As Long As I Can Remember I Remember My Father Always Drove Cadillac's. The Last Few Years Of His Life He Drove A Lincoln. Let Me Share.

Even when I was younger I can always remember my father driving a Cadillac. If we were in the car with him he told us to not make finger prints on the windows. He liked things in order and neat needless to say. He also would stock up on items at the store when they went on sale so as to not run out of that item. In his later years he took a trip and I believe the rental car was a Lincoln and from that time forward that is the car he drove. One thing I fought for from my father's estate was the right to be able to purchase one of his license plates. Do you know what they said on the license plate? "JOY" is what the license plates said. Guess what, I bought them and had them for 1 year until Holy Spirit spoke something to my heart and then I did not renew them the next year but released them.
Believe it or not people at the church that I attended began to call me Joy. That was not my name isn't that crazy? You may say to yourself what was the purpose of wanting this particular license plate? That is easy to answer I have the joy of the Lord which is my strength. That I thought would be a witnessing tool I could use via this simple license plate.
Holy Spirit challenged me one day and asked me do I receive my joy from the license plate or from Him? Wow that put me into a sobering mind set. He was exactly right I do not derive or need to boast via a license plate that the joy of the Lord is my strength. After that conversation I knew it was time to give up the license plate and not renew them. I did exactly that and guess what? The joy of the Lord still is my strength.
I know the song I heard the other day must be pretty important for yesterday and today I found myself hearing it play repeatedly again. Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah our God reigns our God reigns. As I was driving into work today as I was singing it in my car Holy Spirit showed me first time singing our God reigns it was just that and then the second time singing it He showed me in the spirit so to speak as rain drops fell. See, there is meaning behind that simple yet profound song He gave to me. From singing that song I then began to sing to that very tune but sang in tongues. I love moments with the Lord just like this one. Have you had any moments of joy with the Lord or times of listening and then following through with what He tells you to proceed in doing? Have you fellow shipped with Him today. I have and I am glad I did and the day is not over with yet. More opportunities ahead of me. Know what I have been doing when going to the exercise room. I have been reading sections of the book by Derek & Ruth Prince, "God is a Matchmaker." I shared with you that I read this book years ago and this is my second time reading it. I believe that when I am prompted to read a book a second time there is purpose in following that direction. I actually read the bible through twice for sure that I recall. Maybe a good portion of the bible was read by me way back when I had my Catholic bible I do remember reading the extra books that the Catholic bible incorporates into that bible.
I still have that Catholic bible for I received many insights while reading that version. When I opened it up guess what was tucked inside it? A piece of paper with words printed on it. At the time Holy Spirit would give me a word and an explanation for each letter of the word. My word was:
Jesus paid the price for our freedom
Only you can share your story with others
You will see Jesus & all will know that you were with Him

At the time I was teaching my son about these things and this was the word he wrote down on the same piece of paper:
Coming soon
And trust until it comes
Rejoice when you get it
It came to pass on his word written. I believe that car was a Chrysler 300M, I liked that car. Not the Chrysler 300 that is out in the market now that is way too boxy looking. The car I had was sporty looking and I liked it. I often chuckle to myself because that car had a dual transmission I think that is what you call it. You could either drive in automatic or a stick shift version. I never used the stick shift version because I did not want to ruin the car. I do not know how to drive stick shift. I think the other two cars after that one also had the same.
I also wrote on the line "presented to" in the bible my name with the words extreme deliver on 9/13/2000 at the church I was attending. I think I meant to write deliverer for that is one of the gifts God has bestowed upon me setting captives free in the name of Jesus. Same page I jotted down on 11/21/1999 at church "Don't look back-go forward."
Here are the added books in this Catholic bible: Tobit, Judith, 1Maccabees, 2Maccabees, Wisdom, Sirach, and Baruch. If I am mistaken please correct me in this ok The actual title of this bible is "New American Bible St. Joseph Medium Size Edition." I see lots of notes in this bible praise God for that.
