Sometimes I Write And It Becomes A Draft. That Means Something Needs To Be Removed, Added Or Both. That Happened Yesterday When I Wrote This Blog (8/15/18.) Tough Day Today I Will Persevere. You Know How I Know That? Jesus Resides In Me And He Is ALWAYS FAITHFUL. I Have Learned This Through Experience With Him.

Well, I wrote this yesterday and Holy Spirit had me save it as a draft. I know why. I have to remove a section and then add a bit more to this. I trust Holy Spirit and He knows when I may be going on the edge and He brings me back in if that makes sense.

What a day today. A tooth that the dentist made a crown for me last year I noticed it began to be a bit tender the beginning of the week. I went to see my dentist today. What a day I had today. There is going to be more dental work in the near future. The question I always ask first is "Will it hu?" then I inquire about the cost. The bright side of all of this is part of my testimony. For about 17 years I had no health/vision/dental insurance and part of my testimony then was that God took care of me, very good care at that I may say.
Now, looking back from this day in time I can say I am most thankful that I have health, vision and dental insurance. Back then was a season of totally trusting in Jesus to take care of me and He so Graciously did just that. Hey, He still takes care of me now.
Back to the testimony, I wore my Joan Hunter Ministries "Sparkle" navy blue tee shirt that says "Miracles Happen." At the close of the visit I mentioned to my dentist that when Jesus heals my tooth that she will be writing in my records healed by a miracle. Well, if one has faith to believe then one expects it right. Today could just have been the start of the miracle story. I heard there is a prophet coming to the area soon and just maybe a word will come forth about the healed tooth.
The encourager could have used a little encouraging today. Perfect timing. I get home and there is a package just for me. I opened it up and it is from one of my dearest friends, we go way back to our college days. Our friendship is the type that when we talk on the phone we laugh a lot, we really do. She gave me years ago a Chatty Cathy ornament that when you pull a string she says phrases like she use to say when I had a Chatty Cathy doll when I was little. I then found her a miniature Cabbage Patch doll. So we joke when we are in one of those silly modes about how we should get together and let the dolls be the main characters and we are the voices and we just video our conversation and I would put it on my blog. We really do laugh a lot and great but sometimes silly ideas come forth from our talking. I told her we would probably see some people watching the video because they would see how we carry on a conversation. We jump from one subject to another and I am telling you the truth, we really do laugh a lot.
I did chores today and baked a deep chocolate cake with cocoa buttercream frosting. Made breaded pork cutlets and I chopped up some of my fresh parsley to add to the bread crumbs. When I brown them I use a little oil, a little butter and I squeeze fresh lemon also. When you get the pork cutlets get the kind that go through the meat tenderizer. I also like to soak the meat in milk for several hours before breading them. That makes the meat really tender. This baking/cooking mode is the Mom part of me kicking in so to speak just getting ready for my children to visit.
I was not going to let the dentist's news drag me down today so I put on my Rita Springer CD and listened to it while baking/cooking. The encourager needed encouraging herself today. I felt nudged to go to church tonight and also to bring my rain stick for worship. The presence of God was sweet this evening. Picture this because I can only do this with Holy Spirit guidance. The rain stick in my left hand and my little shaker percussion instrument in my right hand. Yes, playing them both together at the same time. Holy Spirit is really creative and HE helps me with this sort of thing. I truly listen to the sound coming forth from the rain stick. Portions of a song it would be the sound of rushing water and at times the sound of a gentle rain coming forth. There were songs when I just worshiped with the little instrument and other songs with the rain stick. I kind of like the combination of using both at the same time. I connected with a person that told me about healing rooms in this area and a church that flows in deliverance. I really do need to get back to this ministry. That is the ministry that flows through me. Do you know the feeling when you are doing what God has called you to do, that ministry is that for me.
The best part of the birthday package was 3 pages of hand printed (on both sides of the paper) 60 Reasons I Love My Dear Friend, then she listed them all. Some made me laugh and others were sentimental. How many of you out there can say a friend of yours did something similar to that for you? How many of you can say you did something similar like that for your dear friend. When she had a milestone birthday. Her sister sent out a letter to family and friends asking us to share memories about her. We sent them in and her sister composed a book format and presented it to her on her birthday. How did she know to get that package in the mail so I could receive it on a day when I needed to be lifted up. Cherish your dear friends but also open up your heart to meet new friends. I have and I am glad that I did. I will be meeting a few of these new friends this weekend. I want them to meet my children. It will be fun. When we get together at a restaurant we laugh too and we seem to be there for several hours just enjoying each others company. I guess FRIENDSHIP is the word for the day today.
Well, when I left church I noticed my rain stick looked a different color in a section. I remember thinking no water or anything spilled on this instrument to cause the color to change. I woke up this morning (8/16/18) and noticed this color change grew with just a small section left with the natural color it was when I purchased it. Do you believe the anointing touched this rain stick and this is a little bit of heaven for me to see on this instrument. I do not ever recall something like this happening to me before last night. So cool, so cool.
