I got in my car because I was on a 2 part mission this morning. To look for brisket of beef and to search out & pray for the church location I mentioned earlier today. I found a brisket of beef but I had the butcher cut off a lot of the fat even though I knew it would not reduce the price of the cut of meat. I think I will be able to cut 3 portions of this meat for 3 different roasts. I do not grill or smoke my brisket. I cook it slow and at a low temperature in the oven. I season it first then brown all sides. Then I use Lipton's beef onion soup. I also shred a carrot or two in the broth. I then add sliced carrots later on to cook in the juice. If you add the shredded carrots then you do not need to make a gravy for it is a natural gravy. Does that make sense?
I think I found the general vicinity of the church gathering. Did not actually go on the site location. I felt led to go down a side street and pray for them. I did and back home I went after a stop to return an item @ Aldi's. I do not recommend their brand of instant oatmeal, the apple cinnamon one. It tastes nothing like Quaker brand oatmeal in the same flavor. When I returned it I was told a lot of people return it saying the same thing about that particular flavor. Isn't that interesting?
Let me share the main purposes of the Lean Six Sigma if I may. It deals with reducing waste; improving speed times; and improves operating costs. It is a good program and I recommend it. I just added the other 2 rosebuds to the others, lets see if they will bloom after being in the car overnight.
