Thank You Lifeway Christian Stores, I Love My Complimentary CD You Blessed Me With

I received such a blessing the other day. I went and picked up my complimentary cd Lifeway Christian Stores blessed me with, "Greatest Worship Songs 2018." I play it and the song that touches my heart the most is "Your Love Awakens Me." The way I know it is a hit with my heart is that I find that song is on "replay" so it plays over and over again while I am driving. There is such a sweet anointing on this song and it continually blesses my heart and spirit. If you did not get a complimentary copy it is well worth the money to purchase it from them.

The Movie, "Samson" Was Very Good I Recommend Seeing It.

I highly recommend going to see "Samson" in the theatre. I recently saw it and it was refreshing to go and see a Christian movie with none of the garbage you tend to have to deal with when going to see secular made type of movies, meaning the use of curse words etc. The bible is real and true and if you ever read through it you would know there is action throughout the entire book. I actually have read through the bible twice in my lifetime so far. Once I met a missionary and they told me how they read through the bible and they wrote down how they did it and I followed that version once. Many years ago it was suggested to me to start reading the New Testament one chapter a day and I would get to know Jesus and that suggestion was excellent and most fruitful too. Since then I have read through the bible twice so I guess I could say I read through the bible 2 1/2 times. When I read through the bible I sometimes would put the date next to the chapter I read that day. You would be amazed at so many times when I reference something in the bible for insight and I come across a chapter in which I am seeking guidance and it would be close to the date that I was seeking but many years prior. Holy Spirit is most wise and it never ceases to amaze me how an insight given to me when I read a chapter years ago is relevant currently in my life. That is another suggestion when reading through the bible, jot down any insights or underlined sections Holy Spirit prompts you to notate. It is not only wisdom for that day you are reading but it can be insight for you years down the road too.
Back to "Samson" the movie. It was good seeing some of the bible story highlights/features come to life in the movie theatre. The focal point in my opinion, is that God is faithful. Even though Samson stepped way from God with breaking a few of his vows to God, God did not leave him and in the end his strength was gained again. Lesson in all of this...walk with God it is truly an exciting life to live and if you should fall ask for His forgiveness and keep on walking with God that is by far the best place to be for He is faithful. We as people can tend to be not as faithful but He does not leave us. The question is do you leave Him? If you find that you did leave Him then ask forgiveness and He will forgive you and then start walking with Him again. Read the bible there are so many great things for you to read and enjoy with the reading of it. There is action, great love stories and incredible experiences in God's faithfulness all waiting for you to experience. One more thing, Holy Spirit will give you great insight and revelation knowledge as you read it too.
