I spoke with both of my children today. I did bake the cupcakes and I will include the recipe in the event you may want to make them one day. No cake mixes for this but homemade recipe. Do you know that it sure is tempting to try the frosting but with staying away from sugar it kept me from trying even a morsel. I set some aside to take to work. Froze a few in the event I have company and I can serve them to them. I then went and visited with 3 of my new neighbors, all mom's so it was perfect to bring them cupcakes on Mother's Day. I frosted some with just the frosting. Then others after frosting some I placed lime zest and sprinkled with kosher coarse salt. One neighbor I was asked to share a bit of my testimony of my faith journey. I did and she asked me to pray for her and a few family members, I did pray right then and there. Visited briefly with the other 2 neighbors.
I watered all my plants, and I am going to share with you, my variety. I hope you like them and may I encourage you to bake this recipe and share them with family and neighbors.
