It is update time today. I shared with you that I felt a baking mode coming upon me. I was shopping a few weeks ago at Williams Sonoma and I knew 2 things going into the store. What I was searching for had to be at a good price point and they had to have the same flavor but one in regular and the other gluten-free. Well, this is what I found … Maple Pecan quick bread mix. I just baked a loaf of each this evening. Next baking item will be peanut butter cookie brownie bar mix by Betty Crocker which are not gluten-free. I have made this before and I received great comments that they were good. Final baking project will be mini chocolate chip cheesecake, also not gluten-free. I found some Ghirardelli intense dark chocolate pieces in which I will use to decorate the top of the cheesecake. When this baking thing comes upon me I love to create. You know what? It is Holy Spirit that shows me what to bake, yes He does.
I was at a church conference a weekend or so ago and I felt Holy Spirit directing me as to who to share the anointing oil with that comes forth from the bible in Dalton, GA. Believe it or not, 8 vials of the anointing oil were given to people that weekend to be a blessing to them. First one distributed was to a couple that were from out of town. We shared and I blessed them with a vial of the oil. Then Holy Spirit placed it upon my heart to then bless the wife with my own personal vial of that anointing oil I had with me. I could guess this may have been a prophetic act the way He showed me to give the 2nd vial of oil. I handed it to the husband and then showed him to give it to his wife because it was my vial of oil and I am a woman so it would go to the woman. That evening Holy Spirit put it upon my heart to make up a gift bag of snack items for them since they were visiting from another state. I happened to have 1 gift bag from the gift shop where I get the anointing oil. Holy Spirit says use that so the address is on the bag for them if they should like to go on an adventure to see this miraculous move of God. That was 2 vials of oil so who was the next recipient?
Friday night I sat behind a lovely family, I believe there were 5 teenaged children from the same family sitting in front of me. I struck up a conversation before the service started and I felt Holy Spirit telling me the one young lady loved to worship at home. At the close of the church service there was ministry going on and the speaker encouraged us to share with others words Holy Spirit is speaking to you about them. I know enough when it comes to ministry of children that I do not minister unless I first seek the parent to get their permission. I found her father and asked if it was ok to share with his daughter what Holy Spirit was speaking to my heart about her. I shared and they were beautiful words but so many times it happens that once I release the words they really do not stay within me because they were words for them. I do remember seeing tears come down her face as I shared the words. Oh this precious one loves to worship and dance in her time of worship too. As we were leaving the church Holy Spirit says to offer a vial of the anointing oil to their family. I caught them just as I was almost down the stairs outside and they accepted a vial of the anointing oil also.
May I share a thought with you right now. It is not my oil to hoard it is freely given to me I believe to be the pass along person if that makes sense. I am open to Holy Spirit and His direction for He knows the very people that would be blessed with this miraculous oil. If someone asks me how to use it I always tell them I place it upon my hands and I say it represents the blood of Jesus and then I place my hands upon where Holy Spirit shows me to because it is not mere anointing oil it now represents the blood of Jesus and there is power in the blood of Jesus. I also referred someone to google search abbaoil.com for there is a teaching on the anointing oil there too.
The next day a woman is ministering to another person and I asked them if they would like the anointing oil as part of the praying ministry for that person. They knew of this oil and said they would give it to the minister they were there with. Guess what? That person was then suppose to take it with them on a trip to Israel is the latest update I heard. That person then inquired if I had anymore vials of the oil that they knew of a few people that could use it. This person was so kind to offer me to pay postage for me to send them in the mail and I turned down the kind offer. It was my distinct honor to bless another. 3 vials of oil would then be distributed. On Sunday morning Holy Spirit nudges me to not mail the oil but hand deliver it to the church. I went to the church I attend and left a bit early to get to the other church location to deliver the oil. There was one more person that received anointing oil that very day also. The person that was being prayed for the day before. See how God can use something as simple as this anointing oil to draw others to Jesus? So when you hear the voice of Holy Spirit, hearken to it and do not dismiss it ok. I expect I will be making a trip again to replenish oil to be freely given to people. There is this feeling inside when I follow through with Holy Spirit nudges/journeys. It can be described as incredible love, peace and joy all at the same time.
So, on Valentines Day remember I shared with you that I saw that flash picture and it was a picture frame with the words in block letters saying "Love in the heart." I shared that with 2 married couples at work. Please know this it is not my nature to share my dreams with others at work on a regular basis. I was compelled by Holy Spirit to do just that and I did. After work I did shopping. On Valentine's Day if you do not date or are not going on a date I found that stores really are pretty empty. Great time for shopping and I got a lot done in a decent period of time. See, Holy Spirit does not call me to go to dating websites or singles groups at church etc. to meet a mate. He has told me all along that He will send a mate to me and I said ok to that and yes it has been over 20 years but I have great faith to believe Him when He speaks to me so I am about my Fathers business in the mean time.
I was at Dillard's and I felt compelled to go to the shoe department. There was really nothing that I liked but as I was perusing I overheard a conversation of a young woman. I heard the words to this effect, it happened so fast and then there was glass all over me. Holy Spirit nudge. I went to this young lady and said excuse me and then shared with her that she was saved because God has a work for her to do in her life. I think I repeated it and then she said thank you to me and I then pointed to heaven and told her to thank Him because He was the one that had the words for her and her life was spared to do what she was called to do in her life. That is what I am talking about people. Do not be afraid to speak forth as Holy Spirit guides you. Would you not want a timely word if you just experienced something of that nature. I wonder how many times we miss those God nudges and then someone goes about without receiving the words they were seeking an explanation about. Do not harden your heart when Holy Spirit speaks ok.
