I had to go back into town yesterday even though I was in Franklin, TN the night before @ a Shabbat gathering. That was lovely and I am so glad I watch Marty & Jennifer Goetz usually Friday nights when they are livestreaming Shabbat. I knew or was familiar with the song they then sung that night @ the Shabbat service I attended. I was inspired to make and bring with me to share (as others do for the dinner portion of the Shabbat) homemade Italian Herb Focaccia bread and a new recipe I was trying out for dessert. I stumbled upon this recipe and made it. It was a delight, and I then bought one of the main ingredients the next day while in Murfreesboro @ the Walmart neighborhood market store. See, the recipe calls for lemon pie filling. Well, Kroger or Publix do not carry it. While @ Kroger the clerk suggested going to Walmart that they knew they carried it. It is a little bit larger ounce wise then the recipe calls for but hey, who doesn't like the taste of lemon right. So, it calls for 1 can lemon pie filling, 1 box cake mix, cream cheese and butter slices. The actual title of the recipe is Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake.
All you do to make this recipe is grease an 8x8 pan and place the pie filling to cover the entire bottom of the pan, take 1/2 of the dry cake mix and cover that. Then cube the cream cheese and spread it over that. Cover with the remainder of the dry cake mix. Then place thinly sliced pieces of butter to cover the top and then bake it. It calls for a yellow cake mix that can be interchanged with another flavor. I had golden butter and used that. I then saw a new flavor of cake mix @ the store the other day and purchased it, Creamy Almond. My mind began to create, and I thought to myself how nice almond flavored cake would go with lemon pie filling so I will try making it again using those 2 combinations and then share with neighbors. One neighbor shared how they like lemon flavored desserts. A co-worker shared with me the other day that when they make dump cake type of recipes, they melt the butter to go on top instead of butter slices. I think I will try that method the next time I make this recipe. You are never too old to learn new things right.
I wore the JUSTICE FOR JEFF tee shirt I made on my yesterday journey. Once again, no one inquired as to what my tee shirt said but I think a few people actually read it. I was to go to the cemetery that day and while wearing the tee shirt stand in the approximate area of the gravesite where I heard that day approximately 3.5 weeks after Jeff was buried the words cry forth from the grave JUSTICE JUSTICE JUSTICE. I sensed to make a brief video plea for someone to please come forth and look into the full story of what actually happened in his life. I thought I hit the video record, and it wasn't until I got back to my car, I realized it was in photo mode and not video. While standing at the grave after I thought I did the video I asked Holy Spirit why I was there. I gently & softly heard Him speak to my heart these simple words, "TRUST MY DAUGHTER HELP IS ON THE WAY." See, even though I did not capture the words spoken forth in video format the words were still spoken out loud into the atmosphere. Someone please look into why only 1 side was inquired of and not both sides when a man appointed man of God was to oversee the situation of what actually took place with the church split/accusations. I am finding out by talking with people that no one was contacted by the overseer to hear or discuss the other side of people that walked with Jeff Jansen and attended his church @ the time. Sounds like a 1 sided looking into doesn't it. Where is the church accountability factor in all of this. There are things that just don't seem to line up and for goodness's sake can someone please delve into this so this man's name and reputation can be cleared and dealt with once and for all.
Someone is taking great care to visit the gravesite and always places very nice floral arrangements there. I brought yesterday some eucalyptus to add to the side of the flower arrangement and dusted off the grave marker before taking a picture. The one picture is the completed grave marker now done. I am standing in the approx. location while wearing the tee shirt of where I heard those words that day. I then took a photo of approximately the location also. It would be to the right side of the grave but away from the grave marker that is.
So, I am seeking a scripture verse before posting this today. I read a book daily portion in prayer time and today a scripture verse is highlighted to me. John Eckhardt wrote this book. There is no indication as to what bible translation this scripture is from, so I looked it up in my bible and I did not find anything near to what is printed in the bible. Have I been quoting something not correct when I do read from his book? Causes me to wonder if I should even read from this book anymore. This scripture verse is under the heading "Prayers for Angelic Deliverance." Let me share what is printed in his book, then the way it is printed in my bible. Do you agree that they are not even similar?
His book, "Prayers that Rout Demons & Break Curses" states, "Release Your angelic army to fight for and defend Your church (Ps. 68:17)." My bible translation states it as this: "The chariots of God are twenty thousand in number, thousands upon thousands. The Lord is among them. The God of, Sinai is in his holy place." I just double checked the same scripture verse in both The King James & NKJ translations, and they line up with what my bible states, not anything like John Eckhardt has in print in his book? Interpreting scripture and actual scripture should be notated or reference what translation the scripture verse came from is known as being diligent in my opinion.
