Utility Providers & Internet Providers I Have A Novel Idea. Why Don't You Provide A Temporary Reduction In Rates To Assit The People in This Time Of Need?

You know it is very nice to send a blanket statement in with your utility bill. Letting you know that they are trying to assist with helping you in the event you are close to being disconnected. Why not take it a step further and actually do something more than that, like a temporary reduction in rates. I get it, cable is like an extra perk and maybe you do not need to have that in your home to survive. Internet connection is a different story. With so many teleworking from home now and staying home for safety purposes I do believe internet connection is a valuable tool to stay connected.
Gas, water, electric, etc. providers why don't you all help out in this time of need and provide your customers a temporary rate reduction. Why not be pro-active instead of having to deal with a lot of future disconnects and then re-connection of the utilities when they pay off their back bills owed?  Being home more now is causing people to use increased utilities they may not have used while out of the house and at work. Just my thoughts as a mom that raised 2 children years ago when I was divorced. My children have a great father in which our children never were in want or need. In that period of time in my life back then it taught me valuable lessons on how to conserve and live within my means. Lesson learned that I still practice in my life today.
