Yep, it sure did come upon me today. I was inspired to make the triple chocolate cake. Instead of adding chocolate pudding to the mix I had to make a little St. Patrick's Day spin on this recipe. I added York Peppermint chocolate pudding to replace the recipe ingredient of chocolate instant pudding. I also did a mixture of milk chocolate and dark chocolate chips too. I then made my homemade cocoa buttercream frosting in which I flavored with peppermint extract to just lightly frost the top of the Bundt cake. This recipe is quite a moist tasting cake. People always like it when I make it. The cake is out of the oven now cooling and I will frost it later. Do you think if I should get married someday this baking anointing will lift from me? What if my husband to be does not like their wife baking or cooking? I have to think about things like that now and then. Oh my, I think I bake now to occupy my time because I do not just want to sit idle if that makes sense.
I pray, I write, I do creative projects. I like creative sort of projects because that releases the creativity inside of me including my patio garden and feeding the hummingbirds. I am thankful that the sun is melting the snow on the sidewalks by me. I still have 2 more projects I have to work on today. Did I tell you my life really is fun, it is?
