The Dining Room Table Was Picked Up By AmVets Yesterday. 1 More Item Left To Get Rid Of That I Keep @ Work. A Throw Type Of Throw When It Gets Chilly.

Well, I no longer have a dining room table and that is ok with me. I trust Holy Spirit when He shows me to get rid of certain items. That is who I am and He is a great part of my life. I have a question for the Bishops of the Catholic Church and their recent decision in regard to communion. So, you feel there is no need to refuse communion to a Catholic that defends or votes for abortions? Wow!!! I was raised a Catholic and even though I am no longer a practicing Catholic I have sense enough to not receive communion if I happen to be at a Catholic mass somewhere because I am not a practicing Catholic. I know the rules of the church well enough to know I cannot and should not receive communion during the mass since I am not a practicing Catholic. It is a nice gesture to receive a blessing if you do not receive communion. They have you walk up and then place your arms a certain way across your chest area to let the eucharistic minister/priest know you are not receiving communion but will accept the blessing. Even at that, If I do not know the person administering the blessing I am still cautious. I am cautious to whom I allow to place hands upon me to pray for me.

So, if I may ask this simple question of the Bishops ... did you invite Jesus into that meeting and find out what He thinks about abortion? What about administering His body & blood to those that may mock Him in the respect of voting for/supporting abortions. The children being murdered by abortions. Tiny lives that you are snuffing away their chance to be born and fulfill what God created them to be in their very life. I cannot judge the intent of a person and their walk with Jesus. Let me paint this picture for you ... if it were Jesus Himself serving the communion to you at the altar directly would you accept it knowing you somehow support the killing of innocent children? Just a thought I am putting out there for you to think about. Is anyone so powerful or arrogant in thinking they are that powerful to make rules for themselves and other people have to walk by another set of rules? Sure does not seem fair to me.

I remember way back when that my mother could not receive communion years ago because she was divorced. What happened to the looseness of rules to allow people including politicians that support abortion to receive communion. Maybe the next time you gather as Bishops you would consider inviting Jesus into your meeting and see what He says about the matter in the bible. I submit this as a former devoted Catholic deep in thought today. I actually pulled out my Catholic bible recently and read some of the insights I wrote in the margins as Holy Spirit would give me insights. I remember the time when He revealed to me there was no purgatory. When you die there are only 2 places you will live for all eternity: heaven or hell. Which will you choose, the choice is truly yours. Oh, you have to make this decision before you draw your last breath for it is too late after you die. There is no purgatory in which people can pray you into heaven after you die. I received the purgatory revelation 5/7/97 while reading my Catholic edition bible, imagine that.
