For dinner tonight I made homemade chicken soup with matzo balls to add to it. When I use the pressure cooker to make the broth the chicken breast is so tender after cooking it that I can actually shred the chicken breast to make chicken salad. I prepped it to make for tomorrow. Tonight's candle that burned was blue. The song on "repeat" mode is from the CD "My Utmost For His Highest."
