This is real people, God sends His messenger angels to visit His people to bring a message to them. I am still recovering from the spider bites and I needed to rest a bit today this afternoon. I put a sweater on; my sunglasses to protect my eyes from the sun; the book I am currently reading: "Women: God's Secret Weapon" by Ed Silvoso and went outside to read. I placed the chair facing the sun so I could absorb the warmth and vitamin D too. I am reading on this beautiful day and my attention is drawn to the direction of the sun. Not looking directly to the sun but just below the sun. Now, I do not see angels like you may see them I sense them. This angel began speaking to me about various events in my life. He showed me areas to look that here were more angles placed there and eevn how tall one was in distance of my residence. He had me look as he was sharing with me about these angels. Then, the true message comes forth. He shares things with me in regards to things that happened to me recently. How I am to follow this line of direction and not share with anyone what I expereinced recently. To keep it inside of me. The point is for me to not share what was shared with me. He then gave me a choice for me to respond if I would or would not follow the choice given to me. I responded but how I responded is between me and God. It was His messenger angel He sent to me so I direct my response to the angel and He brings back the response. In actuality God is everywhere at all times and is all knowing so I think He was a part of this visit what do you think?
I go back to picking up my book to read and another resident walks by walking her dog. We strike up a conversation and find out we are both born again believers that like freedom in church to shout and pray in tongues and use the praise instruments. We exchanged words on the instruments we both have and use for praise/worship. She shared how she struggled with finding the right church for her ever since she moved to the area. She finally found that church. I shared with her how I may find a church that preaches the word of God, does altar calls but not free freedom in worship. To worship the way God gifted/called you to worship. We also talked about the sensitivity dogs have to the presence of angels and bad spirits too. She shared with me a story about the presence of death that was coming to a home and it was not time for that person to go be with Jesus. they would pray it away and will it to go and it would leave. Then there was a day when it came into the home and the person went to be with Jesus. I love what she shared when it is your time there is no fighting it.
As we are sharing she told me her father, that is a bishop of a church that prayed for his daughter to find a church to fit her needs, and she found it. So I asked her to ask her father to please pray for me to find a church that will fit my needs/my gifts are welcome there and to fellowship with like believers. I joked and said we should start a church by one of the firepits on the property were we reside. So, now I will hopefully have a bishop praying on my behalf, lets see what happens. In the mean time I still have 1 night left of Highway 24 awakening before they break for the holidays. I have to consider that though, if my spider bites are not cleared up enough I do not know if I want to attend church in sunglasses at night. In the mean time I will still watch live stream of Jimmy Swaggart's ministry out of Baton Rouge on Sunday's.
When we were talking about how it isn't that satisfying to watch church on line I then brought up the subject of Zoom calls and how I do not like them. I liken it to this ... you would not allow a complete stranger into your home not knowing them would you? So, even though you are taking a Christian type of class you would hope everyone in the class walks the Christian lifestyle you walk, you would like to think they are. Without knowing lots of people and their walk with God on a Zoom call you have total strangers on your computer screen now being invited into your home via a computer screen. My gut tells me that is not for me. It may be for others but not for this gal. I trust Holy Spirit in this until He would speak otherwise to me.
Oh after the angel left I then asked Holy Spirit to seal those words in my heart and to remind me of them when need be. I thought of this as I am typing this now, why didn't I ask this angel their name. Oh, well, for next time. It was such a lovely day today that I went on a walk after all of that occurred. You know, to ponder on the events that took place. God is faithful, He is mighty, and He loves me and takes great care of me.
