Yesterday was a not so good day that was turned around with the assistance of one of my children's direction/advice. I would love to share about what happened but Holy Spirit is saying No to that so I obey ok. Thank God I was at local Christian bookstore the other day picking up a few name cards I ordered. You know the one's with a name on top and there is usually a scripture verse attached to it with the origin and meaning of the name. While I was there I inquired of their communion cup sets. The kind you may use in church where the juice is in the bottom portion and then a communion wafer is sealed in the top portion. I felt led to purchase a certain number of them and take communion in my home. I did and yesterday was the first day of doing so. Thank God for Holy Spirit direction and I followed through.
Today, just before I began to write on this blog I had communion and this time the tears fill my eyes with thanks and wonder of how Jesus saved me from going to hell and the suffering He experienced just for me. The joy that was set before Him is what He was focusing on not the pain and suffering of the current moment. That is love to the highest degree that I know of no one that would do that for me in the natural realm today. That is true love personified in my dear opinion. Do you agree. See, to take communion with a clean heart and to be touched and moved to tears in thanksgiving that is who I am and was created to be.
Yesterday I was also reading in The Passion Translation the book of Colossians. Much wisdom in that book. I was up and composing a letter around 4AM that morning to be sent out with a book but the turn of events caused me to not be able to then type up the letter and then get to the post office in time for it to go out in the mail. I used to fret and worry about things like that in the past but now I learn to re-adjust and just live in the moment. Meaning when it gets delivered it will be delivered in God's time.
I was looking through a journal of mine and noticed and also remembered under Holy Spirit unction creating together an acrostic with The word "Thanksgiving." Let me share if I may.

I tried something new yesterday afternoon. I bought a fresh bone in turkey breast the other day and I made it in my electric pressure cooker. It turned out pretty good. Let's see, you placed on the bottom cut up carrots, celery, onion and then I added a few cloves of garlic. You poured in the chicken broth and you placed the turkey breast on a rack in the electric pressure cooker. I took of the skin and then placed some oil on the turkey breast top and seasoned it . I also added some sweet paprika on top for color. Then placed lemon slices on top of it. It was done in about 25 minutes and since it was only a 3 pound turkey breast it could have probably been done around maybe 10 minutes earlier. I was cautious though because I wanted the internal temperature of the meat to be registered where it should be to be fully cooked. It was. Oh my gosh, the infusion of all the ingredients in the carrots just amazed me. They were fork tender and so soft, cooked just right. I am telling you, I love my electric pressure cooker. They say that making a cheesecake in it is suppose to turn out wonderful, just have not made one yet. You have to make some aluminum foil sleeve to be able to remove it from the pressure cooker once done cooking. I will have to figure that one out first and then maybe attempt to make it.
Well, there was banana nut cake left over so it did not go to waste. I went to the bank yesterday and they like when I bring in things I bake so they received 4 nice sized slices of the cake. I also prepared a plate for one of my neighbors. See, baking a recipe can bring much joy to more than just a person. Bake and bring a smile to someones face. Oh the key point in this is to bake it with love in your heart and then bless others with the fruit that was created via you as the willing and obedient vessel. Try it/ I am sure there is something you can bake and then take to someone. I found out from my mother that the Raisin Challah bread I made and then gave a good portion of it to her a few weeks ago when I saw her was a hit at a brunch they had. She said it made great French toast and even toast. See, a little bit of the Jewish gal was peaking through me when I attempted to make that for the first time. Praise God in all things in your life ok. For in the praising is when the true goodness/glory manifest in your very life. Today is Sunday and not scheduled for marketplace ministry so that means I can attend church ,yay.
Oh I finished reading the book "Angelic Encounters" by James & Michal Ann Goll and here is s bit of a testimony of what happened while reading this book. Read the book for it is very insightful and brings encouragement also. For some odd reason I started reading this book from the front to the back but somewhere in between I began reading from the back moving then forward. In a chapter a man was mentioned, Ian Andrews. Miraculous in healing and teaching others how to flow in this arena. I felt led to give this man a personally signed copy by James W. Goll of "Never Alone" cd along with a monetary donation too. Doesn't God have a great plan of action if you would only stop and listen to His direction. Try it, it truly does work.
