Oh My Goodness, My 92 Year Old Mother Keeps A Much More Rigorous Schedule Then I Do. Let Me Share A Day In My Mom's Life OK.

My mother updates us on the really good meals she is served in the dining room. Even with dessert she can take to her apartment with her for evening snack. I love when she shares with others about her adventures. Let me share one with you.

This email started with Full Schedule Tomorrow. Hot breakfast (because other days it is continental type breakfast with a brunch I think maybe a certain Sunday in the month) morning and afternoon exercising drumming and sitting exercise a ring toss game following afternoon exercise and Rosie The Riveter from the 2nd World War days will perform a pre Veterans Day show. She hopes to get some outdoor fresh air sometime between all the events of the day. People, this is all before dinner imagine that. 92 years blessed to be blessed in her years now.

I think family and her friends enjoy her updates wouldn't you?

Here's another one about the Christmas Bazaar:

The Christmas Bazaar was interesting with original designs by various artists including one that lives there. She did some Christmas shopping also while there. For lunch she had a cup of potato soup, fried breaded tilapia fish, hush puppies, fried sliced apples and a Caesar salad and brought mini eclairs to her apartment for evening snack. She prefers plain baked tilapia and did not like crunchy hush puppies. She did like the fried apple slices and salad, she referred them as delish. Now we have to talk about dinner menu: beef stroganoff & noodles, salad with greens small fresh figs, mandarin orange. She had to decide if she wanted buttered cauliflower or steamed broccoli. That day the weather outside was gorgeous so she got plenty of vitamin d that day by sitting outside. The chefs are high caliber and I think she mentioned that they all had to have a certain credentialing of some sort too.

You know what is amazing, they do not want resident to tip their waiters. I know my mom and she will find a way to bless them at the holidays for that is her nature. Makes me making salmon patties tonight a bit boring compared to her menus. Bless her Lord bless her in a might, super duper way ok.

Please know I got my mother's blessing to share with you all. As long as I share about a day maybe when she may find it overwhelming too. I said I would.
