I felt Holy Spirit nudging me all throughout the service Wednesday night to ask a simple question after the service was done. There is a person in the congregation that used to be connected with the RW Schambach ministry. Inquiring minds want to know is how I look at things. You have not because you ask not is also the child like faith being drawn out of me. I figure when I ask a question the worst the person can say is No to you. No big deal I had not because I asked not is the alternative right? So I approached this person after service as I was getting ready to leave. I shared with them how I have been listening to a lot of the old time preachers lately. Like RW Schambach, Ruth Heflin, the Sr. Hagen, Lester Sumrall. This person when I asked them to share something with me about RW Schambach they replied that I should search out Dominion Camp meeting 1998. They shared a bit of the background prior to the service taking place.
Another hidden blessing was tucked inside of my inquiry. This person actually knows my former pastors in OH. You know there is something about connecting with someone that knows people you once sat under their ministry. At the conclusion I said something like this "You need to bring the RW Schambach preaching to us." They responded they are tying to do that. This person is going to be preaching this Sunday at church. I responded how I work marketplace ministry on Sunday but guess what? I am not scheduled for marketplace ministry this Sunday so I will attend church to hear the word of God being preached by this person. See I had not if I would have not asked right. These are stellar videos. I personally like the part 2 video because you need to go to the 10 minute segment of that video to hear Donnie McClurkin singing with Gary Oliver the Hail Hail song. There are great miracles to build your faith. I used to praise just like this when I was in the choir @ CNC. I really did. There was a child that was legally blind now able to see the tumor is gone. His grandparents brought him there to this camp meeting. Both of these videos are in connection to the 50 years of ministry and marriage to the same woman of RW Schambach. This person also suggested I listen to Charles Capp. I did listen to one and I had to check for his voice sounds a lot like the Sr. Kenneth Hagin.
Preaching like this really does need to be revived in the church. Enough seeker friendly church with people going to hell daily because they are not told the true Gospel message. Truly seek Holy Spirit as to where you should attend church. Do not follow the voice of others or even strangers for they can lead you right down the path of denial and you just may miss the move of God in your very life. The message of salvation through Jesus. Use wisdom and truly discern in this era in which we live in ok.
