Yesterday I thought I was going to go into Franklin & return an item to Trader Joe's, but you know what? The unction dissipated and I stayed around home. I planted a lily that is already coming forth in a patio planter into the ground in the backyard. Watered my plants and I had a book I was reading and felt that yesterday was the day to finish reading it. I literally only had a few pages left to read. I am most thankful I took that book with me and read it while also laying in the sun to get some good old fashioned vitamin D from the sun. It was a lovely day not too hot outside sitting in the sun. Hearing the gentle sound of the wind chimes as a breeze would come now and then. Jeff Jansen will have been gone almost a year this August from the earth but is in heaven and I have found his words still reverberate in the earth. Meaning, they are still alive and relevant on the pages he penned in this very book, "A Preparatory Guide to a Life of Miracles! Revival of the Secret Place."
I am going to share them with you because if they impacted me yesterday, then there is a good chance they will touch your life today. Page 67: "Every time we go through a trial season and we overcome, something is solidified inside of us. We're not only filled with the Holy Spirit, but we also begin to operate in the power of the Holy Spirit. If we're in a season of difficulty, oftentimes a season of promotion is right around the corner. Jesus left the desert in the power of the Spirit completely ready to start His ministry." Then on page 68 the final paragraph states: "We must draw close to the heart of God and allow Him to mold and shape our character. We must receive the baptism in the Father's love and let His Word wash over us. We must embrace the presence of God and lean on Him completely in those seasons of purification and purging. Why? Because when it's all through, we come out in the power of the Spirit, as gold refined by fire-commissioned into our Kingdom destinies that will turn the world upside down!"
A job well done Jeff, well done indeed. A few weeks ago, I spoke briefly with a minister that came to Jeff's church a few years ago along with his wife. Another local prophet was also there. Jeff, James Goll & Wesley Campbell all sat on the platform and shared about the last hours of Bob Jones life here on earth. I felt compelled to share with the minister that day about Jeff still not having a grave marker at his grave. I briefly shared how I would go, and plant money seeds tucked under his cheap, plastic temporary grave marker. Seeds planted in faith that someone would get this prophet of God a proper grave marker, to at least show he lived on this earth. The minister inquired why not reach out to the church/ministry about it. I said my time of putting into this is now up. I said I no longer live in that region because I moved. My job was done with planting monetary seeds in faith that he will get a proper grave marker.
When I saw this minister, I really wanted to ask a simple question, but Holy Spirit directed my words elsewhere that very day. I get nothing out of a grave marker being ordered and paid for or not. I follow Holy Spirit instruction even if it goes off of the acceptable path others may see it as. Sometimes when you are blazing a trail you do not have time to think of proper protocol so to speak. You speak the words to come forth and then you move on. The words given have been released and your part is now done. Sometimes prophetic acts are played out in that same manner. Release the act and then move on.
There has been a question I have had rumbling inside of me for a few years now. You may think I am a bold woman of God but in some instances not so much so. It was that very weekend I made mention of, and I did have a couple of opportunities when speaking with Jeff briefly to ask the question but quite frankly I did not ask. So, now this other minister is before me and again I did not ask the question. There were 3 men of God sitting on the front row in one of the ministry sessions that afternoon as I recall. One of the main speakers was on the platform speaking and then all of a sudden, all 3 men at the same time leaned forward in their seats and looked to the right where I was sitting, and no one was seated around me that day. What was that all about? Some secret type of code or recognition or confirmation? In the moment when it happened, I thought to myself is something wrong with me that at the same time they all 3 looked at me. There is 1 more minister left that I could ask the same question, but I do not think that will happen. How do I know that. Well, at a women's conference a few weeks ago in Nashville I was seated with my friend. That particular minister walked past me and gave me a not very nice look at all. My friend even commented to me, and she did not know what to do in that brief moment, but she smiled back at him. Ministers are not always what they appear to be if you are sensitive to Holy Spirit, He shows you sometimes who they really are. I am thankful for that very thing in my life.
No more negative thoughts let's move onto the rest of my afternoon story from yesterday. I heard in the distance a plane in the sky. That was followed by me hearing someone say whoo or whoa which caused me to then look up in the sky. It appeared to be several people just did parachute from the plane. There were several of them in this group. The sun was in my eyes so I couldn't capture the group all together as they were floating down in the sky. I did get 1 picture. I told you I now reside in a place where rest and relaxation are a reality. I wonder if they were locals or just spending the day out here for relaxation. I really want to explore if there is beach access to either of the lakes out here. I can see myself sitting by the water and either reading or even bringing with me a small canvass and some paints and let's see what Holy Spirit wants me to paint. It would be some sort of prophetic creativity because that is how He works with me.
This is what was drawn on the board at my chiropractor's office. Sure does speak truth doesn't it.
I asked the staff if I could take a picture of this to share on my blog before I captured it with my camera.
