I knew yesterday was going to be a day of exceptional favor because the hummingbird greeted me early in the morning when I looked out my window. I always knew the hummingbirds were already in the area for I could see the nectar going down in the hummingbird feeder. Knowing and seeing can be two different things and in this instance it was a welcome sight seeing the grace of the hummingbird. Let Holy Spirit lead you ok. I knew yesterday that I had to mail back the empty ring with the topaz gemstone that fell out and was lost to the jewelry company. They are going to replace the ring for me with one that is not defective, yay for that blessing. See,this is how it works with me...…. I know a task for that day (5/18/19) and as the journey progresses more pieces to the puzzle are revealed to you. So I already have a beautiful wind chime that I purchased in Atlanta as a gift. It is a windchime that has a scripture verse on it and the tone sounds like a church bell when it releases the sound. I like this sound very much so that I also bought one for me also. I get windchimes based on the sound it emits and I am cautious to not get one if it should have designs on it that may tend to be a creature in the night if that makes sense. I tend to stay away from objects like that. I do not need demonic creatures of the night around my home. Things like frogs, toads, owls, snakes. I learned about this when taking deliverance classes. There are objects out there that you do not need to have them in your home. This is an interesting one to share with you. You know when you go to a Chinese restaurant and they may have a Buddha figurine somewhere in the restaurant? Look at the back side of the statue to see if it has an opening. If it does I was told that they pray blessings into the object via that opening. If you are of that faith it is considered a blessing to the person/household/business. The flip side is if you are a Christian and not of that faith it is not a blessing to you but a curse. Yes, that is right be cautious of the things you allow into your home.
I once had a scarab bracelet years ago and it was when Holy Spirit was showing me to cleanse things and purge things from my home that were not to my benefit for my family. When it came to the scarab bracelet I questioned Holy Spirit and said, but I got that at a jewelry store? I obeyed Holy Spirit direction in the matter of disposing this object. Actually my line of questions came into being when He showed me to disassemble the bracelet. Destroy it even before placing it into the trash. He spoke to my heart that if it was not good for my household then why should I want another person to bring curses into their home if they should happen to find it. It made sense to me and I followed through with instructions. Holy Spirit was and still is a great teacher and this was the season in my life that He was teaching me about deliverance.
See how Holy Spirit guides me? A story within a story so to speak. I guess someone needed to hear about using caution in bringing sometimes innocent looking objects into your home. I know one thing yesterday and that was to search for a gift bag that will fit a windchimes. Guess what does the job? A gift bag for a wine bottle, it is long in length and perfect width also. Now, I searched thorough all of them for I was not going to bless a young couple with a gift bag that is designed for a bottle of wine .I found a beautiful peacock design. So I am at Tuesday Morning and I go to the windchime section and there was a perfect windchime just for this young couple. See, I bought the church bell sounding windchime for another young couple that I will be attending their wedding this Summer. I will of course give money along with the windchime which has scripture written on it. I was prepared to give the windchime I already had to the postal employee/tech for his upcoming wedding. I did not have to for the perfect windchime sat there waiting for me to get for them. The tone was beautiful and it had a hummingbird design on it. So I find a windchime now I have to search for the gift bag/decorative tissue paper to go with it. I like to coordinate things and even the tissue paper needs to match the gift bag. Presentation is important to me. It shows that you took time to bring it all together if that makes sense. Know what I did. I hung the windchime on the shopping cart handle and as I walked around the store the windchime played music throughout the store. Yes it did.
I then prepare the gift/gift bag and off to the local postal station. Well, remember God's timing right. I left the gift in the car in the event he was not working that day and I would bring it in when he was. Sure enough he was working.So I then tell him after I drop off the package that I had a little gift for him and his future bride. I go and get it and give it to him. He asks if it is ok to open it right there I did say what about your future spouse and he says to me he will open it up and then she can open it up since there was the tissue paper in the gift bag so she can then open it. He loved it and shared with me that they love hummingbirds. He also tells me that they will have a balcony where they will be moving to. Holy Spirit knows all doesn't He. He is the one that directed me to purchase that very windchime. Oh, the gift bag was perfect so I bought 2 that day and there is more than enough tissue paper to coordinate for the second windchime gift to be given.
This young man is studying to be an engineer and will be getting married this Summer and then moving away. I will miss this young man for he does his job with excellence and follow through. I told you I send packages sometimes international and there is extra paper work involve since it goes through customs. Days before I sent a gift & letter to Vatican City and he was not working that day. The postal clerk was not sure of the paperwork to be filled out because it met the standards to fill it out for customs. She then texted a person for further clarification. I knew right then and there that they were inquiring of the very young man I am speaking of. I asked him about it and sure enough he said he was camping and got the text message and responded. That is great customer service, I told you this young man has excellent skill set when it comes to that. I told him it was me that was sending the package and again it was the cd I sent to Pope Francis. Remember way back when Holy Spirit showed me this in regard to this cd "one cd in the right location can touch a nation." I think that is how it went so sorry if I may be off in the phrasing that was spoken to me many months ago.
In this story I am trying to relay to you to bless those that have been a blessing in your life.
There is more to this story. So I now know they like hummingbirds because of our conversation. I tell him I have a hummingbird feeder at home that I was not going to use. It was not an expensive one at all that I got it at the Dollar Tree store. It sat in a bag so I said if I go home and get it they can have it to take with them when they move. It was a few hours later and I had to go out again on an errand and sure enough he was still working so I went inside and gave him the hummingbird feeder. If you learn nothing else from my sharing I want you to catch this ok...…. listen to Holy Spirit He knows exactly where and when to go on journeys with Him. Your little acts of faith and obedience just may be the very thing another person needs in their life to receive that very blessing. You will never know the extent of your blessing another until we meet again in heaven but God knows your heart and your willingness to bless His people. Do you not want to hear those sweet and beautiful words as you enter heaven (this is my version of it) "Enter in good and faithful friend of mine well done job with what I gave you to do on earth."
See BEAUTY all around you today. I have not been at marketplace ministry for a couple of weeks now and I look with anticipation to see what Holy Spirit has lined up for me this very day. I am blessed to be a blessing to bless others. I think that statement is ever so true and I first heard that statement via Joan Hunter if I am not mistaken.
