesus?
There are those that have true faith in what they believe in and are not afraid to share it with others. How much more should the believer's in Jesus Christ be sharing their testimony with others and reaching out to the lost and dying with the gospel message of freedom and salvation. It caused me to think about this person's fortitude and straight forward approach to a total stranger. There is no greater thrill, in my opinion, of leading one to Jesus and sharing the gospel with them. The message of hope in a whirlwind world in which we live in. You can experience true peace in the midst of any and all storms in your life. If you would like to experience this peace and have faith that when you die you will be in heaven for all eternity then let me share a simple prayer with you. Ask Jesus to forgive your sins and to come into your heart and be the lord of your life. Set you free from sin that has been plaguing you. When you invite Him in He takes care of the rest for you. You see, he came to this world as a baby; grew up from an infant to a toddler; to a pre-teen; then a teenager; and then a young man. He can relate to any aspect of your life right now. He will be the saviour of your life if you let Him. Invite Him into your heart and life and let Him transform you. When you draw your last breath you will have the assurance of being in heaven for all eternity if you invite Him and believe that He died on a cross just for you, the story does not end there. He then rose from the dead three days later and then ascended into heaven and He is seated at the right hand of God in heaven. Did you know that He intercedes just for you on your behalf? He does. So, when it is in the middle of a storm in your life or the middle of the night and there is no one around to pray with you, He is there just for you.
Trust in Him and let Him be the one to let you step into your destiny, He knows what it is for He created you. Once you do this prayer do not be silent. Go ahead and share what you just prayed with a friend or family member, you became born again and welcome to the family of God.
