It's A Beef Stroganoff Day, This Is A Favorite Recipe I Use From Lipton Recipe Secrets.

I have had this recipe for many years. I actually got the recipe that was printed on an envelope/package of a Lipton's Beefy Mushroom soup mix. May you enjoy this recipe. I did not have a package of Beefy Mushroom dry soup mix today so I substituted Lipton's Onion Mushroom dry soup mix. I did add 1 Maggi bouillon beef cube so I added an extra cup of water to the directions. Enjoy, I serve it with either buttered rice or noodles, that is your preference. In my household, they liked both so I made both to serve with the Beef Stroganoff.

2 tablespoons margarine or butter (I use butter, I do not cook with margarine)
2 lbs. boneless beef round or chuck steak, cut into thin strips (I use top round thinly cut, then I cut the strips)
1 package (8 or 10 oz.) mushrooms, sliced (I wash, peel then slice the mushrooms)
I envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Beefy Mushroom Soup Mix
2-1/4 cups water
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (I use unbleached flour)
1/2 cup sour cream
Hot cooked noodles

In 12 inch skillet, melt margarine over medium-high heat and brown beef with mushrooms (I add a bit of minced fresh onion to this.) Add beefy mushroom soup mix blended with 1-3/4 cups water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until beef is tender. Stir in flour blended with sour cream and remaining 1/2 cup water. Bring to the boiling point over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
Serve over hot buttered noodles.
Makes about 8 servings.

Praise God, He Truly Does Answer Prayers!!!

I am most thankful and very blessed. God answered a great prayer for me yesterday/today. He is faithful. Thank you Pastor Franklin for putting out the clarion call to fast and pray. I did that Monday and Tuesday. To God be the glory and all the praise goes to Him. Amen.

Thank You Cracker Barrel Old Country Store For Carrying/Selling Michael Buble's Latest CD, "Nobody But Me."

I am most thankful for the fact that Cracker Barrel carries and sells the latest CD by Michael Buble, entitled "Nobody But Me." I purchased it the other day and I am enjoying it. Here are a few of my favorite songs that I enjoy listening to. Part of my evaluation of a song I like is the instrumental portion of the song. It has to have a catchy beat/tune. The second song I will share with you, I enjoy it because it reminds me of a visit I made to Rome, Italy over 20 years ago. I enjoyed that trip. I fondly remember sitting on a bench at a plaza/square enjoying the day and watching people go in and out of a bridal shop across the way from where I was sitting. People that were planning their future and what to wear at their wedding on their special wedding day. That was a blessing to me.
I was about to go through my divorce and I was blessed in the midst of that part of my life to see the newness of life for these young people planning the next part of their life journey, their wedding day.
A few days ago I heard that Michael Buble's oldest son was diagnosed with cancer. What did I do in that moment? I prayed for the young boy and his family. That brought to my memory of the time when one of my children was diagnosed with a rapid tumor growing in them and we had to go see a specialist. It all happened so fast. There was a surgery to remove the tumor and it was benign. This child had to go through the same surgery again since it was located near the growth plate and the first surgery there was concern that they did not want to nick the growth plate. They tried to get it all at that time. They were concerned for if the growth plate was nicked it would affect the child's growth. Most thankful that the second surgery was a success with another benign tumor that was removed.
Please know that hearing the news about Michael's son spurred me on to purchase the CD. I trust that the purchase will then support this young family with the sales from his latest CD release. Be blessed and count your blessings daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and always.

If You Know Me At All, There Is One Thing You Should Know For Sure. I Love Great Worship Music.

Hawk Nelson, Diamonds.

Found A Great Song, Hope You Enjoy It.

Here is a great song I found a few weeks ago. This is definitely a song to keep choosing "repeat" to keep playing over and over again.

There are a few more songs from this CD I want to share with you also, enjoy.

I Would Love To Share With You A New Cooking Appliance I Love Using

Well, I do like to try out new products or the idea of a new concept when it comes to cooking. This time it is Cook's Companion Electric Air Fryer. I am a skeptical consumer that is also a frugal shopper. When I see a new concept/item advertised I will wait for the right opportunity to try it. I do not know if you have stores called, Bargain Hunt, where you live. The way it works is a certain percentage is deducted from the selling price the longer the item is on the shelf in the store. That is how I bought my electric pressure cooker, and now my electric air fryer. As long as you keep your receipt you have 30 days to bring back the item if you do not like it.
I liked this air fryer and I am glad I purchased it. As I said, I am skeptical until I test out the product. I like to make my own burgers and then freeze them individually so I have one ready when I want to make one. I put a frozen burger in the air fryer and I never had a plump, juicy burger like that one when I made it in the air fryer. I also did the same with a thick pork chop. I marinated a steak in a mixture of bold flavored steak sauce and Italian dressing. It was delicious, I put the marinade on top of it while it cooked in the air fryer  and it seemed to caramelize a little on the steak. The air fryer pulls out the fat but the meat remains juicy.
I made home made french fries once out of one potato, that was too much work for me. I did also try making frozen sweet potato fries, the All Natural Alexia brand (there are less products added to the potatoes that I do not know what they are when you read the label.) On other frozen french fries there are ingredients that I do not even know what they are. If I do not know what it is then it just may not be so good for me. That is how I look at it.
I did buy an oil sprayer made by Chef'N. You only gently spray either non-stick cooking spray or oil that is sprayed on with an oil sprayer. It is a neat cooking tool. You place oil in the container, then you prime it a few times and then it lightly sprays out. I even tried it when I made a salad dressing. I like to make my own salad dressing. I season with garlic salt and pepper then I now spray the salad with the oil (much less is used than when I would pour oil on the salad) I then add my vinegar. I like to use apple cider vinegar, white wine vinegar, and red wine vinegar. It depends on what mood I am in that determines what vinegar I will use. I have used Balsamic vinegar. I do not particularly care for the slightly sweet taste to it.

I Am Sorry To Say That I Cannot Recommend This Product. "Clean & Pure" water filter Model 3060 by Paragon Water Systems, Inc.

I purchased this item about one and a half years ago. It is a water filtration system that you connect to your kitchen faucet and when you want filtered water you turn the nozzle one direction and the water from your sink goes through the filtration system and hence, filtered water is what you are now drinking. It was fine and I did use it on a regular basis. I would use it when cooking, making ice cubes, and for drinking water. One day I was getting my water from the system and all of a sudden out of nowhere it started to spray water from one of the indentations on the unit along with the water coming out of the receptacle on the top of the unit.
I called the company in Tampa, FL and was told there is nothing they can do about it since the unit is over 90 days old. I questioned the person I was speaking with on the phone, what about the 25,000 gallons of water the unit was suppose to be good for when they presented it/sold it on one of the shopping networks. I was told by the employee that their unit is still working and they had their unit for 9 years. That does me no good to hear that story when mine obviously is not working correctly and it did not pump 25,000 gallons of water through my unit. This was not a $5.00 unit when I bought it. I do believe I bought 2 at the same time, that may have been the offer to buy 2 units for I think it may have been 49.00 or something around that figure. I actually gave one away as a gift, I sure hope that one does work properly. The employee's solution to me was to get some type of sealant that is approved as food safe, something to that effect. Why do companies not stand behind their products?
Well, when I searched a little further on the label under the product, guess where it was made??? It was made in China. Why does it seem like so many products we purchase are made in China?
This is my suggestion, on the television shopping networks they should in good conscience let the consumer know where the product is made. They should have some sort of symbol that appears next to the item number (i.e. an American flag or some similar symbol) that lets the consumer know the product they are ordering is made in the USA. These are just some thoughts from a consumer that does not like giving away my hard earned money to a product that doesn't last. There are very wise consumers out there and they should have better choices when it comes to purchasing items.

Holy Spirit Guided Me To Place 2 Phone Calls That Were Minutes Apart On Timing. One Chose To Listen To The Message, One Chose To Not Speak. What Does One Do In This Situation?

Well, this is what happened the other day. I was guided by Holy Spirit to make 2 phone calls, they were made within minutes apart in placing the calls. The first call made I left a voicemail message with Holy Spirit words to encourage the person. In that phone call message left I received a text message confirmation that they needed to hear my sweet words that very morning and I give praise to God for that. Later on I find out that the words of encouragement were just a confirmation of what was going on in that persons life. You see, when Holy Spirit moves on you follow His direction for we do not always know what is going on in a persons life but He does and timing is impertinent. I would hope that people connected to me would not hold back on encouraging me or sending forth a confirmation message to me when Holy Spirit prompts them to act.
The other phone call was placed, I was prepared to leave a voicemail message but the person answered the phone. They chose to not speak and I am perfectly fine with their choice. Unfortunately, they did not get to hear what Holy Spirit was speaking in regard to them. Many weeks ago I received a prophetic warning dream in regard to this person. At the time of receiving the dream I asked Holy Spirit what do I do with this dream. Holy Spirit wanted me to pray in the Holy Spirit (pray in tongues) in regard to the dream. Keep the dream tucked away in my heart for the time when Holy Spirit nudges me to share the warning dream with the person. I did that for many weeks and then Holy Spirit gives me the release to share the warning dream with the person...it never happened since the person chose to not speak that day. They were busy and I graciously gave it back to Holy Spirit for Him to take off of my hands.
You see, when Holy Spirit moves through you and you follow His instruction you are then released after you respond to His prompting. I will never know if the person I was to share the information with was about to be misguided by someone. I saw and heard words spoken by a person in the dream and I heard very clearly the name of the person to warn the recipient of. I know enough that 3 times a phrase was stated by the person in the dream and that means to pay attention and take heed to the words spoken. It does happens sometimes when you know you are to give words to another and they choose to not hear them. Part of you feels sorry for them since the words could have helped them in their life/situation. Then you may think to yourself maybe I did not hear from Holy Spirit in regard to that. That is why Holy Spirit always gives you a confirmation so as to not doubt you heard from Him. My confirmation was 2 calls placed within minutes apart one received the words the other did not. I have unequivocally found that Holy Spirit is ALWAYS faithful. In this instance you then ask Holy Spirit to release you for you did what was requested of you and now you place it into the hands of Holy Spirit. That is what I am most grateful for, He now takes it out of your hands for you did the portion that was requested of you. I say AMEN to that.
I am typing this up today with the full use of my left hand and having to rely on only using 1 finger from my left hand. I had to get stitches on one of my fingers yesterday and I still felt the nudge of Holy Spirit to share this with you today. Let me encourage you and show you how faithful Holy Spirit is. After I left from getting the stitches, my finger was beginning to throb a little bit but I knew where I had to make a stop before heading home. I followed Holy Spirit direction/nudge. There was someone I know that is close to their due date for giving birth to their baby. I simply inquired how they were doing and after their response I asked if they would like me to pray for them. They said yes and I placed my hands upon them and prayed. They shared with me that it almost brought tears to their eyes that the words were right. I then said it was not me it was Holy Spirit praying through me and He knows what they need. I was then looking for something in the gift shop and this person came over to me again. I sensed Holy Spirit wanted me to pray some more and I asked if it was OK. I then placed my hands on their stomach and prayed specifically for that child inside the mother. After I prayed the Mom asked me if I felt the baby kick. I don't think I did so I placed my hands again on the stomach to pray some more and the Mom told me that the baby never kicks when she is standing up but it kicked again when I prayed. I graciously told her the baby responded to Holy Spirit flowing through me it was not me it was Holy Spirit. I just love how God is so faithful, He truly is. As I type this today not only is my finger out of commission but my arm is also sore due to having to get a shot yesterday too. See, when God guides He truly does provide. He prompts, you respond and God gets ALL the GLORY. Enjoy your day today.

I Highly Recommend This NEW CD, "I Hear The Sound Songs That Matter" A Jentezen Franklin Live Recording At Free Chapel

Let me share this with you... years ago when I first started watching TBN on television I saw Jentezen Franklin playing his saxophone on the "Praise The Lord" program. That was the predecessor to him preaching on TBN. Never could I imagine that years later I would have the opportunity to sit under his ministry for a few years. Those were blessing years to me. I would just enjoy the the service when the anointing stirred him to play the saxophone. There is anointing on this preacher to preach the word of God along with the playing of the saxophone. When I get a chance I still do participate in services via online live streaming.
They are going to expand the main campus and part of the plan is to build a chapel. Years ago they were going to expand and build a chapel but the direction went to expanding the church to another campus location. What I was so looking forward to with the building of the chapel was a water wall that was going to be outside the chapel. I sure do hope they will build that with the building of the chapel.
There are many favorite songs on this CD, the first four songs are great. I recommend any song that Pastor Franklin plays the saxophone. I must share with you this, the song that seems to touch my heart the most is song #9 I Bowed On My Knees And Cried, "Holy." As I am writing this now it is playing in the background and has been playing for a while now. It seems to minister to me and it brings tears to my eyes when I listen to it. That is probably because one day I will do this and bow down before Jesus and thank Him for dying for me so that I could live with Him forever in heaven. Imagine the glory in that, living in the living presence of God forever. How blessed I am to know Jesus and Holy Spirit gives me direction and My Father in heaven created me in the image of God. How can one not be blessed with that winning combination?
I recently learned a new scripture verse which has become dear to me. It is Deuteronomy 6:4, "Hear O Israel, the Lord is our God, the Lord is the only one." Be blessed today and in all that you are doing today see the hand of God in your day.
I am going to try to make stuffed peppers using red, orange and yellow peppers today (they seem to be sweeter to taste then green peppers, I think green peppers have a bit of bitter taste to them.) Of course the method of preparing will be the electric pressure cooker. Imagine stuffed peppers done in 30-40 minutes. I actually saw one recipe that said they only took 12 minutes to cook. What do you think about the air fryer machines. I see them a lot but I do not know if I eat enough fried type of foods to invest in one of these. Something to ponder on.

I Am Truly Enjoying My Electric Pressure Cooker

I do enjoy using my electric pressure cooker. There was a recipe I used from an electric pressure cooker cookbook for macaroni and cheese and it looked better than it actually turned out. I thought it was dry tasting and would probably not make it again. The recipe came from the cookbook, "SIMPLY THE BEST PRESSURE COOKER RECIPES" by Marian Getz, introduction by Wolfgang Puck. Now, I highly recommend trying two recipes from this cookbook that I have made on more than one occasion, Mashed Potatoes on page 62. Why make mashed potatoes the way we use to make them by boiling them on the stove top in a pan. After trying them prepared this method you will wonder to yourself why did I ever make them the traditional way. Preparing them in this fashion actually allows one to taste the taste of the potato and not have to doctor up mashed potatoes made the alternative way to get some flavor to them.
The second recipe I recommend, Wolf's Reisfleisch on page 33. Sometimes I add extra lemon juice and I usually cut the recipe in half when I make it. I must admit that I do add extra chili flakes too. It is a meal in itself and nice when served with a side salad. If there is not a recipe I like in the cookbook I then google search for what I am looking for and then find the recipe I like best and then try it.
Yesterday, I found an easy way to cook fresh beets. It was so simple to use and the beets came out so sweet tasting after prepared in the pressure cooker. I added nothing to them, they were naturally sweet tasting when I peeled them when they were finished. There really is no comparison to the taste of canned beets versus fresh beets.

If You Have An Employer Or A Business Venture/Endeavor, This Is The Prayer To Pray.

I discovered this prayer years ago and I pray it on a regular basis. I not only pray this prayer for employers that I work for, I also pray it for any future employers that I may work for. It is wise to pray not only in the current situations in your life but why not take it a step above and already begin to pray for those you may work for in the future or any business endeavors that may come into your life. That makes sense right? This prayer I am sharing with you is a portion of a prayer that comes from the book, "Spiritual Roots of Sickness and Disease" by Dr. Paul Hollis.

"In the Name of Jesus, I take authority and bind every principality and strong man over (name business, job and any endeavors) at (name locations). I come against and cast out every spirit of fear, mismanagement, poverty, confusion, lack, failure ( I added to this prayer "lying") and bankruptcy. In the Name of Jesus and through the power of the Holy Spirit, I loose sound management, prosperity, clarity, wisdom, knowledge, blessings, profit, honesty, success, and favor from any business associates. Father, I ask You, in the Name of Jesus, that You send warring angels to go before me to accomplish these blessings and create favor in my business."

I trust this will bless not only you but those you work for and any business venture/endeavor you are currently involved in and those to come forth.
