During A Q & A Portion Of A Webinar I Began To Write This Blog Entry In My Journal 1/27/2021

Early Monday morning 1/25/2021 I was up very early & I kept praying in tongues the whole time. Sometime in the midst of this I heard Holy Spirit say to me "________ is in trouble." I asked Him what He meant & I did not get a definitive answer. I knew to keep praying in tongues & I did. The next day I was up early in the morning again & I prayed in tongues again.

I have gone through things recently. In the midst of one of these journeys I was bold in Christ & did not hide who I am in Christ. I found myself with an oral surgeon in a consultation setting at the office location. We discussed a road to take & with further asking of questions (?'s Holy Spirit showed me asking in advance of this consultation) I was able to share why I would not go a certain route & I explained why. The oral surgeon asked me if I was a Jehovah's Witness. I responded no, I was a born again Christian. That then opened a door because I had a secret desire in my heart to go to a Christian oral surgeon. They responded to me they were a believer in Jesus & they trusted me hearing from God & following what He spoke to me. Peace flooded me & I knew all would be ok with the oral surgery.

So, it is the day of my surgery appointment & I knew to wear a shirt that didn't constrict my arm where they were going to give me the sedative. I was already shown in advance what to wear. I got up that day & put on a different shirt - but when trying to pull up the sleeve it didn't work so I said ok Holy Spirit I will wear the shirt You showed me to wear.

It was my sparkly "MIRACLES HAPPEN" navy colored tee shirt. You know that simple act of obedience opened the door for me to witness that day. It said it all in the shirt.  I then asked if it was ok to pray over the IV/sedative that was going to go into my body. They said sure, I stood up & silently prayed over it in which I placed my hand upon it and prayed.

I then sat back in the chair & said I was ready. This procedure only took 20 minutes. I was blessed with my son coming to be with me for a few days. Do you know I was actually home within 1 hour of when my appointment was & that included picking up a prescription @ the pharmacy. When I scheduled the appointment I scheduled it in faith. There were 2 options the 7th or 14th. I felt led to select 7 knowing it represents completion. I did not @ that point even know if someone would be able to accompany me @ that time to drive me home. In faith I scheduled the appointment & then everything fell into place. Holy Spirit guides & takes excellent care of His people. AMEN.

Now let me share a bit about a side note I wrote in my journal. I shared this a bit already on the blog. When I heard the words letting me know I would see & hear sounds that surround me. That word was backed up by scripture the Holy Spirit gave to me a few days after I heard the words He spoke to me. When I ordered updated prescription lenses for my prescription sunglasses that I picked up just before Thanksgiving this is what happened. I tried them on and I said why am I seeing double vision and the prescription was not as clear as my older prescription in the frame. They said to take them and see if my eyes adjust to the new prescription. I tried wearing them a few times but I knew something was not right and the prescription was off. I eventually dropped them back off and relayed the info. I had to have a re-check appointment to make sure the prescription was right. I scheduled the first appointment the weekend of the oral surgery but did not know when I scheduled the appointment I was going to have the surgery. I then cancelled it and re-scheduled again. Sure enough, the lab did not put in the right prescription when they further checked the actual lenses versus the prescription they were suppose to make for the lenses. I was in the doctor's office for maybe an hour or so as they did the research. It was well worth the time spent so they then re-ordered the lenses to be made correctly this time. I think if I am not mistaken they either reversed the prescription or did not add something that was suppose to be in the prescription. Are you seeing the big picture here? Parable time, I hear the words and speak them forth and now there is a distraction in vision so to speak. Not in the spiritual but the natural. I speak forth words Holy Spirit gives to me via this blog and in the natural I need oral surgery. Are you following this with me? I know I am doing what Holy Spirit wants me to do because the situations that occurred in my life tended to parallel the words given to me.

As I completed the webinar I stated an action step that I was going to do, that I will continue to share my Holy Spirit journeys with the readers of my blog. This is a great avenue for me to share a portion of the message I jotted notes on while watching the webinar so here it goes: Mike Bickle was sharing and I wrote: This is so beautiful-I just kept crying throughout this teaching with the presence & tenderness of God in my home & heart. Matthew 22:37 was the last public sermon Jesus gave. I then read another scripture shared Matthew 5:19. I then submitted a question I had but it did not get addressed in the live session. Maybe because I may have answered it within the question, what do you think?: Do you beleive we are the generation & there are those already experiencing this with others to catch on? As this love in your heart grows then those that the love in their heart then grows & blossoms even more. Is that correct thinking?

For some reason I was up early today. I had 2 dreams not of Jesus and I dealt with them and cut them off. It is important to speak with Holy Spirit for He truly is your guidance. The enemy was trying to plant doubt against what Holy Spirit has already shown me. I would much rather go with His word then the enemy's word what about you. I was up early today and beleive it or not I already made pork chops & rice for dinner tonight. This is one of those recipes I have found that it either is a good batch taste wise or a not so good batch. This is a good batch hurrah. There is nothing like taking the effort to make a recipe and it does not turn out like you expect it to turn out. This is one of those family recipes that you do not use a recipe card or cookbook. It is done by memory so to speak a little bit of this and a little bit of that. This is my story/sharing for you all today. Let PEACE remain in your heart and spirit and do not let the enemy lie to you ok.

This Is Exciting ... The Other Day Holy Spirit Used Me To Be The Bearer Of Good news To Someone.

It was the other day that I was checking my mail on my computer before getting ready for work. Before I got to that I noticed a picture on the news feed. I thought to myself that looks like so and so and I clicked on the story. Comes to be it was someone I used to work with and the article was on their business venture. I then sent out a text message to a group of us that used to work together. This person was on the text group and responded. I was then able to give them the reporters name that did the article and the link also to the article.

I also placed an order for me to pick up. My plan is to bless the leasing office where I reside with fresh baked cinnamon rolls. This person is a Christian and I love blessing Christian businesses as Holy Spirit leads me to. It pays to follow Holy Spirit nudges because I have found that there is always a blessing of some sort that comes with it.

Another example, I have been searching for flavored decaf coffee and I stumbled upon a Christian owned coffee roastery that is in the general vicinity. I searched the website and viewed the vast selection of flavored coffee and also placed a call to the business to see if they have a retail store. They returned my call and after I left the message I realized it did say they are not a retail store but they are a coffee roastery. I had the opportunity to speak with it may have been the owner now that I think of it. I placed an order to try the coffee and the last few days I have been taste testing coffee flavors. Now, this is true customer service the invoice is highlighted and states that if they do not meet or exceed your expectations please give them a call and they will refund your entire purchase. That is amazing in itself what do you think.

Not ALL Prayers Work, Be Cautious What You Pray Ok

I have been viewing dream ministry videos in the last few days. I take notes and respond to the questions at the end of the video and submit them. I jot down note as I am viewing the videos in a journal and any thoughts Holy Spirit brings to mind as I am notating the ideas in the journal. That is how it works with me. Then sometimes as I am writing the answer to a question after the video viewing I get further insight. I love my walk with Jesus, yes I do.

Yesterday while viewing a video they share about Hebraic prayers. I am taking notes and I am willing to do this before bedtime last night. There is a portion of the prayer that sounds really familiar to me. I then in my mind am shown by Holy Spirit a folded piece of a prayer I made a copy of years ago. Folded? There were portions of the prayer I did not pray and other portions I did pray. It was the portion of calling 4 angels to be at your left, right, at your feet and at your head with the shekinah glory presence of God over you. They were called to be in place for protection during the night. I really did use to pray this prayer until ... I was finding it to be not so accurate in my life. Now maybe it is the prayer for you to pray but not for me in my life. Years ago when HOLY SPIRIT was training me in deliverance ministry He had me go through my belongings and get rid of anything that could have touched on New Age at the time in my life. I used to have angel cards and they really were new age in disguise so people would buy them. If I remember correctly it was sort of like reading tarot cards but with angels on them yuk, yuk.

I also at the time purchased a scarab bracelet from a local jewelry store. I think I paid back then 79.00 for that bracelet. This is when Holy Spirit gave me specific direction of how to get rid of this item. I was just going to throw it in the garbage and He corrected me. He said to me to dismantle it so if someone found it they would not have to deal with the curses attached to the piece of jewelry. I think I said but I paid money for this bracelet and I obeyed. I actually took each stone out of the bracelet setting and dismantled it then threw it in the trash. When I do ministry like this I pray and break any spells, hexes, curses, roots and Santeria prayers that may have been on that article. I break any ungoldy soul ties and a I draw a Jesus Christ bloodline and cancel the curses and send them back upon the originator. When I send it back upon the originator that is not a person that is the main demon that released it. I cut off their communication; encircle it with the blood of Jesus and cast it to the dry, desolate, arid, uninhabited places never to return.

Two nights ago I added what I notated in the journal to say at night Here I Am Lord Speak. I had no dream time that night. I then prayed it again last night along with the angel prayer and this is what happened: I woke around 4:40am and I woke hearing a simple phrase spoken to me. I wrote it down in my journal and dated it with the time I received it. I fall back to sleep and wake from a demonic sort of dream. You did not have to be a rocket scientist to figure out this was a dream of that nature. I cut off its communication and cast it out and removed any remembrance from my memory. I woke and then recalled why I stopped praying that 4 angel prayer when I did. I was putting my trust in angels and not in Jesus during the night. I am sticking with what works in my life because I know it is tried and true.

The other day I heard Holy Spirit speak to me to get rid of an object I purchased at either Goodwill or a consignment shop a few years ago. It was pretty and the violet flowers caught my attention. I purchased it as a little dish to place my tea bag in once I made a cup of tea. I like to use a tea bag more than once before I throw it in the garbage. Holy Spirit was working on me getting rid of this piece of bone china made in England. I had it in the garbage, then pulled it out because I come to find out there was a lesson percolating in me to share with you. Not only was I to throw it away, but break it up with a hammer before doing so. Apparently there were some spirits, etc. on this lovely piece of china from the originator person that owned it. It sat off and on on my countertop for a few years now hiding its subtle curse. I would sometimes use a tea bag holder made in Italy and then switch to this one. I know you may be thinking but it is a piece of china you are going to destroy. Either destroy it and dispose of it or choose to keep "pretty" connected with curse in your home. I chose to destroy it and throw it in the trash

Use caution when you shop at second hand type of stores or flea markets, etc. Also take caution when purchasing items from a foreign country that you may visit. What you think is lovely or unique may have curses attached to it. In that foreign country they may be praying blessings on an item. If you are not of that faith that very blessing becomes a curse in your life. Go through your home and get rid of items Holy Spirit is showing you to part with. Some may be of sentimental value. Really the memory will remain in your heart but the curse upon the item remains in your home until you decide to clean house so to speak. Including items that represent the creatures of the night. Like frogs, owls etc. really.

As I was breaking this up with the hammer I was also breaking the curses with the words/prayer authority I have in Jesus name. There is power and authority in the name of Jesus. Every knee shall bow and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.

Did You Know Jewish People Believe God To Do The Impossible? I Just Watched A Movie That Was All About Great Faith.

I did not want to watch news and I began to search for a happy type of movie on Roku. I started my search with movies featuring Judi Dench but nothing interested me. If it did you had to have a subscription to a British type of app to view some shows. I searched for a few British comedy programs I used to watch on PBS but you had to have a subscription to watch them also. So somehow I went into tubi and there were some recommended movies for me to watch. I scrolled through the suggestions and I came upon this movie, "The Wedding Plan." It was listed as a comedy, romance. It is not a comedy at all but it is a movie on incredible faith in action and not quitting either. It was made in 2017.

The description reads like this: "After she's left at the altar on her wedding day, a young woman trusts her faith and sets a goal to become married again in less than five weeks."

This movie is filmed in sub titles with them speaking I guess it is Hebrew? I relaxed and laid down while watching the movie and beleive it or not, I did not fall asleep but watched and read the sub titles all the way through.

In the times in which we are living in it was good to watch a movie that dealt with great faith. I mean the star is portrayed with great faith and she would not let anyone take that faith from her. Even on her wedding day and it appeared she still did not have a groom as she entered the place where the wedding was to take place. That is great faith.

Sometimes you just have to pull back from everyday stuff and relax and watch something that will build up your faith in your life. Yes, I know it was a movie but that does not mean that it cannot speak to you. The other day I watched the replay of Ana Werner this past weekend preaching/teaching and prior to that I dedicated the day early in the morning to Jesus. It started out with me lifting His name up in praises. I was immersed in the things of God and when the timing was just right Holy Spirit beckoned me to meet with Jesus. I did that the other day when I first watched this teaching via live streaming and had an incredible experience. I beleive I shared it with you. This time it was totally different with me and Jesus and it started off with us dancing. He was holding my hand and letting me twirl around and around and around. Sort of like a ballerina in a jewelry box. You know she twirls around and around when you wind it up and the music begins to play. She begins to twirl when you open up the lid to the jewelry box.  He had His arm and hand extended outward enough so to allow me to twirl around. Sorry I cannot share anymore with you, this was my experience with Him. I can only encourage you to seek out Jesus while there is time and when He beckons you.

See, I know this much, I cannot conjure up this to happen. It happens when Holy Spirit gives me specific direction on steps to take on my path that day and then beckons me to come. I beleive I was walking in a time of consecration leading up to this. These are precious moments and it is not some magic charm that can bring this into your life whenever you want it to.

Interesting enough, after this experience I had I was listening to a recent replay and one of the speakers spoke of a dance. Oh my, she just explained what happened to me. God is faithful and He directs your steps. If you let Him. He will even give you the right tools to follow through with further explanation/insight/confirmation. Another Holy Spirit adventure within my home. Praise God.

2 Finds @ Aldi's Yesterday. 1 Is a Yay, The Other Is A Nay.

 I did a little bit of shopping yesterday @ Aldi's. I found 2 products I never purchased before. One was a loaf of Sourdough bread already sliced. I read the ingredients listed and no yeast in it so I thought I would try it. Maybe I will not have to make the trip to Wholefoods now if this is fine as a sourdough bread made without yeast. The other item was a last minute item I found while heading to the checkout counter. It was by Welby and they were10 - 3 layer masks for 4.99. I was talking with the cashier at checkout asking her opinion about the bread and the masks. I would guess this must be a pretty good bread since she told me they are usually sold out of it. A person that has a food truck comes in and buys it and uses it for the food truck. I liked hearing that. Next inquiry, do you know anything about these face masks? I told her I did not want to buy them if they were made in China. She responded she did not know about the masks but someone came in and bought I beleive she said 20 of them. Do the math 4.99 x 20 could be quite costly what do you think? We both looked at the package to see where they were made but did not find that out. I told her I would check them out and if they were no good I would be returning them. I got in my car and opened the package to see the quality of the mask. As I was pulling one out a little paper was tucked inside the package. It definitely had Asian type of markings on this piece of paper in which I could not read or interpret the writing/printing. It was stamped a few times with some sort of stamp marking. I knew it had to be made in China that was my gut instinct. I put it back in the package. I then looked at the back of the package and in tiny print at the bottom it said it was made in China.

I then went back in the store and got in line with the same cashier to return it and let her know it was made in China. I commented that China sent this covid to us and now they are trying to make money on people in the USA buying their protective stuff. She said that it was a man from France that brought it here after he went to China and got it there. I said that is the point he went to China and picked up the covid virus and brought it here.

Aldi's please stop trying to selling the American people protective gear that was made in China. It was eerie opening that package and that piece of paper was inside it. I never experienced anything like that before. People take caution in regard to the things you buy. A seemingly good deal may just not be that with further insight and looking into the item and the origin country from where it came from. I'm just saying ...

As I am writing this I have in tandem live streaming of Church on the North Coast and on tv live streaming of SonLife broadcasting. Blessings this day.

I Woke Today With This Scripture 1/10/2021

 I had active dream time during the night. When I woke I asked for confirmation from Holy Spirit that the dreams were given of Him and I received affirmative confirmation. I then asked for scripture confirmation. I heard Him tell me to go to Isaiah 29:10. I read it and was compelled to then read the entire chapter. Isn't this interesting, the date I have notated in the margin when I entered it into my bible was 10/19/19.

Sometimes You Need A Little Help From Family. Accept It & Be Grateful For The Time You Had Spending With Them. It Is A Bit Lonely When They Go Back Home. I Know I Have Father, Son & Holy Spirit With Me All The Time But It Sure Is Nice Having Company In Person. Do You Get What I Am Expressing?

Something came up recently in which I found myself needing someone to come and stay with me for a few days. It all worked out but lets now focus on the blessing of family in your life ok. A family member volunteered to come stay with me for a few days. We had a lovely dinner together the other evening. I made Lemon Dill Chicken and sautéed in the sauce gnocchi's. This recipe turned out just right. I also made a salad and steamed some fresh zucchini and yellow squash. This family member loves my homemade chicken noodle soup so I also made some of that to last for a few days. I shredded the cooked chicken breast I used for the soup and added onion and celery and made it chicken salad. Great snack with crackers to munch on. They enjoyed what I made.

A mom always has this nurturing inside of her doesn't she? Finds ways to make things enjoyable for her children, even if they are all grown up do you agree? I did the laundry early today and took the garbage out and walked as this family member was heading back home early this morning. There comes this quietness around your residence again when the guest leaves. It is like a gentle longing to be with people on a regular basis. I know God, (is faithful and) Holy Spirit & Jesus are always with me. As a person here on earth and not in the heavenly realm we still long to have fellowship, for God created us to be with others. I am being sincere and honest with you all as I share.

Thank God there was a ministry conference I was able to listen to this weekend. I am being blessed and I am a blessing blessed to bless others. Yes, you probably guessed correctly, Holy Spirit prompted me to make a donation to this ministry. This is interesting, lately He has me making donations with a cents amount or a combination dollar amount. Meaning not something like 100.00 but 111.00. I am sure it is a learning lesson for me of some sort so I say ok and obey. If your heart may be a bit let down today lift your eyes upward and praise the Lord. I am sure there is something you can be thankful for. Just this afternoon Ana Werner was ministering and there was a segment when we got quiet and spent time with Jesus. I had a lovely experience and was incredibly blessed. May I share it with you?

I saw myself as a little girl with my long brown hair and I was looking at a river. I was standing at the rivers edge. The river was sparkling and I saw it swirling. I was looking at it with intrigue. I kept hearing the words to come into the river. I kept watching and then I jumped in and it was as if I jumped right into the middle of this swirling/dancing river. I had freedom to dance in this river and in the swirling current I was in it let me twirl as if I was dancing in this river with freedom and enjoying it. Then I saw another child with long brown hair watching me in the river and there was something that compelled this child to also jump in the river. Then Holy Spirt had me look at a line now forming of people wanting to get into the river. Do you know why I write this blog? Holy Spirit shows me that what I share compels you to draw close to Jesus. I tend to look at my blog as just sharing what happens in my life, my Holy Spirit adventures mixed with deliverance training tidbits.

I am a woman that loves the Lord and loves to hear from Holy Spirit and respond when He beckons me to go on an adventure. See, not all adventures are outside the walls of your home. You can have adventures in your home in the presence of the Lord. I cannot make these sort of things happen in my life. It is Holy Spirit prompts that I respond to and then the glory fills the home. I took a picture a few years ago of people on rafts going down a river, sort of like a lazy river but going down a real river. I captured a photo where the water is glistening. Maybe I am being shown that now because it kind of reminds me what I saw today. I also heard this song during the day, "With A Little Help From My Friends."

This Is The Scripture Holy Spirit Guided Me To Today

I asked Holy Spirit for scripture guidance today 1/7/2021. Sometimes He speaks a clear scripture verse to go to. Other times He has me hold my bible and I open it to the place He says open to. I do and early today I opened it to Hosea 8. Thank God I notated dates one of the times I read through my bible all the way through and dated it when I read that day. Holy Spirit uses this with me at times, let me explain if I may.

I notated me reading this 12/29/13 and underlined was verse 4 and 10. After I read that He nudged me to look ahead to see what I read on 1/7/14. That brought me to Joel 3 with no lines underlined in that chapter. See how Holy Spirit uses me, right above that chapter I not only have Joel 2:32 underlined but I also starred it. This is what matters most and this I share with you today, "Then whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."

Then my eyes were drawn slightly above that verse to another section underlined that day 1/6/14. Joel 2: 28-29. There comes a time when I cannot always hand feed you the scripture for you to read on this blog. There are times that you need to search it out and read it for yourself in the bible. You will be blessed & Holy Spirit will take you on your own adventure.

This Was 1 Of My Favorite Stained Glass Windows In A Church When I Would Visit Many Churches. I Used To Work For A Pictorial Church Directory Organization.

 

Many years ago I used to work for a pictorial church directory organization. Maybe you are familiar with this type of program. Maybe you may have even participated in this sort of church directory in the past? They would schedule appointments with churches for portrait taking sessions. It really was a lovely concept. There would be a section in which the church was focused in the directory. Then each family that wanted to participate would schedule an appointment for their family portrait session. They had the opportunity to order portraits also. No pressure was placed upon the church or the families to purchase. I was a low key sales representative. I would listen to the needs, concerns of the families as they shared with me what they were interested in or not interested also.

If I remember correctly, there were bonus item the church could attain based on the sales of portraits also. I even scheduled a portrait seating myself and I will share a portrait taken at the time of me many years ago. I even had on the turquoise ring (I love) when it had all the pieces of turquoise still in place. Since then a gemstone would get loose and fall out unbeknownst to me until I noticed it was gone. I had a boss at one time that created jewelry and she blessed me with a few opal stones to glue in place to cover up the lost turquoise stones. Some fell off eventually. Then I have a jeweler that when I would go into the store he would let me go through the loose gemstones (that they no longer used in a variety of shapes or they came from rings that were dismantled) and we would look for a size and color (to coordinate with the ring colors) to cover up the place where the turquoise used to fit and he would use a certain type of glue to place it on the ring. I think I still have one of those gemstones still on the ring. He would not even charge me for this. Pretty amazing customer service in this day and age in which we live in. It was not an expensive ring, I probably bought it at TJ Maxx years ago. Genuine turquoise and I even inquired if it could be reproduced in another setting. To still have all the original gemstones in place and remain in place with the setting selected. It really was not worth going that route. So in the meantime I use a seed pearl type of pearl that you use to make jewelry (from the craft store) and I just glue one in place as needed. Than reminds me I have to do that again. I call this my ring of may jewels because there is a variety. You have different little pieces of turquoise, seed type of pearls, small opal and a gemstone from the jewelry store (it may be a small sized amethyst.)

How did I get off of my subject and share about a ring?

I would set up appointments with church leadership, pastors, and even do presentations for church boards to share about the program. I was in and out of churches on a daily basis. I probably still have in notes somewhere a list of my favorite church stained glass windows. Back then I hoped to write a book featuring my favorite church stained glass windows in that region.

I fell in love with this church's stained glass window because it was unique and there was incredible peace when I was in the sanctuary. This may be the oldest church, it even has a church marker representing the historic date of this church in a small boating community. It was actually across from a park that was in front of one of the Great Lakes. Imagine this ... the beautiful snow drifts that would be there in the midst of a Winter lake effect snow storm. Then the gentle Spring breezes as the trees blossom. The heat and humidity of a Summer day with flowers in bloom. The beauty of a Fall day with crispness in the air and the incredible variety of colors painted on trees in the form of leaves just painted by God for us to enjoy their beauty.

One day I was in the area and asked if I could go into the sanctuary and pray, they granted that kindness to me. As I was sitting there that is when the beauty of this simple stained glass window captured my attention. Then I began to look around the sanctuary and noticed the tall white shutters over the windows. I loved the blue carpeting and the chandeliers. You could sense there was history in this small church. I then began to let creativity flow while in church and I noticed there were 2 aisles. For a brief moment in time I could see a wedding taking place in this church. I do not know why but I began to see this as a perfect type of church if a couple wanted an intimate sort of wedding. There is just something special about this church. Then I began to see how it would be a perfect church setting for a couple that was going to get married and it may be a blended type of marriage. Meaning a couple that they both had children and they would blend together in the marriage. Come on and see with me. I saw 2 families coming together in a church service. The bride would walk down the aisle with her children (at the time young children) on the left side. The groom would walk down the other aisle with his children. Both would then meet at the altar with both sets of children and the marriage ceremony would take place. See, that was the former event planner in me peeking out with insight. Can you see what I saw?

Who knows, maybe there is a young couple out there that just may seek out this church and get married there. Back then there was even a bed n breakfast not far from the church that may even accommodate guests attending the wedding. That all came from me sitting in a church sanctuary many years ago.

Here's The New Picture Frame With My Selection Of Chihuly Postcards, Do You Like It?

Last evening I selected 4 postcards to fill the 4 frames within the main frame. I looked at the original price of this picture frame and it was $52.00. I purchased it for $10.50. Do you know how I came across this frame? I was at a department store retailer and I just finished shopping for something. Let's back this up just a little ok. Holy Spirit directed me to this store in search of an item. Found it and as I was checking out the clerk gave me an additional sale percentage off of the purchase. I went looking around the corner and as I was going through housewares something caught me eye. Picture frames that had a 50% off sing. I found 2 and then took them to the clerk for pricing. Apparently the one I liked best was on clearance too. I was not sure if the postcards would fit the 2 larger frames. Oddly enough they fit those frames and I had to trim to fit in the other 2 smaller size frames.

I am a person that likes things to mix together somehow. I tore out a few postcards from my booklet and then began to place them on top of the frames. By placing them in place in advance I knew how they would look in the frame. 

On the menu today will be meatloaf. I hand selected a few fresh mushrooms from Sprouts Market to use in my meatloaf. I sautéed sweet chopped onion and roughly chopped mushrooms in a little bit of butter. I then grated a bit of fresh carrot and added it to that after they were softened. I blended that along with a little bit of dry onion soup mix; steak seasoning; a bit of tomato soup; an egg; a little water; and bread crumbs. I then bake it with some of the left over tomato soup on top. I have found that grated carrot makes it a moist meatloaf. I then peeled a yam and chopped it. I now have it marinating in the refrigerator in olive oil along with fresh ground sea salt, black pepper, lemon peel, garlic granules and onion granules. I will then roast that in the oven until they are done. My sister taught me that recipe. I am not adding potatoes, carrots or onions today just sweet potato chunks.

After About 9-10 Weeks Since My Last Hair Cut I Went To The Salon. Told My Stylist I Give You Freedom To Style As You Want, I Was Not Going To Control. I Let Go Of Controlling Things Today.

 If  you tend to wear short haircuts then try to imagine how it would look after 9-10 weeks since the last haircut. Much longer and I had no control but at times I would get these few wisps that would flip outward. I could not control making this happen but when it did it was cute. I was willing to let go of the one creating and if she felt I should go in a different direction for a haircut, I gave her the liberty & freedom. We are both Christian women and we share testimonies and we did again. At one point I looked up and realized the haircut was going short again. I inquired that I thought she was going to cut it with it being longer. Remember, I gave her freedom to cut my hair as she saw it would best look. She shared that she really likes me with short hair and she went that route. I said ok. I have a keen eye for precision and details. 

As we were sharing today near the end I brought out my journal and the blessings & curses booklet. In the midst of our conversation she suggested maybe I should read the booklet again and I agreed with her. Before I went of my hair appointment I baked the peanut butter cookie brownie bars. They made a couple of rounds today. I blessed a neighbor where I currently reside. I also made up a gift box with some for a former neighbor of mine where I used to reside along with a card. She will know it was from me even if I did not attach a card because she knows I leave her goodies on her door handle. I delivered them on the way to an outside church service. It was cold once the sun set outside so I packed up my things a few minutes early and headed home. Church was refreshing because during worship they also sang a hymn. Right in the parking lot I have no problem raising my hands in worship or clapping my hands to the beat of a song. I am a worshiper and I tend to worship.

I went to the Chihuly Exhibit many weeks ago and purchased a booklet of his artwork exhibits as postcards. I love his work. My mother suggested to me weeks ago that I should look for a picture frame that will allow me to select a few of the postcards I like and display them in a frame. Today I found a frame, it was greatly reduced and I purchased it for a little over $10.00. All in all today was a very good day. Yesterday afternoon I went on a road trip away from the city lights. There is something wonderful getting away from the city lights and all that goes with the city lights too. You need to do that every so many weeks to breath in fresh air and the country air at that. Try it, it works. I found another movie last night made in the 1950's with Danny Kaye. Tonight I am switching it up a bit and watching GRIT TV looks like John Wayne was the star in the last movie and in the movie playing right now. Oh well, I will have to be in search of a different movie, it looks like I already viewed this movie before. I found 2 new colors of nail polish today, little and simple things like that make me happy.

I really am a people person and I need to not be so sheltered anymore. Get out to converse and witness, that is when I truly come alive when Holy Spirit flows through me to reach out to others. I tend to use caution in regard to where I go in the last weeks. 

I selected 1 postcard so far, that was the first place I went to many years ago to see Chihuly's artwork.

In 2020 I Sent Letters, Cards & Emails Of Encouragement, Did You Do The Same? Oh 1 More Thing, This Blog Included.

By design God created me to be an encourager to others, even in the midst of things going on in my life. He tugs at my heart strings and I say ok. Just because I write to encourage you does not mean I share all that is going on in my life with you when I step in faith to encourage you. Sometimes the greatest blessing is tucked in the midst of going through things in your life. I would say about 10 months of last year were not what I hoped for or anticipated. I still can touch the covers of a few of my journals and be most thankful for dreams Holy Spirit gave to me. Dreams of hope and encouragement. Isn't that interesting, as an encourager I receive encouragement from Holy Spirit via dreams and scripture He speaks to my heart to read!!!

On 12/31/2020 after work and listening to a podcast, my disappointments were turned around. I touched one of my dream journals and thanked God for the blessings inside that very journal. I was on a mission to bless another. The bank where I do business has been a constant blessing to me. They know how to treat their customers and are most personable to me when I enter the bank. They know my name and are always so kind to me. I was working so I missed this blessing, about 2 hours before I visited the bank some man came in and purchased a bunch of $2.00 bills they had. That's ok I was there to bless them after I completed my transaction. To show them kindness back I bought them a Publix chocolate cake as a snack to enjoy. I would sometimes bake and drop it off to them but with me working yesterday there was no time to bake. I did buy the peanut butter cookie brownie bar mix while at Publix because Holy Spirit also showed me to bake it and take to a neighbor that can use a sweet treat break so to speak. I plan on doing that today sometime.

Over the next few days I will be going somewhere in which I will take a journal of mine with me that is 25 years old to share as part of my witness. Along with that journal I will bring my old copy (I mean a copy I have not of a soft or hard bound book style) of "From Curse To Blessing" A transcription of the radio program "Today With Derek Prince" (weekly series numbers 138 & 139.) I received this book many years ago and it is the book I make mention of in this particular journal entry. See, many months ago we had a discussion about the book by the author "Blessings & Curses." Isn't this interesting how God moves upon me. I wrote about something the other day (sorry if you missed it, there are times I blog and then Holy Spirit says to take it down and I do just that) which caused me to pull out that very journal. Only to find out there was greater purpose in me finding that journal as a witness later on. I love these Holy Spirit adventures. This very witness was already in the making for such a time as this about 25+ years ago. That is the importance of placing a date and time received when you journal.

I was in search of a particular movie last night to watch, "The Best Things Happen While You're Dancing" with Danny Kaye & Vera Ellen. I could not find it but I came across another movie while searching and watched that. Oh my gosh, it is a musical with a section that is funny. Funny enough that it caused me to laugh out loud while watching it and also using my exercise bike at the same time. The movie stars David Niven, Vera Ellen & Cesar Romero. It was made in 1951, "Happy Go Lovely." After that I started to watch a musical  made in India but that lost my attention so I shut that off. I opted to then watch SonLife broadcasting and was immensely blessed when I did. I love their worship and it was one worship clip after another and so on. I truly do long to attend a local church that looks like a church (meaning no dark, low lights, night club type of atmosphere) but they preach the word of God with lights on in the church along with worship that incorporates old time hymns. Hymns I do not even know at times but sure do strike the heart strings of my heart. Why is it so hard to find this church? Holy Spirit has been ever so faithful in my life to guide me to churches He wants me to sit under their teaching. As He guides He also provides, it is in His timing and not my "want it now" attitude timing. What a beautiful way to finish out the evening.

As I was just about to write this blog I searched online to try and find local church "live" events in the area and really did not find anything that caught my attention. Why are churches not having events anymore in person and opting for that online venue? Online is fine and well but gathering together in person to worship and then the teaching/preaching is so much more Holy Spirit heightened if that makes sense. I am not making this up. Just the other day I watched a video from a year ago and it was powerful. From worship through to the end, definitely a movement of Holy Spirit. I think it was at Harvest Church if I am not mistaken the name of the church. That is what I am talking about. The saints gathering together in person to worship then the word comes forth in power and might because of the gathering of the saints. The anointing flows forth in a strong way if the people hunger and tug on the anointing does that make sense? I cannot shake this off, the importance of church gatherings as "live" events and conferences as opposed to "live" online events. Of course, with proper Covid 19 precautions in place at these type of events. Food for thought.
