Sometimes I Think I Am Born To Review Products/Services Be It Good Or Bad. Let Me Share A Good Story About My Journey To Winchester Yesterday, May I

It was a lovely day a bit warm but still lovely. I attended an HOA meeting in the morning and learned a little bit about the community in which I currently reside. I knew one of the owners already, she will be 97 years old this July Imagine That. She walked down the street with her rollator to join the meeting. I said hello to her after the meeting and she called me Nancy. I said in a kind way my name is Kimberly and then I said it's ok if you want to call me Nancy, I will respond you can call me that and I will be whatever you want me to be. Listen to this now, I think this man that was there who is older than responded You can be my wife. I totally dismissed that idea and silently rebuked it and never even gave that comment a response at all. I guess men can be bold sometimes, but women don't have to settle for that kind of nonsense. The nerve of him saying that, and he IS NOT the husband Holy Spirit has been saving for me and keeping them safely tucked away for when the moment arrives. I just went about my day. I did let know another resident that wasn't able to make it to the meeting that I would take notes from the meeting, and I did. I did propose questions in an inquisitive manner (because I am not a homeowner, so I have no say so, but I was able to inquire of things I noticed since moving there.) Do they have meet and greet gatherings like potlucks, dessert and coffee or cookie exchanges in this community. They responded that they have talked about it but really no one has planned or taken the lead. I did let them know I used to event plan in Ohio, and I would volunteer to help if that should happen in this community. I also inquired if they have seen any eagle sightings in the area with having 2 lakes not far away. One person said they have not seen any, oh well for now on that subject.

I went to Winchester yesterday because the Swiss Pantry Amish (maybe it is Mennonite) business was having a vendor day. It was rather busy there with a few vendors having tables set up as displays and you could sample their wares, some of them that is. As I was heading into the store, I stopped at a local leather good booth. She creates earrings and other wares with leather. It caught my attention, and I asked her if she sells her items at a Christian shop in Franklin, TN because they look similar to items I saw in that shop. I purchased two pairs of earrings from her and kept encouraging her to find this shop in Franklin that maybe she could sell her wares there. She and her husband I think work on this together. There was a beautiful mouse pad made out of leather and I want to think some sort of scripture verse maybe was on it. I tend to notice detailed items and fine quality also. She sold journals that were also refillable in the inside. Wallets too for men that is.

While in the store I befriended a man holding his young child in his arms while waiting in line to get some cheese. We struck up a conversation as I told him about the vendor outside. He asked me what I was getting, and I replied cheese, green onion and smoked cheddar. He sounded interested and I asked the clerk, if possible, to give a sample try to him and guess what, he ordered some green onion cheese. So, 2 times a month they have donut day. Apparently, it is popular, and people place their orders for donuts in advance and then come pick them up. So, while there I asked if you could buy donuts or only those that placed orders could get them. I got this sweet idea to get a few donuts (now remember I am not eating sugar) and give them to a few neighbors of mine. I ordered freshly made 2 glazed, 2 maple and 2 chocolate glazed donuts. I also purchased a container of roasted and salted green peas they are so yummy to munch on. I did get 2 snack sized Walden Creek potato chip bags sour cream and cheese and regular wavy style. They were out of regular and those were the one's my son liked when he was visiting with me.

Next stop heading home, Bargain Hunt. I found an area rug that I know was a good price point because I purchased this brand name and paid a lot more money than 8.00 for this rug. It fits perfect under my desk at home. As I was heading out, I picked up a 10-count box of Lays snack size chips. See, at Bargain Hunt if it is close to the best buy date, they then reduce them. Would I ever pay 6.50 for 10 snack sized chips, no. Reason being I can get them at a grocery store 2/1.00 for 5.00. So, I saw a box and best buy date was 6/20/2023 and I inquired, and they sold them for 3.25 for the box. The woman behind me heard and asked where they were located, and she ended up buying 2 boxes. She was with her grandson, and he was so well behaved in the store I asked her if it was ok that I gave some to him since I could not eat 10 bags of chips. She said she was getting 2 boxes herself and it was still ok for me to bless him. I ended up giving him 5 bags of chips. Now I have an opened box of snack sized chips in the car and off to my next store heading home, Kroger's. I park next to a van and there were two younger kids in the van and the mom was on the phone. After she got off the phone, I told her about the good deal I just got at Bargain Hunt. I got a God idea moment and then asked her if it was ok for me to just give her the other 5 bags in the box for the kids to enjoy. She shared her 2 nephews were with them too and she said ok. Find the hidden treasures the day will bring to you ok. A simple 3.25 box of chips then were distributed to bless oddly enough on this journey 5 different young male children shopping with either a grandmother, mother or aunt. Don't say what can 3.25 buy and how much can that affect a person life! In each instance I have respect and follow protocol meaning I asked the adult if it was ok to give to them and not just assume it was ok. That is the problem now in America. People are taking our own children's lives into their own hands and trying to cram their junk down the throats of parents about gender and stuff like that. Hello, was it them or the mother and father that came together with the hand of God to create these children?

What God creates is beautiful and those trying to control and manipulate young children just has to be an abomination to the creator of heaven and earth. Why is it that small groups of loud voices then get to turn the heads of government. Maybe the Christian voices with even louder voices and a platform and outnumber the small group need to stand up and say enough is enough and our God will not be mocked anymore. If the small group has the right to speak then surely the much larger group has the right to speak forth and tell others and counter what the small group is saying, they will not have the right to take parental rights away from parents.

Enough is enough of this sick twisted talk and forcing their stuff on Christians. Do not settle for this and settle for what is best for your own children because they were a gift given to you from God to raise up. I have heard it said this way before, that the children we birth are a gift from God on loan to us as parents and then they go back to the original giver of life after we raise them up and they become adults to live then lives they were created to live by God Almighty Himself. Sure is something to think about. In the meantime, find ways to bless others this very day ok. I think I am heading out to get Schweid brand of chuck/brisket patties to make a meatloaf today. I have some fresh mushrooms I can sauté and put in the meatloaf along with some red pepper too. I enjoyed laying in the backyard catching some sun when I got home yesterday late afternoon. I looked up in the sky at one point and counted 11 people that were skydiving/parachuting.

I think I am beginning to feel more like myself since the death of my mother. How do I know that? I began to hang pictures up in my new dwelling place along with intermixing some of my mom's items too. I found a simple little canvas painting the other day and placed it in one of the bedrooms by the light switch and guess what? Every time I look at it, it does cause me to smile. It says, "Worry less smile more."

The one pair is like a deep teal/navy combo color and the keychain is black leather. Maybe I should have bought a few more pairs to tuck away as gifts. Too late now.
