This Is Called Faith In Action @ A Church Service 1/7/2019.

Let me be real with you ok. I have walked this journey of faith many times now and I know one thing for sure GOD IS FAITHFUL. I have been here before and trusted God to provide and He ALWAYS DOES. Have you been on adventures with Holy Spirit and He guides you and you are thinking to yourself ok but you know how much money is in the bank account right Holy Spirit? Of course He knows that info He knows all but even greater than that He knows the final outcome so that is how I have learned to let go and trust in Him. It really is a great and safe place to reside and builds your faith to a new level. Do you know how that works? Each time you step out in faith trusting God and He shows up and comes through for you it stays in your remembrance. Deep inside of you that along with other faith experiences build up inside of you for just the right moment. Holy Spirit brings remembrance to you to remind you of the previous moves of God in your life. See, it builds upon builds upon and builds upon again to increase your faith level so when you are with a situation before you, you do not second guess God and Holy Spirit nudge to just go forth and do what He is nudging you to do.
Monday evening I went on a journey with Holy Spirit. I had under $20.00 in the bank and I was fine with that. I have been on these type of journey's before and He always sees me through. I do not even labor over the amount of money in the bank. This is where the bit of a struggle comes into play but of course, I yielded to Holy Spirit in this next step...….My supervisor was sick and I told them I would make some homemade chicken noodle soup for them and bring it in to them. They also inquired of how I make chicken salad with the chicken breasts I use to make the soup. Well, I have learned that making chicken soup in my electric pressure cooker is faster than the old fashioned way of making it in a pot on the stove method. The meat is so fork tender when it is through making the soup that it actually peels off of the bone. I made the soup I shredded the chicken and did the prep work to make the chicken salad when I got home from the church service. I must admit to you all that I am a big fan of electric pressure cookers. I never used an old fashioned pressure cooker but I love my electric pressure cooker.
Back to the story at hand now. I go in faith to this church service knowing the amount of money in the bank and I was ok because I had a full tank of gasoline. I just knew I would have a parking spot waiting for me by the church in which it would cost me no fee to park there. Are you following me so far as the faith builds up? Glad you are following me. Sure enough there is the last free spot available in close proximity to the church, I park there. I had some friends that were meeting me at the church and they selected the seats for us. I was all set now, lets worship. You do know I love to worship the Lord not just in church but also in my car and home too. I had my instruments with me and I do not have a problem sharing my percussion instruments with my friends as Holy Spirit leads me to share them. I asked my friend and her mother if they wanted to use my little shaker percussion instrument and they did. I did use them prior in worship but you just follow Holy Spirit lead when He prompts you. I am so connected to this rain stick percussion instrument Holy Spirit has me worship with recently. It is as though no one is around me even though there really are people all around me. I just go into worship with Jesus and Holy Spirit so gently shows me how to worship using this simple rain stick. It may be simple in nature but powerful in the hands of God. I wonder why worship teams don't incorporate a rain stick into their instruments for the praise team? Maybe Holy Spirit puts an anointing on me in this respect to bring forth a sound during worship with this simple yet ever so beautiful sound that comes forth from this instrument. Yes, that is what I really want to do lead others in worship with the sound of abundant rain, sometimes a gentle rain and then sometimes a full force of rain. Do you hear the sound of abundance, I do. I hear it very clear and loud too.
Ok back to story now, do you see how I think I start off in one direction then there is a side story and then back to the story at hand. There comes a point in the service for an offering to be taken. I have on me $18.00 cash. I was putting aside $15.00 to purchase a music cd I needed if the opportunity presented itself to me to be able to purchase it. Holy Spirit knew all along that the opportunity would not be there but I did not know that so doesn't He speak to me to give $5.00 of the $18.00. I had a brief and silent talk with Holy Spirit in which I said but if I give that there will not be enough cash left to purchase a music cd I needed. I actually not only needed a cd but also need this one personally signed by the artist, Yep here we go again. Weeks ago I was travelling and in a brief moment I heard Holy Spirit tell me you need to get 2 more music cd's and one needs to be personally signed for the person it was going to be sent to. I told you I love the adventures Holy Spirit takes me on.
I know the voice of Holy Spirit and I said ok and gave $5.00 in the offering. In the end I did not know it in that moment but there was no opportunity to connect to get a cd. He is wise He is very wise. So when the time presents itself I will get the cd's I need and I rest in that.
I head home after the church service and I am tired like I really wanted to go to bed at 10 pm something that night because I did work that day also prior to the church service. I knew I had to finish making the chicken salad so I did. I already prepared the noodles for the soup earlier that day so all I needed to do was put everything together in containers so I could take it to work with me the next day. I did and slept good that night. My boss told me the soup was wonderful. See, if you see a need that presents itself to you then don't just sit on that that need step into action and be open to blessing others. There are people out there that need you to bless them. Be it a kind word, a smile or an action step to bless them.
