Today was different than other days. There were about 3-4 times I began to cry throughout the day because of something Holy Spirit spoke to my heart. I do not know how this one will come to be, I truly do not. Earlier in the day I was shown in The Passion Translation Bible Psalms 107 and I read it all the way through.
As I am letting my hair grow a little longer in length, I remember how one side of my hair in the back tends to have a natural flip to it. I at one time had a cute haircut that was actually to do that little flippy thing in the back. Only problem ... I could get it to do that so easy on the right side of my hair but the left side I had to really work at getting it to cooperate. I got bored with that hairstyle because it was too much work, but just for the one side of my hair.
I saw the person I gifted the cookbook to tonight @ the store. I was on another quest to find even another cookbook @ 75% off. This time it was still by Mr. Food, but it was Wheel of Fortune themed. We both were looking through it together and I offered to buy one for them again tonight. They were going to purchase their own. I bought 2 and then I suggested we needed to make something out of the cookbook and then report back to each other what we made and if it was any good. Well, guess what? They are making the candy cake out of the other cookbook tomorrow for their child's birthday. That child picked out what they wanted made. I replied oh that looks like a challenging recipe but hey when a child likes something don't we aim to please. Yes, we do. I shared how today's gifts for our children when they are young really matter. My daughter when she was young, I made my version of a chocolate chip message cookie. I actually went to a local confectionary store that also made homemade buttercream frosting and bought the yellow I needed along with the black color too in order to create the smiley face. I made a smiley face chocolate chip cookie cake for her. I really do like creativity for when I do creative things happiness fills my being. There is something about creativity and how good it is for one to create.
Even though I have lovely Christmas cards to send to people. I found craft cardstock that caught my eye the other day and I just knew I would be making a few of my Christmas cards this year. I found really cute embellishments to match, and I so look forward to creating a few cards.
Tonight, while burning night 6 Chanukah candle in my menorah I had playing in "repeat" mode the song, "Yours" by Mike Donehey/Zealand Worship. During the time while the music was playing, and I was singing in tongues the spirit of dance came upon me. I danced in the prophetic to the tune of this song. The words are lovely and here they are:
