This Baffles Me, What I Saw In Regard To An Express Lane. Really People Do Not Comprehend This???

I know Atlanta is a busy city traffic wise but is there really a need to post on the highway this set of instructions? There is an express lane in which you need a peach pass to be able to drive in this lane. I understand the warning that no trucks are allowed in the express lane. Common sense right? The next two are also common sense and I guess they had to be posted because someone probably did this so they thought we better post what is not allowed in the express lane. NO U TURNS IN THE EXPRESS LANE; NO BACKING UP IN THE EXPRESS LANE.
Really, isn't this common sense. It is one lane going in one direction how could you possibly even do either of these things? I guess someone either tried doing both of these or they thought to post it as a preventative measure. I know Atlanta traffic because I was twice hit from behind in stand still traffic. Figure that one out. Thank God both times the person had insurance to cover the damage. The one I actually said to the person why did you hit me we were in stopped traffic. It was raining and they claimed they were on the phone with their father. Oddly enough both times they were young men. I guess distraction may have played a part in both rear end collisions on their part.
It is wise that Georgia is now a hands free state. That means you can get a ticket if you are caught with your cell phone on your person at all. No hands on the cell phone while driving in Georgia. I believe that may also include a GPS.
I worked for a few months prior to me moving at a very busy DMV. I actually took people on road tests when they were trying to get their drivers license. I was personable but strict with rating them while on the road test. Before I ever entered the vehicle I would tell them to put them at ease that whoever is going to be in the car with them was at one point in their shoes. They had to take a   drivers license test themselves. If they failed the test you were not allowed to tell them until you were safely back in the parking lot. I would try to encourage them to practice more in the areas they didn't do so good in and that they would do fine when they came back to take the test.
This is where I drove as a passenger and in some cases I actually had to take over the wheel and drive back to the DMV. I can actually say from driving in a variety of vehicles that the most comfortable ride was in a Lexus. It did not matter if it was a newer or older model vehicle it was always a comfortable ride.
I tried to do my small part in helping good drivers out there actually get their license because they earned it. There were some pretty good drivers I went on the road tests with. When I had them I would also let them know that. I also would forewarn them to listen to the instructions given while taking the road test. So many missed the very first instruction. When pulling out they did not yield to see if cross traffic was coming down the parking lot road and they did not turn on their turn signal to turn.
I believe this is a lesson in listening to the word of God. Are you following the way to live that the bible tells us how to live? You will not know how to live if you never pick up your bible and read it. I encourage you to get acquainted with the word of God. You may be in a situation and if you have no bible inside of you how will you know what to speak/cry out to God with? There are a few certain bible scripture verses that just remain in me and when the time is needed they come forth out of me. I am not a bible scholar so I could probably not tell you where the verse is in the bible but I sure do know the scripture verse.
Read the bible. If you never picked one up before and actually read it I highly recommend start reading in the New Testament. Start with Matthew. Read through the New Testament first for that is where you will really get to know Jesus. Then you can go into the Old Testament. There is so much to glean from in the bible and there is action, adventure and even love stories in the bible. Start reading it and you will see such a difference in your life. It changed my life and I pray it will change your life.
