Simple Things In Nature That You May Take For Granted Causes My Heart To Sing. Would You Like To Know What It Is/Was?

I think I shared how I saw cotton growing in a field almost 5 years ago (it will be that in another month or so) captured my attention. I do not think I ever saw that scene in person before I saw it 5 years ago. Oh it was so refreshing and almost looked pristine if that makes sense. I would look for this every year at harvest time but to no avail it was not there. Other crops were planted in the fields until … I do not travel this road on a frequent basis like I used to a few years ago. So weeks ago I was on this road and thought to myself, Is this cotton growing again? With this possible discovery it caused curiosity to pop up inside me so I started to go on this road a bit more than I do now. Sure enough, cotton is growing in the fields. I was elated to see that beautiful nature scene once again.
Isn't it just beautiful? I see it as that. I guess beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
This causes my heart to sing just as much as when I see an eagle soaring in the sky. Two scenes out of nature very interesting. See, further explanation in this if you listen to Holy Spirit. It will be 5 years ago that I first experienced the cotton view and I do know that my season is up in the area in which I reside right now. For some reason Holy Spirit uses things like this to speak to my heart. The 5 years cycle is coming to a close in the old part of my life to open a new season in my new life so to speak. I believe and know that He is with me, He guides me, He directs me and He protects me too. I have prayed on a regular basis for years now to not just keep my home protected, etc. where I currently reside now but I would also tuck into that prayer "and any home(s) and communities I will reside in the future." So, Holy Spirit already has this home set aside for me and it is my journey to seek out this home. Sometimes it can be exhilarating when in the task at hand and other times it can be a bit like when is this going to happen to me.
He will give you clues along the way. I was not scheduled for marketplace ministry this past Sunday so I attended a church I had only been to once before. On the way there, there is a home situated up high on a hill and from miles away I could see a bright shining in between the two sections of this home. So much so that I actually took a picture of it. It was as if there was a bright light shining as a star to guide me. Have a tiny piece of the puzzle now. So I pay attention to the exit signs near this land and also take a picture of that too. I saw the name of a few cities on a highway sign and notated that too. After church I then went exploring a wee bit. I found nothing that afternoon other than a lovely Fall afternoon drive. I stopped at a local vegetable stand to purchase a few items. I knew one thing, the first city was too far away from the interstate for practical purposes. This is an area in which property is not cheap per say but I at least went on the journey right. He knows I am a country girl at heart even though I was raised in the city and do like living in the city. City girl that is intrigued with the country way of living. Simple and serene I think it is but I do like the comforts and convenience of being nearby a large city for shopping, getting gasoline for the car, etc.
Let's see where this journey will take me. I love Holy Spirit adventures I do I do I do I do I do.
