There was a couple in which both husband & wife were dealing with serious illnesses. The wife was @ this point very weak and in faith believed every day she would receive the brand new body parts that she needed from God. Her husband was also going through serious illness @ the same time. He lovingly put his situation aside to let his wife dream. I would imagine dreaming would let one take their mind off of a situation in a temporary way to tap into a dream. The loving & tender husband wanted her to share her dream with him. You know, like husbands & wives do in healthy marriages. No dream is too small or too grand to share with the one you love.
She begins to dream as she goes online to find the perfect dream come true. In this instance it was a royal blue color Jaguar car. The dream included heated leather seats & a roof that would open up.
Brand new Jaguars are very expensive but if the model drops down a couple of years it is not quite the amount to purchase as purchasing a brand new one. But still a sizeable amount of money to spend. Isn't it amazing what we will do for a person we love. We will search high & low & no stone will be unturned in the search. He was in search across the country.
Can you just imagine how hard & even sad @ times it must have been for this couple & what challenges they were both facing. Hang in there because love perseveres in this story. Strong love that is. So you are facing very serious health issues in your life but the beauty of love shines ever so bright because you want your spouse to have a glimmer of hope.
There are also behind the scene challenges taking place & he still wants the love of his life to have her dream even though the $ is not easily available to secure the dream once he finds the dream. I believe this is where big time faith steps in. A faith so strong that NOTHING can stop this dream from fruition. I told you that you will feel incredible love between this husband & wife. What a blessing this couple has in their marriage that I would imagine is more rare than we care to believe - true love. Not fairytale love but genuine heartfelt love.
I see this testimony as 2 fold: 1 part fulfilling a dream. 2nd part to be the one to find the dream & then bless the one you love & treasure. In the midst of everything going on in this couple's lives he sees hope. He searched out in the midst of this hope across the land for his beloved's dream car.
You know, the not quite perfect dream will show up @ 1st & you are willing to go a distance to secure the dream, we all do. If you wait patiently the dream will come & find you. Literally that is what happened. The dream car was available if he could come right then to get it. See God's hand in this testimony yet. Perfect timing - he was working on a project & the project was a mighty success=$ coming in. He responded & put down money toward the dream Jaguar. This is the part I love best ... I can just imagine this - he places his lovely wife into their car & tells her they are going for a drive. Do you think she had a "knowing" inside her as she got in their car that her dream was about to be fulfilled. I do not know the answer to that, sorry.
Can you just imagine her thoughts as they pulled into a car dealership. Guess what was waiting for her ...royal blue Jaguar with heated leather seats. This car had under 26,000 miles on it & an open roof too. Can you imagine opening up the roof of the car on a beautiful night to gaze @ all the stars in the sky?
That day she received the car of her dreams. Circumstances in her life kept her from driving that car all the time but she drove home her dream car that day. Can you imagine the excitement she must have felt when this dream came true.
Let's take this 1 step further - that dream car was parked I would guess in their driveway. On the days she could not drive the car it was still a reminder of the deep love her husband had for her. A love I would guess that words probably could not describe it. No words known to describe this love.
I told you this is a beautiful story isn't it. The husband went so far above a natural reach so to speak to secure this gift of love for his beloved, would you agree.
Let's switch subjects now, can't have everyone crying now, can we. I cannot find sauerkraut balls anywhere where I live now. You could always buy them @ this time of the year back in Ohio. My executive chef nephew sent me his recipe. I am not going to deep fry them - but try making them in my air fryer.
I made the apricot & red raspberry thumbprint cookies. I put the sarma in the freezer & next chore is to make my brisket of beef with gravy. I like using Gravy Master when making the gravy & I will freeze that too. I have been quite a busy woman lately. I like to entertain with getting things prepped in advance - you know I am all about organization right.
