You Will Not Beleive This, Remember The Drunk Driver That Hit My Daughter & Did Not Stop A Few Months Ago? He Walked Scott Free?

I could not believe this when I asked my daughter about how it went in court in regard to the hit and run drunk driver. When the accident happened there was a kind Samaritan woman that turned her car around and followed the perpetrator while calling the police and she did not leave until after the police arrived. Well, she was given notice to attend the court date. She did not show up for whatever reason and so there was no vital witness in this case. My daughter shared with us that she had to go and pick up her own subpoena apparently that is the way it is handled.
The man that hit my daughter was only 1 point above the legal drunk driving test when taken. My daughter was just a few hours away from attaining her paralegal designation but she chose to go back home and leave the state were she was in school a few years ago. She already has a Bachelor in Science degree and this would have been further training for her if she wanted to move in a different direction in life.
She has a great attitude but she does not back down when she has to speak forth or investigate to get further information. She is my research baby girl. She is thankful that her car was taken care of, actually she got a new car and most thankful that this man had insurance to cover all that needed to be covered. My concern as a mother is that this man is out there drinking and driving and I pray he does not hit another someday and mame or they get killed because of this negligence. I hope to God I do not see a story on the news one day that this man brought forth tragedy because of his drunk driving and then it reverts back to the time when they let him get away with what he did while under the influence of drinking. Lord I pray to release the hounds of heaven to go after this man and search him out so he then finds Jesus and commits his life and ways to Him, set free from alcohol and turns his life to Jesus to bring a great testimony to the world of what Jesus did in his life. Amen.
