I was at Whole Foods this past Sunday. You know they always cause you to stop and view/smell the flowers as you enter the store. Maybe not you but for me yes I do. I already had pink roses and pink mini carnations at home with my regular eucalyptus. I was trying to decide if I needed more eucalyptus so I began to search. See, it is really all about the scent along with the look of the floral grouping I put together. So I see an interesting looking bunch and I notice on the label it is marked eucalyptus but I never saw one looking like this fashion. I even tried to rub my fingers on a leaf to see if I could smell the scent of eucalyptus. The label said it was so I inquired of a clerk in that department. They thought like me that the label said so but the floral expert was not there to inquire of. Thank God another shopper must have overheard our conversation and then told me yes, it is eucalyptus for she had some at home. I am so glad my eyes were open up to another experience beyond my knowledge center.
See, it is good to inquire for inquiring minds really do want to know. Seek and you shall find knock and the door will be open to you. Do not be afraid to ask questions for knowledge is out there just waiting for you to grasp but you have to be willing to step out. It is in the stepping out that allows one to find it. I encourage you to step out and seek and you shall find.
Perfect example today. A co-worker showed me a text message they received about their uncle. I did not even have to ponder about this or say I will take it home and pray about it I acted right then and there. I said let's pray so right at this co-workers desk I prayed and then when the prayer was over I had a smile on my face. I felt peace and encouragement for this fellow worker. I then shared about what happened to me over the weekend. I love this story that was shared with me in the parking lot of a church after a session at a conference I attended. I met this couple and yes, they were from back home. At the conclusion of the night I asked them to please say hello to OH for me. They were from a suburb of Cincinnati. They attended a church service in which the anointing oil that is coming forth from a bible was at church. We began to talk about how I had a vial of it and it somehow spilled in my purse but there was no trace of an oil residue stain in the interior of my purse. See, this oil is supernatural and it is not oil based. She then showed me a red cloth in which pieces were cut out of it.
To confirm what I was saying there is no oil stain whatsoever on this cloth and it was the residue left on the cloth when people dipped their hands into the oil at that church service. We shared much about our testimonies right there in the parking lot and in the midst of sharing I mentioned how I led my father to Jesus and then the woman that was a patient across the hall I led to Jesus the day my father went to be with the Lord. I also shared a bit about my inheritance situation when my father died. Right away she told me to take one of the pieces of this cloth and place it into my wallet for God to restore the injustice that was brought to our family. I did that part but I felt I needed her prayer marked with precision to be prayed over the wallet with the swatch placed inside it.
I go home and come back for the evening service and I sit next to them in church. I shared how I did the act of faith with my wallet but I was not sure of the exact words to pray so she and I placed the wallets (actually I had two of them) in our hands and she prayed.
Shortly after that wouldn't you know it a prophetic word comes forth as a name was called out. Not only that, I shared with this couple that afternoon about my inheritance and sure enough that is the subject preached on that very night "Inheritance." She nudged me as we heard what was going to be the subject taught that night.
There is more to this story. In the afternoon session I seemed to go into the Holy Spirit zone. How do I explain this. The panel were sharing and I am drawn to a section of the platform and I just keep looking at this area. I hear the speakers sharing but I am looking behind them for they were seated on the ground floor level and I am drawn to the platform level behind them. I am there but then again I am not there for I now sense it is time to write words given to me by Holy Spirit. This took place @ 3:25PM on 4/13/19(Saturday.) Some words were just for me but I can share a portion of the words with you now ok.
"The stick-the rain stick parts seas many seas to let the people come forth to the throne room-the presence of God-My gospel comes forth. An orange this is not peeled but when you take a knife-a double edged sword to slice the orange right down the center-it parts the orange-2 sides that were 1 form now part & the sweet juice of the orange fruit flows forth & pours forth out and it is sweetness & refreshing to all that partake of it. The word of God-the gospel message comes forth for the people to hear. Testimony, testimony after testimony will go around the world as I call you forth to bring My people into My presence-worship-worship-worship. As the Red Sea was parted to let My people come forth to the promised land so shall it be with you as you bring forth & raise the rain sticks to come into My presence."
Well guess what, that very night the word that came forth spoke of water parting and the collecting of the 12 memorial stones that were gathered to share the stories as a reminder throughout the ages (Joshua 4.) It was also shared of the importance of sharing stories (testimony) with your family sort of like the stone markers. Is that God or what! This experience is real and I love Holy Spirit adventures.
Guess what? I had a spare piece of that red anointing cloth with me so I went and retrieved it from my purse and blessed the co-worker with it today and told them I will bring in my vial of the anointing oil to place another coating of it on the cloth just for them. God is good, God is Great and above all He loves us and He is ever so FAITHFUL. That is my story today.
I will write another entry later on for I saw the movie last night, Breakthrough." There was a scene that triggered memories of when my brother was in a boating accident and he was lost at sea. Was he really lost? I don't think so for God knows exactly where Ricky was at. Early this morning Holy Spirit gave me great insight in regard to the prophetic dream I had when he died and then a bit of testimony how some of the things were dealt with in regard to his death when I was going through a deliverance session.
