I Continue Making Valentine's Day Candy.

I am still making chocolates to share for Valentine's Day gifts. This time I created with Merckens White Chocolate melting discs. I added to the melted white chocolate chopped pecans, salted almonds, crushed Nilla Wafers & dried cherries. I also added for flavoring salted caramel flavored sugar. This time I am not making bark style candy but actually placed them into mini muffin cups that were actually created for candy making. Still have to make some toasted coconut dark chocolate bark style. I actually found when going through my baking pantry 2 forms one can use to make bark chocolate, I  will try them today hopefully.

Here is the recipe for the Banana Pudding Fudge, worth trying may I suggest. Instead of purchasing a big box of Nilla Wafers, I bought the box of snack sized mini Nilla wafers and ended up using about 4 packages for the fudge so I had some left to use today in my candy making project. I would also suggest not using almond bark but making a purchase of a finer quality in my opinion of white chocolate melting discs.
