So, I was up and running early this morning. I had a few items to return to Walmart. I drive by and the hours of business sign says they are open @ 6:00AM. Great I park my car and proceed into the store. I get to Customer Service, and no one is there and the lights in that area are dimmed. I look around and inquire about a return I had. The 2 women that assisted me were very kind even when I asked to speak to a manager. Oh, a manager never came to speak with me when I requested it. So, Walmart is open for business to take your hard-earned money with purchases you may make but closed at the same store open time to return your hard-earned money to you with a return. Where in the heck is that in the formula for great customer service. It shouts to me we will take your money @ our convenience but will not return your money to you because they are not open @ 6AM like the store sign states hours of operation. So, I then exit the store with returned items and receipt still at hand.
May I suggest to Walmart Executives, you may not shop @ Walmart and maybe try it sometime because if you did you may be a little bit frustrated if you have a return and no one is there to assist you. There I go speaking out loud again.
