I walked this morning and then went for a walk this evening at dusk. What a spectacular sight for me to see. The alfalfa field has been harvested and there is more alfalfa growing there now. The field looks like a blanket of green. Imagine this, just hovering over the green fire flies(lightening bugs as I grew up calling them)popping up here and there randomly. It looked like a light show of twinkling lights almost something that you would expect to see at Disney World. I was walking home and told a few people I know about it and my bubble was burst. Sometimes it is better not to get information for what you do not know will allow you to think that it was a light show just for you to see. Apparently, when it is very humid outside that keeps them from flying higher in the air. I don't know why that is but I am glad that I was able to see this spectacular show of lights tonight.
The other night when most of you were fast asleep I was called to pray and and not only that the creative side of me was flowing so I obliged. For the first time I created a necklace with bead design. I was always creating bracelets and for whatever reason I now created a matching necklace and yesterday I designed a pair of earrings to go with that too. Lately, when I am praying in the spirit I have been seeking interpretation after I pray. Let me tell you that there are things about to come forth that I can truly say I am glad that I am a believer in Jesus Christ and His protection.
Let me share an excerpt of what I wrote on6/22/10 @ 4:45 AM:
First let me share with you that you were probably fast asleep as I wrote this and how many of you know that there was a rain storm at that time of the day? There was so what I wrote will make more sense to you.
"Hear the rain? Yes, and the thunder too? Yes (I replied yes to both of His questions) I shake up the earth and as you experience thunder in a close distance to your proximity with it, it can literally shake things around you. As you feel the vibration I so shake the earth and watch what falls off from the shaking."
I prayed again like this with the interpretation on 6/24/10 @ 10:45 AM. The lights had been out and we lost power at this point it was approximately 10 hours like this. No distractions at all since there was no electricity. I keep getting warnings people, do not have a deaf ear to the warnings of the time in which we live in. For if you chose to ignore the signs of the time all around you there will be no one to blame but yourself. This is what I received from Holy Spirit in the form of interpretation:
"I dispatch angels to mine, My beloved for them to open up their eyes and see what is in the horizon. Do not just look thru natural eyes but by the Spirit. What looks like a tornado of great magnitude will just be you encamped around you with angels to protect you. As to not even be harmed by the storm. As I place you in the eye of the storm where there is calm and peace and no destruction. Stay in My presence saith the Lord and no harm shall come to you. Destruction will be all around you and devastation but none will touch you or yours for the time has come to set My people free from bondage. Those that are freed are to set others free then. Go with glee in your heart and rejoicing in your soul for I COME SOON AND VERY SOON-PRAY, WATCH, EXPECT. saith the Lord of the Harvest."
You know that a part of praying for another is that some sort of confirmation comes to you once in a while. When a person prays for another in faith and in the Holy Spirit they are trusting that what is being prayed is right on target for that person. Why do I find it to be that some will be led by Holy Spirit to acknowledge that your prayer was prayed and that the prayer was timely and on target. Others say nothing at all. I suppose that is OK once in a while but now and then it would bless the person that prays and steps out in faith on your behalf if they received some sort of acknowledgement that the prayer is right on target and on time. When a person steps out to pray in faith it encourages them that they heard from Holy Spirit to begin with and that their obedience brought some sort of relief to you or the situation you find yourself in. Do not be so wrapped up in the cares of today or tomorrow to not reach out a hand or a word of encouragement to others. They need it far more than you think. They really do.

Did You Seek The Holy Spirit To See If The Last Dream You Had Was From Him Or Not? I Did.

I woke from a dream today and the first thing I did was pray and seek Holy Spirit if it was a warning from Him or just not from Him at all. I woke with an uncomfortable feeling it almost agitated me. That is how I will describe the emotion I felt upon awaking. Also, it was a bit confusing the words I heard did not even make sense with what was going on or trying to be portrayed to me via the dream. Hum, sounds like you know who, the author of confusion. Holy Spirit is all about order and not contradiction or confusion right? Satan is quite stupid I think I have mentioned this several times before.
The first thing I did was seek Holy Spirit to confirm if it was in fact a dream of warning or not from Him. He confirmed it was not from Him and I asked for scripture to confirm this. The specific verse He took me to was the very opposite of what was being portrayed in the dream. The dream reflected negativity and the scripture just reinforced the protection I have under God, under His shelter. Second sign that I knew it was not from God was that I woke with uneasiness and it just did not make sense. You see, when satan tries his very best to stump you God will always give you His very best and it trumps satan out. He really is not smart at all. He is cunning and a tricker to those that fall for his dumb attempts though. Don't fall for them because you are on the winning, victorious side if you are in Christ Jesus and remain in Him
From the negativity dream I sought Holy Spirit which directed me to scripture and then another golden nugget was dropped into my lap by Holy Spirit too. Satan would have been much better off just leaving me alone to begin with today. As a result of him attempting to mess with me I received a very large piece of the puzzle that was out of place. I then went and undid something that Holy Spirit showed me from months ago. It is now done. Watch and see what happens now.
Let me remind you again how ignorant satan really is, he used a tool in the dream that I am not even using right now. If he was smart he would have known that that particular service has been put aside for a time. Do not give him power that he does not even have and never let go of the power that you have in Christ Jesus. I saw a program a few days ago where there was a wealth of knowledge on the subject of spiritual dreams. I looked it up on amazon to add this book by the author that spoke to my collection. I could not locate it at the time. If I should find it in the days ahead I will add it to the books I recommend on my blog page. In the meantime, I would search out Christian bookstores for there was some very important information that you just may need in the near future. The author is Bryan Carraway and the title of the book is, "Decoding Your Spiritual Dreams."
Dreams from the Lord should confirm things already spoken/shown to you, not contradict what He told/showed you. A dream is there to encourage you in that time in your life when you just may need encouragement not to tear you down. If you receive a dream of warning from the Lord make sure it was from Him first of all and then you want to pray to stave off whatever was shown to you. When it is not of the Lord you still need to pray to remove any remembrance of it and to stop it from coming to fruition in your life. You have the authority to cut off that dream and to not allow it to grow. As I prayed this morning after the dream I was speaking out loud my confessions of who I am in Christ from the book by Annette Capps, "Quantum Faith." This is the scripture I was reading out loud, "The Holy Spirit teaches me all things and brings all things to my memory. I know and remember who I am. I now use my words and my faith to manifest God's highest and best for me!" (John 14:6.) It was as I was proclaiming this that Holy Spirit reminded that He brings all things to your memory and if He causes you to remember does He not also have the authority to cause you to forget the garbage that satan brings to you in a dream too. Yes, is the answer so I then used that very verse to speak forth that I will not have remembrance of the dream for I asked Holy Spirit to remove it from me. People, all you have to do is seek Him out while there is still time and He loves to share His nuggets with the believers. From this very same scripture is when He revealed another nugget to me, that one I cannot share with you at this time but know that I undid something very big in the spiritual realm from months ago. Keep seeking Him or His guidance and His wisdom and you will be glad you did. He has total recall of everything you do and ask for and when the timing is just right and you are able to receive the knowledge He will show you how to go back and undo what was done. TRUST.
Let me share something really neat with you that just happened. For several days I kept hearing the words to the song, "Freedom Reigns." I emailed the worship leader at church to find out the words of the song and who wrote it. I sent that the night before church yesterday. I went to church and the very song I inquired of we sang. Something just went off inside of me as I was drawn to the altar with tambourine in hand. I can only describe it as a prophetic dance through me and the instrument in my hand. When this happens to me I can only describe it like this, as I am in motion it is Holy Spirit that shows me what to do in reference to the movements with the instrument. I have no idea what I am actually doing in the spiritual realm but know this, I came across a prophetic word spoken over me in 1999 and I felt compelled to play it several times in the last few days. It reminded me that there is a prophetic dance inside of me and back then it was spoken how I have a heart to set people free and that deliverance to others is very important to me, to see people set free. WOW. See, Holy Spirit caused me to find that tape of the prophetic word and then to play it and then to show up at church on Sunday and follow His leading to come to the altar and praise.
Back to the story at hand, I never received a reply to the email until Sunday night, the worship leader must have not seen the email I sent until yesterday . In the email there was a comment reflecting how we just sang that song yesterday. God is faithful do not let go of  Him for He has never let go of you. Keep hanging in there and let Him manifest His glory through your story and your life. The author of the song is Jason Upton. I could not find this song on amazon either or I would share it with you under my song selection suggestions.
PS: Since I wrote this I received another piece of important information about dreams. As you go to sleep at night cover your mind with the blood of Jesus during your prayer time as to protect you during sleep time.

Guess What This "City Girl" Did Today?

By the look of the pictures you may have already guessed what I did today. I went to a store that is located in the country and while I was there the sales clerk struck up a conversation with me when I asked if it was hard to pick cherries. You see, I could have bought right then and there already fresh picked cherries in a bag. There is something about the experience of actually getting out there and picking them yourself. I followed the sign to the farm where you can pick them. I ate a few chocolate covered raisins on the way to my late afternoon journey. When I arrived I spoke with the owner/farmer and I asked a few important questions. Is it hard to do and are there any snakes out there. He handed me a sweet cherry and also a sour cherry to taste. The sweet one didn't taste very sweet to me and he asked me if I just ate something just before my tasting. I replied yes and I then offered him some chocolate covered raisins for his sample of the cherry he gave to me. He accepted and then he so graciously got a ladder for me and set it up in an area where there looked to be a good amount of cherries at the top of the tree. Close to the road so I knew I would not have to encounter a snake since I was not picking cherries closer to the wooded area of the land. Up on the ladder I go with a bucket in my hand. It was amazing, really a first for me. It was after the rain so was reaching for cherries through branches and leaves that still had the droplets of the rain left on them. Any cherry that didn't look good you were suppose to just drop it on the ground and I did.
There's more to the story. I spoke with the man and told him of the store of where I just came from. He weighed the cherries and they were a bit over a pound and he only charged me for a pound. I had no idea that the gentleman I was speaking to and offered chocolate covered raisins to was the proprietor of the store that I was just at. I raved about this store and how every time my mother comes for a visit she has to always go there and stock up on items that they carry. Look at the pictures again and notice the two tub/buckets they are resting upon, he gave them to me at no charge. He asked me if I could use them for storage. I said yes and thanked him. I just know my mother will put them to good use. That is what I like about living close to the country, old fashioned kindness.
I came home and cooked dinner and then packed up some for my next door neighbor and a few cherries for her children to try. The kids never tried cherries before so why not let them try fresh ones right off the tree. Go exploring for when you do you may find yourself experiencing something you always wanted to do but never took the time before to do it.
What did I make for dinner tonight? You may be wondering or not. Broccoli and rice casserole and pork cutlets that marinated in milk for several hours with a clove of garlic. I then breaded them. Soaking in milk makes them so tender and it is as if it plumps them up too. Along with fresh cucumber and sour cream salad with a touch of fresh homegrown (my own) chives in them. Yum Yum.

At The End Of The Day This Is What It Is All About

I just finished walking again today and I just had to share this picture with you. It's not the best quality picture since it was taken with my camera phone but it captured what I was thinking. You cannot see what I wanted you to see, there were streams of light peeking through the clouds. I just love when I see that. I usually think to myself when the streams of light burst forth that that must be an area where God is spreading His grace. I know it is just a thought and my thought at that but I still thank God that He is spreading His grace on that region where the light shines forth.
When I was in college and I would see the very same scene back then I would often think that it was my deceased brother looking down upon me and letting me know everything was OK. Isn't it funny how your thoughts and ideas change each time you go through something and as your faith/knowledge grows. Many years ago there was someone I knew that died of AIDS. I want you to know that it is not a pleasant way to die, if there is such a thing as a pleasant way to die. This person just wanted to come home to die. They did that very thing. I will not dwell on the unpleasantness of this death but I will share an experience with you that happened. Back then I was on fire for the Lord and had faith galore. You know how it is when everything you read or hear about being preached you just have faith to believe. That is sort of how I was then. As we would converse we had a particular conversation and it went something like this. We agreed that when they died if they went to heaven they would blow into my ear one day to let me know that they were there. I chuckled about it and actually said it had to be in my certain ear. Do I remember what ear that was today? No. I suppose I could look it up in one of my journals but not today. I would attend a church that was in the thick of revival and Holy Spirit was moving there in a mighty way. I was there for an evening service and no one was standing around me or even behind me and I felt as if there was someone blowing into the very ear that we agreed upon. It was not some faint blow either, I looked around to see who was blowing in my ear no one was there. I just knew that this person was in heaven. You may say 'Oh that's silly.' It was so specific with precision that I know it was an angel that was sent to let me know. Angels are very real but you have to be open to the possibility of entertaining angels amongst you. Have you ever experienced this before? When the time is right and your faith needs lifting and the situation is set for you that is when you will experience it. Remember when you do, do not worship them for they are servants just like us and we serve together to fulfill the work of God.
Rest with peace in your heart. Peace, peace, peace I speak.
Before I conclude I just had to look up in my journal the exacts on the story with this person. "I asked him that whomever died first between the two of us we had to let the other know if heaven is truly as beautiful and peaceful as I described to him. If I was to go first I needed to help him get to Eden and he felt that he was not as spiritually advanced as my deceased brother was or myself. He suggested something ever beautiful...he will blow into my left ear. I will definitely know it is him for he will do it on a day when there is little wind. I asked what ear and I told him that I hear my words when I receive them for writing that come forth through my right ear. We agreed upon him blowing into my left ear. He also told me that he would help me and have beautiful flowers grow in my garden. When I left I told him I would pray my rosary for him and friends of mine were praying for him in Vermilion (you see I did not live there yet.) I then went to the chapel and said a brief prayer and then I was guided to the beach by the water with a beautiful sunset. I prayed for his peace. 'His peace is here' is what I heard then. After the sunset the sky looked like it was painted and the clouds on the horizon looked like mountains." This took place in 1995. You see, how clever, there is no wind in a church so how appropriate for it to take place there right?

Stop, Pray, And Then Listen When The Lord Gives You A Dream. There May Be A Dual Purpose To The Dream.

I had a dream the other day and the first thing I did when I woke from the dream was pray and seek if it was from the Lord. I was assured that it was and Holy Spirit used that particular dream to stir something inside of me that remained dormant for many years. I was able to finally say that past is past and it remains just that, in the past. I am perfectly fine with this. Sometimes you need to mull over the dream a little bit more than the initial purpose of the dream for it may be used for you to pray for someone or about something. I did that.
Yesterday, I created a new bracelet. I do not even have an outfit that I can think of that it will go with. I was drawn to the most beautiful deep navy blue beads months ago and they just sat in my jewelry making box. It was the iridescence of the beads that caught my attention when I purchased them. I really love the shade of the deep midnight navy blue. I sat outside yesterday afternoon and created. When I need direction and clarity I find that creative projects assist in this. I was also reminded yesterday to fast so I did this morning. As I fasted and chose to give up a walk in which I was heading for to speak with a neighbor, it caused me to delay the walk in order to see a program today. The guest speaker spoke on the interpretation of dreams. I was reminded that sometimes a dream be it good or bad must be prayed for. Not to just seek the Lord to see if it was or was not from Him but to either pray that the good will go forward or that the bad will be stopped. You have power in your prayer if you know who you are in Christ.
I then walked after the program and it was during my walk that I began to pray for the situation I was shown in the dream. I heard specific words spoken in the dream. When I woke from the dream I actually searched something out to find that the words didn't seem to line up with what was spoken. I then began to pray for this situation to not come to pass. You see, sometimes a dream given to you is not always about you or for your benefit. The Lord may be using you to intercede for something. Does that make sense? That is wise for you to first seek the Lord as to if the dream was sent to you by him, the enemy, or it was just yourself. Once you get the clearance that it was from Him then seek further what to do with this dream.
In the bible it does say that in these last days we are living in that the old men will dream dreams and the young men will see visions that the Holy Spirit will be poured out in great measure. Something like that, I am not a bible scholar so it may be a bit mixed up but you know what I am trying to say right? Just because the terms used are "old men and young men" do not get offended at the terms. Did you ever think it could mean this also..Old men or wisdom is often referred to one that has wisdom. That wisdom comes with age and experience. So, if God has gifted you with much wisdom that does not mean you have to be an old man to be classified as this. So, there are young men out there with God given wisdom that can flow in dreams too. It is not just limited to ages to place you in that category. When I became born again I was not a young man and I began to have visions and then I would write about them. So can it possibly be that I was young in the Lord as opposed to young in my actual age? Just another thought to ponder on.
I woke with this scripture in me today Isaiah 10: 1-4
"How horrible it will be for those who make unjust laws and who make oppressive regulations. They deprive the poor of justice. They take away the rights of the needy among my people. They prey on widows and rob orphans. What will you do on the day you are called to account for these things when the disaster comes from far away? Where will you run for help? Where will you leave your wealth? Nothing's left but to crouch among prisoners and to fall with those who are killed. Even after all this, his anger will not disappear, and he is still ready to us his power."
In conclusion, embrace the good dreams and pray them into existence and thank the Lord for the "atta boy" encouragement to you. Pray to stave off the bad or ominous dreams to flee and not touch your life and still thank God that He loves you to give you warning so as to pray it off of your life. Heed that warning just as well as the blessing dreams. Is one any greater than the other, NO both are from God if you know for sure that they are and be thankful that He is using you through dreams and/or visions to accomplish His work in your life. Be blessed this very day and be a blessing to others too.

I Witnessed A Father Guiding/Encouraging His Daughter Yesterday on Father's Day, Yes, I Did Say on Father's Day

You know it never ceases to amaze me who I will meet on my journey when I walk. I completed my walking early yesterday morning before church. I went to church and Pastor spoke to the men today and a portion of what he preached on dealt with guidance. As I was driving home from church I noticed a man with a child in a truck that had a boat pulled by the truck. It was not any special boat per say, it was just a boat. It did not even look new or you surely could not classify it as a yacht it was just a power boat. In that instant as I drove past Holy Spirit put something in me to pray for that man and his child. All of a sudden I became filled with compassion for them for this thought came to my mind...Maybe the Father was able to muster up just enough money to fill up the boat with fuel in order to take his child out on the water for a boat ride today. Maybe to fish or just enjoy the beautiful day today. I prayed a blessing for them to enjoy themselves. Isn't that what a parent does? They will give what they have to their child to bless them and make it an enjoyable day/experience for their child and themselves too in the process.
Even if you have next to nothing left it is amazing that you will share with others (especially your children) what you do have and not dwell on the what you don't have right? I hope you agree with this if you have ever been there, had it all and then it slipped right through your hands. Remember, Job had it all and he was then restored with the later restoration greater than before. That was a word for someone just now, grab it and hold onto it for God is a restorer of all. Sorrow/tears/pain are replaced with laughter/joy/peace.
Back to the story about the people I met on my evening walk yesterday. You know I tend to start a story and then it goes in another direction and then the next thing you know I am back on the story again. It seems to be that my mind just races with the thoughts and I can't capture them quick enough to write them and the next thing I know I am drawing other thoughts into the writing. That is how I know it is with Holy Spirit that I am able to write like I do. Have you ever noticed that the story within the story all seems to work into the story when you look at the final publish?
I was heading in one direction last evening and I see a dog running towards me, it was not a small dog either. All of a sudden I remembered the training I recently received about dogs, do not look the dog in the eyes. I quickly glanced at the dog as it ran past me and hoped that it would not follow or charge at me. It did not for it was just running and ran past me. At the moment I encountered the dog I saw two people heading in my direction. I asked them if that was their dog that just ran past me. I was going to inquire if it was a friendly dog. They told me it was not their dog and they thought it lived on a street over. We struck up a conversation when I noticed the girl had a pretty professional looking camera around her neck. I asked if they got pictures the other day of the farmers harvesting the fields. Negative to that question. I was going to go on with walking in the direction I was headed in until I felt led to walk with them and volunteer to share with them about the recent harvest. I asked if they took pictures of the bald eagles yet and the Dad told me she just got the camera for her 14th birthday the other day. I walked with them until we reached the area where the eagles perch and sure enough one was in the tree. She was able to see it through her lens of the camera and it was her Father that encouraged her to get up closer to capture a picture. The field was already harvested so there were no high alfalfa plants to have to trudge through. I went about my way as Father and daughter headed onto the field to capture a closer picture.
You just never know where a conversation is going to head when it starts. He mentioned to me about the farm equipment accident that happened the other day. He said he read about it in the newspaper and that it took them one hour to get the farm equipment off of the young man that it fell on. I thought the reporter that I briefly spoke with the other day was from our local newspaper, guess not. He was from the larger newspaper and an article was published about it in the paper.
In conclusion, Father's take the time to not just love your children but give them guidance. Have fun with them for today's fun will be tomorrows memory for both you and them. I trust that Father's had a great day with their children on Father's Day. We seem to give all the attention it seems to be to the mother's on Mother's Day and not as much to the Father's on their day. Father's are equally important in a child's life so Mother's do not forget that.
PS: Since I wrote this I did call the co. to see if the young man in the accident was OK, he is.

Sometimes God Can Use Your Children To Give You A Word Of Encouragement. Be Prepared To Do A Little Work For It Though.

Today was one of those days. It really was a great day but I just seemed to need a word of encouragement from the Lord later this afternoon. I think it was just before dinner when my son sat down and I asked of him to seek the Lord for a word of encouragement for me. I reminded him of all the times I have encouraged him and I just seemed to need a word today. He made me do a little bit of searching for this word. You have to love that in your children don't you? When you want an easy word they seem to be following the lead of Holy Spirit and cause you to think about something. It was good for you see, the question he asked of me caused me to give him a few different answers then what he was looking for. I was then able to share with him about what I just wrote about today, a delayed harvest. His final words to me on the subject were that I really got a word of encouragement through myself today. Such wisdom in a young man. I love that. Keep encouraging your children and prompting them to step out in their natural gifts/talents for if you do that you just never know when your child will come to you in your time of need and bless you.
Do you want to know what the word was he had me search for? It all stemmed from a simple question he asked me. What gift do I have in me already for success? Or something like that I did not write it down when he asked it of me. I answered, smile, integrity, honesty. He prodded me some more until he had me agree it was Faith. He reminded me that I have great faith and why would I give up now when I have such faith. To continue to hold onto faith. I then shared with him what I wrote about earlier today about not giving up on delayed harvest for the delayed harvest will truly be much more beneficial than the quick harvest. Such wisdom in such a young man, he said I had my own word of encouragement all along.
Children are the best. I am so thankful to have children and to be a mother. Train up your children well and then you can sit back and see the wonders that God does in their lives right before your very eyes. They will still go and experiment with things in their lives that is when your trust in God as a parent has to kick in. Never apologize for keeping standards and morals in your home. For what you expose your children to today will be what they will fall back upon in their tomorrow which ends up being their future. Keep them safe and secure and remind them often of the love you have for them. The hardest part of being a parent is when they stumble and fall and you cannot just fix it with a bandage and a kiss on their knee and tell them it will be all better. I am sure if I polled parents tonight they would concur that they all stumbled and fell sometime in their young years too. Just love them and continue to nurture them with correction when needed, love, and fun too. Joy really comes to the heart of a parent that sees their children doing what they are called to do with their lives.
When children grow older we are there to suggest and then the final decision is truly in their hands. Some decisions are good and very good while there may be a bump and bruise mixed in there sometime between the good and very good. Be there to love them and you will just be at peace knowing that you did your part in raising these true gifts from God. Let me remind you what I wrote earlier this week about gifts:

A gift is given and sometimes you have no control of what you will find when you open the gift. If the gift is given in love then you know for sure that you can trust that the gift is going to be something good for you and not harm you.

My heart is so filled with love this evening because I am truly blessed, blessed and honored to be a parent. Thank you Lord for I do not take this for granted. I can truly say that of all the gifts I have ever received in my life the finest gifts of all are the two gifts given to me, that being my children. Such a blessing, such a blessing.

Today Was The Harvest, Wake Up And Get Your Harvest

Today was the day the alfalfa was harvested. I walked earlier today and saw a farmer on the tractor. He had a straw hat on and waived to me. I then worked in the gardens for a while and I looked out my bedroom window and noticed activity in the field. I felt compelled to walk again with camera phone in hand. As I was approaching the fields I noticed seven birds flying in a circular pattern. I now know why that was for later on in the walk I saw a buzzard feasting on something. Actually, when I snapped the picture the shutter noise caused it to fly away I captured that also.
Very fascinating the harvesting of the alfalfa. It actually looks like bundles of hay or straw once it is bundled. I captured a few pictures so you can see it too. It was fascinating to watch. A machine goes first and it bundles or I should say it makes bundles and then another follows. It looked like a wagon to me and it collects the bundle that was just made and placed on the ground and it feeds it onto the wagon.
What can we reap from this experience? Do not get discouraged while you are waiting on your harvest. The harvest may have intended to be a few days earlier but circumstances may have prevented it from taking place that day. Remember, the one farm machine had to get new ties and then during the process of changing the tire the young man was trapped under the equipment. Sometimes you feel such an urgency inside of you that it needs to happen today or yesterday or even last week or last month. How many of you have felt like that? I know I have. Oddly enough, the circumstances that happened to possibly postpone the day of harvest then worked out to bless another too in the process. Possibly the dead carcass that was on the ground in the field was killed recently and as the farmers harvested and cleared the field it was not visible to the buzzard that needed to eat. Your blessing harvest just may be attached to another's life so hang in there and be patient. For when it is completed in God's time and He brings it forth it will bless possibly the nations among others that have been faithful in your life too. Would you rather have instant harvest and not the greater harvest that will sustain you and others for many years to come? Wait upon the Lord and let Him be the Lord of the Harvest for that harvest will be grander than you can even conceive of or imagine. You may be hoping for this, this, and that and He says "Oh no My child, I have something much grander than you can even imagine Trust in Me and lean not on your own understanding and I will direct your path. Did you not see through the pictures that I made a way for even the bird of the air to be taken care of and a meal prepared for it? Yes you did and I the same will not let you go to the winds of destruction but I will shield you with My wings of life and shelter you from the storms and darts being cast at you by the enemy. Stay secure in Me saith the Lord of the Harvest and I will give you rest, peace and abundance. Stay with Me and you will receive all of your needs met by Christ Jesus."

Your Obedience/Yielding To Holy Spirit May Be Connected To Another's Well Being. Don't Be Stubborn, Just Yield

Let me share my day with you so far. I felt led to go back and walk one more time yesterday to see the progress of the harvesting of the alfalfa. I walked three times yesterday and on the third walk I found that the wind of Holy Spirit was not speaking like He spoke the two previous walks that very day. I woke up today and prayed a bit differently than I usually pray and even prayed in a different area of the house than I normally pray my morning prayers. I felt nudged to go walk a few hours ago and while on the farm road I noticed a company truck working on the farm machine that looked like it needed tires yesterday. I struck up a brief conversation with the young gentleman and I asked a few questions about the tires that were going to be replaced on the farm equipment. I kept walking and then I felt compelled to seek further information about whether or not their company dealt with passenger cars since I have been looking for two tires, even used tires. This young man was so kind he went into his truck and gave me a company pen with the phone numbers on it to call to see if they had any decent used tires. I remember having a conversation with this young man and he showed me the tread on the tires of the farm equipment and the difference of the tread on the new tires. I was astonished at the cost of purchasing one of these tires as opposed to the tires I need on my car.
Trust me when I tell you to not complain the next time you need a full set of tires for your car/truck for it is no where near in comparison to the amount you would pay for a piece of farm equipment tires. I even asked this young man if he would feel safe in telling his mother to go to this company for a pair of good condition, used tires and he told me he would. I came home with pen in hand and called the company and first of all I complimented this young man on him being courteous and most helpful to me. My conversation with the young man was why I was calling to inquire of tire prices. The employee said he would let the owner know that he was right there.
I was going to head out to the store and I didn't and I am glad that I didn't. I heard Life Flight very close and I looked out the door and saw it was about to land right by us. I was heading out the door and spoke to a neighbor that told me there was an accident on the farm road and that a piece of farm equipment fell on someone. I just knew it was him I grabbed my phone and the pen and I headed that direction this young man needed prayer. As I walked down the road I called the co. and reminded the man that answered the phone that I just spoke with them earlier and I was the lady that complimented the young man that was their employee. I told him I understood there was an accident and I was heading that way to pray for him. He said they knew little info and if I found out any to please call them. I arrived and sure enough it was him and I struck up a conversation with two women that were with a few children. I asked the one woman if she was a Christian and she answered yes and I asked if we could pray for this young man. We gathered in a circle and prayed for him. After we prayed another man that lives in my complex said he heard the prayer. I asked him if he needed to add anything to it if I left something out and he told me it was fine. I noticed another man that had a professional camera walking back from the accident scene and I handed him the co. pen and asked him to call the employer and update them on what he knew about the young man. He did.
Life Flight took off and the fire department left and we walked down the road. I showed the two ladies and the kids where the bald eagles like to perch in a certain tree. I was able to see the piece of farm equipment turned over and it had the new tire on it that he was changing when I spoke with him. He must have been changing the other tire when it fell on him. Lord, I ask you as a mother would ask for her own child to keep this young man safe and protected and as I prayed when I prayed that the prayers will be heard because you always hear the prayers of children and there were children in our circle of prayer holding hands with us. That he will have a rapid recovery and it will be part of his testimony/story in his life. Oh Father this is someones child my tears stream down my face for a mother knows the pain they feel for one of their children when they are in pain or suffering. Lift the burden of his mother and comfort her and their family. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
Be mindful of Holy Spirit nudging you for your response just may be used to help another right? As I walked back home I then called the employer again to make sure that someone did speak with the reporter and got the update on the young man and I also let him know that we did gather and pray for him. God is good all the time and all the time God is good. Do not have fear in stepping out in faith, for your today faith may be connected to another person's life. Stepping out in faith is what more people need to do. When you step out God is faithful. Go home today and hug your children and tell them how much you love them.

There's A Shift Taking Place. Can You Feel It Can You See It? Open Your Spiritual Eyes And You Too Will See. How Exciting!

I was inspired to take a walk again to see the action in the alfalfa fields. There definitely was action. Both fields are in process of the harvest. What I witnessed this morning was a partial harvest of the field. Now, all the field was cut and this time it looked like long green grass with hay/straw thrown in with it. I think the next step will be the bundling of this. As I walked down the road I noticed one of the pieces of equipment had a tire removed and it looked like it needed to be fixed of some sort. The black rubber lining appeared to be removed. Lord, I hope this is not a costly thing for the farmer. Please let it not be. The farmers are so kind to me. As I continued to walk further another one of the machines was riding on the road heading past me. It looked like it was heading in the direction of the machine that needed repair. So friendly, he waved to me they always do. I felt in that moments time like Ruth receiving favor from the workers of Boaz. He instructed them to look out for her and do not bring harm to her and let her glean off of what they were harvesting. Yes, that is how I feel.
Women, wait upon the Lord for He surely will fulfill the promises He spoke to your life. Do not go for or settle for some counterfeit for they are out there and they are rampant right now.
Either it is in the natural or in the spiritual realm that I sense a storm brewing. On my walk back I noticed many of the higher altitude birds flying over the wooded area. Much activity going on. Can you feel it or sense it? I can. Change is good and very good if you just open your spiritual eyes and absorb it in. You have to be in tune with Holy Spirit to grasp this. Have you been praying, seeking the Lord, reading the word of God, fasting? These are the very tools that help you to open your eyes to not just see but experience this movement. How exciting, indeed, how exciting. Keep seeking and He will show you things beyond your mind's imagination. Seek and watch.

I Heard Holy Spirit Speak In The Wind Today, Did You? Listen, He Will Speak To You Also, Listen.

Today was the day of the harvesting of the alfalfa. As I began my walk/journey today I saw the combine machine in the field harvesting the alfalfa. It was loud when you were close in distance to it and you could still hear it in the distance too. I began to hear the wind of Holy Spirit and when you hear that it seems to block out a lot of other noises. The wind was quite loud today. Loud enough that when I turned around to walk back from my journey I said to myself why did the farmer stop harvesting the field for it did not look like it was finished? I walked on a bit more and I was then able to see it and it was still harvesting the field all along. I was not able to see it for the wind of Holy Spirit was blowing and speaking.
I observed and found this to be very interesting that the field was being harvested like one of the patterns I mentioned a few writings ago. How I use to love to cut my grass. It was being done in the square shape method. Remember, you start on the outside and work your way inward in the shape of a square. He did it in sections like this not the whole filed at once just sections of these squares. I found it very interesting that the machine did no cut down to the ground level the alfalfa. Now that I think of it, it harvested rows that were cut down but other rows looked to be like they were just trimmed and not completely cut down. Very interesting Holy Spirit. He is showing me that there will be two in the field when it is harvest time and one will reap the benefits of sowing and harvesting and the other will be very upset that they did not follow the same as the other person. It is harvest time and those that have and will remain steadfast in sowing and planting seeds in the kingdom of God will be the one to reap the harvest. Those that mocked the seed sowers and said that they are crazy will be the very one's that will seek out the harvest of the faithful believers. At that point it is up to the harvester to either allow or hold back on the abundance. For the wise sower will hold back a portion of the abundance for not storage in the barn so to speak, but as seed to be sown again and again and again. Hallelujah for the Lord of the Harvest is here. He truly is here and His people that are called by His name will reap this harvest. Famine is throughout the land but the vats of the faithful will be full to overflowing. Those that were faithful to assist the believers will be the one to reap the benefit and blessings of the harvest.
If you are a decent employer would you hold back pay/wages to a faithful employee? No, you would not. You would bless them with their wages for the work they contributed to your successful business right? Or at least that is how it is suppose to be run. The same in this scenario, Holy Spirit will prompt the one holding the harvest to bless those that reached a hand or two or three to assist them even when the world seemed to be mocking them for their faith/belief. It is now harvest time for the helpers too. God is not a selfish God and He will not be mocked. He will not be mocked through His believers either. There is a day and time coming and coming soon that those that mocked God will have to still bow their knee at the mention of the name of Jesus, for every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.
When you hear the wind of Holy Spirit blowing it is as though every other distracting noise is filtered out. You don't seem to hear the birds, cars in the distance or even the combine machine. Enough so, that it caused me to have to really look to see where the machine went why it was no longer in the field. When it was still in the filed all along I just had to look harder for it for I could not gauge it on the sound it made alone. People wake up and listen for the sound of change Holy Spirit is actively bringing to us for if you miss this one you will not be singing and laughing carefree like you are doing now. It will be a time of judgement and sorting out of the tares from the wheat. Choose to be in the harvest of the wheat and not the tares. For tares have no purpose and are destroyed. It is the wheat that has purpose and is bundled up; stored and protected from being damaged, for the very moment when it is called forth to be used by God. Rejoice not in being called to the wheat category but rejoiced that your name is in the Book of Life and you will rejoice for all of eternity with Jesus. What exciting times that we are truly living in right now this very day.
Isaiah 42:1-9 states:
"Here is my servant, whom I support. Here is my chosen one, with whom I am pleased,I have put my Spirit on him. He will bring justice to the nations. He will not cry out or raise his voice. He will not make his voice heard in the streets. He will not break off a damaged cattail. He will not even put out a smoking wick. He will faithfully bring about justice. He will not be discouraged or crushed until he has set up justice on the earth. The coastlands will wait for his teachings.
The Lord God created the heavens and stretched them out. He shaped the earth and all that comes from it. He gave life to the people who are on it and breath to those who walk on it.
This is what the Lord God says:
I, the Lord, have called you to do what is right. I will take hold of your hand. I will protect you. I will appoint you as my promise to the people, as my light to the nations. You will give sight to the blind, bring prisoners out of prisons, and bring those who live in darkness out of dungeons. I am the Lord; that is my name. I will not give my glory to anyone else or the praise I deserve to idols. What I said in the past has come true. I will reveal new things before they happen."

Guess What I Just Saw While Walking In The Misty Rain Without An Umbrella?

You know it can be quite refreshing to walk in the misty rain without an umbrella. I just did that and it is amazing what one can view without an umbrella blocking your view. As I was walking I saw a group of geese just resting on the green grass, let's call them a family resting together, yes, I like that. They were still there when I was walking back home. I saw one of the bald eagles in very close distance today and it really is amazing to watch. I stopped and saw that the red winged black birds really do pester and chase after them. I then turned and watched the eagle complete its journey. I found that the little, pestering bird dropped off and not longer continued the chase of the eagle. This particular day the eagle landed on the same branch as the other bald eagle. They were side by side. Isn't that what married life is all about or it is suppose to be? Watching each others back so to speak. To not let harm come near the other one in the relationship. It goes beyond that bound too for it is incorporated into watching out for the children in the family too. Sometimes when a parent gets older it is all about watching out for the parent(s) also. As I was almost home then again I see two mallard ducks together. What do you think Holy Spirit is trying to tell me today? I believe it is the importance of two being together for God created man and woman from the man to help the man complete his journey and destiny. In the process of this helping it is good to know that the man is there to protect the woman and look out for her best interest. For you see a woman was not created to know the things that men know and it really is refreshing to lean on them and their wisdom .If you are blessed to have a spouse then treat them like the gift or helper that God intended for them to be in your life. Do not mock them in public or in private but elevate them. A gift is just that, a gift.

I like that thank you Holy Spirit for just showing me that. That makes sense for a gift is given and sometimes you have no control of what you will find when you open the gift but if the gift is given in love then you know for sure that you can trust that the gift is going to be something good for you and not harm you. I really like that, I really do.

Happy Belated Birthday Dad

Yesterday would have been my Father's 81st birthday here on earth. I do not know if people celebrate their birthday in heaven or if they even celebrate their born-again birthday in heaven too. I guess those will be questions I have to wait and see about when Jesus comes to get His people and take us up with Him to heaven while the awful and terrible tribulation awaits the earth. I am so glad that I will not have to be a part of it on the earth for what is about to hit the earth when this takes place is not good. Just read the Book of Revelation in the bible to see what will happen. I plead with you today to take account of your life and examine your actions and reactions to things daily for we know not the hour when Jesus will return for us. We see the times and events all around us pointing to the direction that He will part that eastern sky soon and the trump will sound and the dead in Christ will rise before us and we will be caught up with them in the sky for our seven year journey. How exciting, that is, only if you are a believer. I love to fly in airplanes I wonder what this will be like in comparison? Will I enjoy this as much as I do flying? I guess I will have to wait and see for myself. I just love when I throw in those random thoughts like I just did. Causes me and others to think about these things.
Just yesterday while I was at the grocery store I ran into an acquaintance and we greeted each other with the quick hug and he began to tell me about his life since I last saw him and his wife. During the midst of the conversation (I was stunned at the fact that he believes there is more than one way to heaven and not Jesus as the only source to get to heaven.) I shared with him the fact that 50% of people in the church believe that there is more than one way to heaven. That upsets me that church people believe this. We are suppose to be the ones evangelizing others with our knowledge. Does this then mean that well meaning people are out there coming in contact with non-believers and sharing their disbelief's with them and leading others to the path of destruction and hell? Fifty percent is a large number of people! Christians that are true in faith in Jesus you need to really stand up for what you believe in and do not let satan hood-wink others with his filthy scheme to take away from heavens population, but that what he meant for evil will truly be turned around for good.
A few days ago when pastor told us about this statistic it really bothered me and when I was in prayer I got bold before the Lord and asked for Him to send me and use me in this capacity. It was something like this...if there are 50% of so called believers in the church that do not believe that HE is the only way to heaven for what He did for us then that probably means that in that population there are people that were called to do great works for the kingdom of God right? The odds would be pretty big on that right? So, Lord I know that You will probably not be able to use all of them for they are not true believers in Your Son so give me their tasks and jobs to be completed I will do it for You. I am a believer with a willing and open heart to be used by You so use me. You know you really can have conversations just like that it is known as prayer. Half of the time people really do not even know you are praying because you are praying in your heart and with conversation with the Lord throughout your day. Would you sit in the same room with a person that you truly loved and not converse at all? Then why would you not converse with the one that created you and gives you your creative ideas and plans for the day?
I think I inadvertently made a red velvet cake with cocoa butter cream frosting yesterday now that I look back on it in honor of my Father's birthday. Ladies and gentlemen remember what I told you to do while you are waiting for the lady or gentleman to come into your life? To not sit idle but work and create that is exactly what I did yesterday. Not only did I make pulled pork(I must admit that I am getting quite good with making this one.) It was really spicy for I put a dry rub on the meat first and part of it is black pepper then you brown it in a pan so all the crispy pieces blend with the meat as you pull it apart. You have to like spice to enjoy this one. I also had homemade sauce so I made eggplant parmigiana too. Along with baking the cake I also boiled a few potatoes. Do not know what I will do with them but I am sure something will be created with them too. You know what is really good, make a cole slaw not with mayonnaise but with seasoning and vinegar and oil and then serve some of that on top of the pulled pork. Delicious. You see, I do not eat bread so I have become a bit creative with how to make things appealing without bread. Not everyone in my house follows this so they get to enjoy pulled pork the way it was meant to be served on a roll. Isn't it funny that I do not eat bread but it is OK for me to use bread crumbs. I think that is because the active yeast that is used in bread is broken down once it is toasted I don't know, figure that one out. I do know this though many months ago I made homemade dill/cheese bread and I tasted a piece of it and it made my stomach not feel too good. See, when you do not eat something and then taste it you will remember why to stay away from it. Do I miss it, sure I do especially when I make it or buy fresh rolls that were just baked and bring them home for others to eat. I use to love a fresh hard roll with either poppy or sesame seeds on top with butter on it and a cup of coffee once in a while. Another thing that was good too, there is a bakery in Little Italy called Presti's and they make the best cold pizza with fresh herbs and tomatoes, now that was really good. I stay away from there for I just do not want to be tempted with walking in that door. My kids really love this pizza I suppose I should go and get some just for them the next time I am in the area. I have no idea why I just rambled on about what I did.
Yesterday was the day for a haircut of the weeping cherry tree it was getting too bushy. What good is a tree that you took the time to put twinkle lights in and when you turn them on you can't really see them at night? That happened the other evening so it was time for a tree haircut with my favorite new tool, the loppers. Loppers really do make tasks so much easier than what I use to do prior to having them. Before I finished that project I baked a cherry pie with the cherries I gathered from the tree. Did you know that tiny cherries actually form on this tree, I didn't until yesterday. No, just kidding I did not make a pie for I think they are not for consumption just wanted to see if you were paying attention today. Tree looks great now and you can see the twinkle lights when I turn them on now. Also planted a few pink flower bulbs and staked a tomato plant that really needed to be in an upright position and not flopped over. Busy day for I didn't start making the eggplant until it was already dark outside and I frosted the cake then too. Good full day with not sitting around being idle. I trust that you had the same type of day also. Rest in the arms of Jesus today if you should need to. One day in His arms will refresh you for many days of challenges ahead of you.
You know what I really miss, oddly enough I miss cutting the grass I use to love doing that. Not only that I loved the way the lawn looked when I edged it and then my favorite part of this task was hosing down the driveway after the grass was cut to make it look neat and clean. You see I never really cut the grass with just going up and down I would rotate depending on the pattern I wanted to create that day. Sometimes I would cut it diagonal and other times I would cut it like a giant square working from the outside and working my way to the center. I just recently found out when I told this to a man he said that what I thought I was doing for aesthetic purpose was very good for the grass to not just cut it the same way each time. You see my purpose was to create the grass to look nice and there was a true meaning behind it all along I just did not know it at the time. It was for me to be discovered now for whatever reason. I just love learning about little nuggets like that what about you?
PS: Since I wrote this I found that staking my tomato plant was not the best choice for the tomatoes to grow. Since then I took out the stake and let them grow natural and they are turning red and more are about to grow.

For 3 Days Now I Keep Waking Up With The Image Of My Old MGB Car

Why do I keep waking up for the past three days now with the thoughts of my old MGB car that I had when I was married years ago. It really was years ago for we didn't even have children at the time. It was our car but I did not drive it I just sat as the passenger in it with the breeze blowing as we rode in it. You see, I did not and still do not drive stick shift and that is exactly what that car had. I remember on one occasion that we were going to buy a foreign car and the only problem was I did not drive stick shift. The sales representative actually took my husband and I to a parking lot and tried to teach me how to drive stick shift. It wasn't going to happen there is no way I would agree to purchase a car that I would not be able to drive. I guess I just like the idea of turning the car on and putting it into "reverse" and then "drive" and just go. Too much thinking involved with stick shift. Actually, now that I am wiser in years I have had two cars in which I have dual something. That means I am capable of either using automatic or manual I just do not know how to use the other one. I have asked people to show me how to use it but no one has offered to take the time to show it to me. You know, for when I want to feel a bit sporty when driving I would use the stick shift. Such a waste, I have the equipment and do not know how to use it. I do not want to venture out on my own with this for I would feel much more comfortable with someone in the seat next to me in case I didn't know what to do. You know, two heads are better than one right?
I believe my 3 days in a row with the same image plays into the vision I saw the other day about proceeding with caution and then once in the lane of destiny speed very fast. Let's see what the number three represents, I know that one. To me it represents Father, Son and Holy Spirit three in one. An automobile that is a convertible, lets go with the top down: uncovered; everything revealed; open, nothing hidden; a self-righteous or unsaved person; living in the fast lane; not submitted to authority; pride; sin or evil exposed.
The color of the car was a mustard color, yellow reflects a gift (with feeling); gift from or of God; marriage; family; honor; deceitful gift; timidity; fear; cowardliness.
I know this much that when God is speaking He will show you something three times because there is importance to it. Something that is attached to this car is representative to occurrences now and geared to the fast speed in the destiny lane of your life. As you proceed with caution you must be in a certain gear and then once you hit the high speed you would have had to shift gears a few times to get there. He is shifting things in the spirit realm now for His people and the process of attaining what is to be obtained is now sped up to get the work that needs to be done finished. When you hit the high speeds of the open road with the top down and the wind and breeze just flowing that is the movement of Holy Spirit He is about to hit the earth in a mighty way and only those that are in destiny or in the motion of destiny will be captured by the wind and taken with it. Do not fear this wind for it is a wind of change and only those that prepare and hear the sound of the engine as it rev's up to shift the gear to high speed will be in the wind. This is not the time to doubt but jump into action. For it is the work of those that are active that will usher in this movement of Holy Spirit. Can you hear the wind rustling the tree's listen with intensity and do not miss it. In the wind of change there is healing, life, rest, peace, abundance, beauty, grace, and fullness of time saith the Lord of Hosts. Let not your heart be troubled this day or the days ahead of you For I Am in CONTROL. Feed not your heart with worry or suffering for surely the spirit of the Lord is upon you and He has anointed you to preach good news and to set the captives free. Let the redeemed of the Lord rise up and shout a song of victory saith the Lord. The mighty army of the Lord is not only around you but they are risen and stand at fighting attention to do the battles that have plagued you long enough. Let them take their rightful place on the battle field on your behalf. Do not miss this movement about to hit the earth for it is mighty and it will set many free from bondage. Bondage both accumulated by man and that of others that dumped it as a heap upon you. See it with your minds eye the shackles of poverty broken; the shackles of addiction broken; the shackles of affliction broken; the shackles of obsession broken; the shackles of defeat by the enemy broken. Rejoice for you have been set free. Now celebrate as if it was the very best day of a perfect day in your life. FREEDOM REIGNS. saith the Lord.

This Is What The Lord Showed Me As I Awoke Today

I was shown a car going very cautiously pulling out to traffic and it was making a left turn into traffic. It literally creeped out onto the road very slowly and then once it made the left turn into the road it sped off very fast. These are the words that were spoken to me "Proceed with CAUTION and once you are in your lane of destiny then take off very fast and just keep going." Do not hesitate once you are in destiny. You are to proceed with caution as you are approaching destiny. Caution is prudent and using wisdom. Once you hit destiny then just go forth full throttle because you already sought wisdom prior to destiny. Once in destiny or a portion that leads to the fullness of destiny is when you cannot look back at regrets for if you are truly going at fast speeds looking back can cause you to get out of destiny which could halt destiny. Why chance it with regrets? The God that I serve gives second, third, fourth, etc. chances to the person that comes to Him asking forgiveness. Accept His forgiveness and move forward. Remember Lot's wife, she looked back and from that point was never ever going to move forward. Sometimes the path of a trail blazer can be a bit lonely or even dry at times. Seek God and He will restore you and it is in the wilderness of the trail blazing that the best insights and wisdom are given to His people. When you can learn to enjoy your wilderness experience and see the true blessing that it really is, that is when He releases you to the fullness He has for you. Go blaze those trails and seek wisdom for it is the very wisdom that you are gathering right now that will be used to bring others forward with you. God used Moses to part the sea to trail forward and in that situation he saved a nation of people. What will your trail blazing be used as a marker for?
I myself really do not feel like writing today with all that is going on in my life but Holy Spirit prompted me to write, that it goes beyond me and my wants and needs and desires. So I write. It is in my obedience and writing that my trail blazing comes in the form of golden nuggets for others to glean from. How can you resist that? You/I can't. Now, onto what I was shown yesterday as I walked. Remember, I received knowledge just the day before about the bald eagles. I saw the larger one perched in the tree and so now I know it is the mother and her purpose right now is to keep a watchful eye on her eaglets that are in the nest. Several days ago I wrote about the two bald eagles positioned in the tree where the larger one was lower than the smaller one was perched in the tree. Back then I did not have the knowledge that I have today. I was looking at it like a person with authority and more power was allowing the younger/smaller one to have the better view or something to that effect. Now, with what I know today it was in actuality the father eagle that was higher up in the tree than the mother. The lesson in this one is this... by appearance in size I just assumed that the larger eagle was the one that was more powerful and not so. The same when it comes to ministry watch out for the so called big time preachers out there for you can assume like I did that they are the one's with all the power and authority and you should know by now how the Kingdom of God works. The one's that think they are large in themselves are probably not the one's God is using to do the mighty exploits for the kingdom of God. It is the less known and more demure ministers that are doing the mighty exploits for God. It is now time that God will take the veil or covering that was shielding them from the world off and allow them to now step forward into their rightful place in the kingdom of God. Never belittle or mock that one in your church that you think is radical and has a heart for God for it is that very one that you will see raised up right before your very eyes and at that point you will be the one corrected. Once correction comes do not harden your heart but accept Holy Spirit correction and then move forward yourself. Time is short and near to His return for His people and do not let yourself be caught with an accusing finger or two let yourself be postured in a position of serving when my Jesus comes for His people. Accusing finger means to accuse one of something falsely. If there is sin and sin is abound then He will use you to warn others. There comes a point when you have warned repeatedly and then He gives you a tone in your voice and if they still do not turn at that point then sit back and be released and watch what He will do. You are released at that point and just let it go.

My Big Farm Bubble Was Burst This Evening

All along I thought winter wheat was growing in one of the fields by me and I was way off on my guess. A neighbor told me this evening that alfalfa was growing in the field. I learned a few interesting bits of information this evening. The deer actually will lay down in the alfalfa to hide and also graze on it. We actually have coyotes by us and I am to not have any fear of them for they do not harm you is what I was told. Someone once told me that they walk with a stick so as to protect themselves from coyotes. I was also told that not too many in the area plant winter wheat because it does not allow for a crop to be planted of the soy beans and from what I understand there is more money to be made with harvesting the beans. Years ago the one field use to have dairy cows on it. Now, onto my inquisitive questions what is the name of my new favorite bird that is black with red patches on it's side. I hope I get this right I think it is called a red winged black bird. From what I was told this bird seems to harass the eagles. Now that is not a good thing for I really like the eagles. Very interesting piece of information I learned today also, the larger of the two bald eagles is the female and the one that is smaller in stature is the male. The tree in which they perch is going to be the tree of action in a very few short weeks. From what I was told that is the tree where the two eagles perch as they watch the eaglets in the nest. When the time is just right they will begin to beckon the eaglets with a high pitched call for them to come forth out of the nest. That is when you want to start observing the eagles for that is suppose to be a show worth watching. When I start to see more than the two eagles in the tree the others will be the eaglets learning to fly and land so to speak. Once they get that then the bald eagles will take them to the lake and show them how to fish.
I kept telling this neighbor how fascinated I am with the farming and also some of the wildlife and that I really am a city girl at heart that has an interest in the farm culture. I would like to see the alfalfa harvested for that is suppose to be interesting to watch also. Let me conclude my farm/wildlife lesson for the evening.
God created nature for us to enjoy. Do not let the week go past you without enjoying some aspect of nature or wildlife. Even if you are not an avid outdoor adventurer still take the time to see something in nature that possibly you walk by all the time, just take a moment to notice it the next time you walk by. God just may have a hidden nugget tucked in there somewhere for you to discover. Happy adventures to you.

Update On Praying With My Son

I first asked his forgiveness in not following through with prayer last night. He is so gracious to me, he retorted that it was OK since I was tired. I then went on and said it was not all right and that I just wrote about how I should have prayed last night and reminded him of the 22 year old that maybe never had someone hug them for the last time or even prayed with them if they needed prayer or even tried to reach out to another? We prayed and his concern is now before the Lord Amen. As I was praying and quoting a scripture verse here and there I just loved the fact that he remembered the verses and was completing them with me as I prayed.
Thank you Lord for your mercies that are new every day and for blessing me with the opportunity to pray with him this very day. I expect to see results with what we prayed about.

Women, Let's Chat Again May We?

Within the last week or so Holy Spirit has shifted my thoughts and ideas a bit. I am somewhat uncomfortable with this but I am willing to step out a bit on the edge of the ledge and TRUST Him. You see, Jesus is coming quicker than most people think that are "playing church." I implore you to get your lives straight and right before God so as to not be left behind or worse yet, perish in hell for all eternity. You see, the shift that is occurring in my life right is I have less tolerance for sin than I use to have. What do I mean by that? I would keep quiet on a number of topics/issues so as to not stir the pot or rock the boat so to speak but He just keeps laying this on my heart to stop mincing words and speak direct and forthright. Do I like doing this, not really. I think I have shared with you in the past that I really like giving the "flowery" type of words of encouragement. There seems to be not much time now to just keep giving that kind of message. There seems to be a call for holiness, not weird holiness but sound holiness. Not "religious" holiness either.
Why women are you letting your guard down and just accepting any man into your lives and the lives of your children? You know the wrong man in your life can possibly cost you the most valuable gift of all, your children. Is a man or a moment with a man worth this terrible and great loss? In my eyes the answer is NO. Children are truly a gift given to a husband and wife to treat with respect and teach them and share with them in both their sorrows and happiness. A parent is also called to bring correction to a child too when needed. The correction sometimes hurts you as you are correcting but it really is there for their best interest. So, correct when it is needed but it can still be done with words of concern and care not with harsh and rough words than will destroy their spirit. To be there for them even when you do not feel like being there but you do because they need you.
Do you not grasp this concept? You know there are more people watching your actions than you think. What about neighbors, friends, relatives and the most innocent ones of all, your children. Do not do things that would cause them to frown or not want to become a mother/father one day. You may think to yourself that they are just an infant and don't realize what is going on. I beg to differ with you, they can sense and feel danger or when something is not right in your home or in your life. Why would you put their security at risk? Think before you act. My Father gave me a great piece of advice once, once you make a decision you cannot go back on it so even if you have a second or two before you advance with a decision really think it through. Once the act is performed there is no going back to undo it. All you can do is go back and try to correct it. Why waste your time in doing that when it could have all been prevented to begin with right?
Final word from me, given to you from a Mother. Love your children and rejoice in their accomplishments and hold their hand or comfort them in their losses with words to console them. Never have a tired ear for them when they seek your advice. I am speaking to myself also. Just last night my son asked me for prayer and I was really tired and told him I pray God's will be done in your life. I then told him I would pray with him today further when I was rested. You know I thought about that as I am writing and what if there may have never been a tomorrow for me to share a prayer with my son? I would probably regret that a very long time. Even when you truly are exhausted do not turn down an opportunity for you to pray with your children because that prayer prayed out of tiredness may have brought you a refreshing and showed your child that you really care for them no matter what. Lord, I ask you to forgive me in choosing a moment to pass it by and not reach out. I know my prayer is received by Jesus and He will for give me I just need to be a little bit better with responding to the call at hand. Go hug your children today or child even if they are grown up and too big to sit on Mommy's/Daddy's lap anymore. That hug you give may be the last opportunity to hug them.
My uncle received a kidney donated by a young person that died at the age of 22 years old. That is young. Remember, Jesus never pushed the children away from Him He always drew them near and close to Him. So if He did it then why not do the same?

Ladies, If You Are Waiting For Something To Happen In Your Life, Do Not Sit Around Idle Pick Up A Project To Complete

Let me share something with you today ladies. While you are waiting on a certain event or events to happen in your life why sit around and do nothing? Select a project and then complete it you will feel so good accomplishing something. Do not sit around and be idle. Idle means not working; in-active; avoiding work; lazy. The best definition is to pass time without working. On Thursday I decided that I was going to pick up and complete a paint project. Guess what I did the majority of the day today? You guessed right if you guessed paint. I love to faux paint and add texture or dimension to a wall. Correction, not really love it but I do it because I like the final results once completed. It is a creative project but work at the same time too. I selected three areas to complete today and I completed them all. An alcove area; dining room and kitchen. I actually selected three different patterns one for each area. What I like to do is to paint white on white so to speak. That means I take the same color paint that is on the wall already and then I add some opalescent glaze to the paint and then I create with the pattern I chose for the room. What works the best is if a wall is painted with flat paint and then you use semi-gloss or satin paint that has been blended with the glaze. It is subtle with just a hint of color and you are able to see the pattern when the light hits the walls. I have also faux painted where I select two colors of paint to do the texture with. That seems to give more of a "pop" to the walls.
I wasn't just satisfied with that today I also cleaned a bit; did laundry; ironed; and attempted to change the front headlight in my car but that was a bit complicated for me. I listened to the guy's instruction at the store where I bought the bulb. I did take off the cover that fits over the engine area and I was able to see into the area where the light is suppose to be but I just had no clue how to change the bulb. Let things rest when you don't know for sure how to do something. I will have to find someone to help me change it. I was even able to get in two walks today along with trimming an azalea bush too with my loppers, I just love that tool it gets the job done with ease. I think that was a full day so now I will rest or polish my nails first and then retire for the evening. I would say that I was not in idle mode today what do you think?
Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding and He will direct your ways. I think He directed me today. Don't forget to go to church tomorrow and give thanksgiving and praise to Him.
