I Found The Thank You Letter I Sent To The Rabbi

I do not know why but I feel compelled to share today the letter of thanks I sent to the Rabbi when I attended the service at the synagogue. I do not have the date of the letter but I do have noted the day I sent it and that was 10/20/95.

Dear Rabbi,

I'm writing to thank you for extending a warm invite to me to attend "The Blowing of the Shofar." I am truly thankful to you and the Lord for allowing me to partake in this special worship. As I sat and listened and participated I was overwhelmed to think that our Lord and Savior heard and spoke these very words when He walked the earth.
Thank you for allowing me to participate in your beautiful religion. The faith and love of your people are truly special. May you have a blessed day and may the Lord bestow upon you and your congregation many blessings and grace.

When I was looking for this I stumbled across another writing in which I mention the olive branch given to me by my Father. I will probably write about that later. I even wrote down what he had written on the envelope that contained the olive branch. He must have been in the Garden of Gethsemane somewhere around the time of October, 1978. From my notes it looks like I did not use a portion of it until 1995 some time.
