I Love Holy Spirit Treasure Hunts Do You? May I Share...

This is a good one. I just love Holy Spirit treasure hunts. This is how it took place. When I was in Dalton, GA I found a watch @ TJ Maxx. It was a Disney Minnie Mouse watch. It was a great value also. This watch came with interchangeable genuine leather watch bands also. All colors I have and wear in my wardrobe. They were pretty clever in creating the watch bands. There is a little mechanism on the back of the band that allows one to push it in and then it retracts the little piece that fits into the watch. I tend to really like watch faces that have mother of pearl. I think it just dresses up the watch so to speak. The Minnie Mouse watch I bought had an adorable picture of her on the watch face. It was originally $59.00 and now on sale for $29.00. After I tried to wear it I figured out this picture of Minnie is a bit too busy for me to be able to tell time accurately. She had these really cute shoes on and it appeared like she was dancing. The hands on the watch I thought were impeded by her fancy shoes. I just knew I would not be able to keep time with that business going on. I then returned the watch.
In the mean time I listened to preaching/teaching by Jane Hamon and she made mention of the significance of a white stone. When I hear certain prophetic words they tend to cause me to pay attention. This was one of those times. I currently have a marble stone that has the word "peace" on top of this stone but it is not white in color. It is marble with a beige type of color. So I knew I would be in search of a white stone. I hear the word and then it gets tucked back in my  mind.
This past week I had a prophetic dream in which I was actually being interviewed by an older woman for a position with Disney. Yes, I said Disney. It was a unique type of dream and there is much detail in the dream. I tend to get detailed dreams when I do receive them. I see things and zone in on them in dreams. This one had a beautiful uniquely shaped swimming pool and the water was such a beautiful shade of color. The water I saw was lavender blue. I remember comparing it to the color of Elizabeth Taylor's eyes. I know one would think that odd to have a swimming pool filled with that shade of colored water. There was more to the dream but I am only sharing a few highlights because this has a place in my treasure hunt.
I then listen to Doug Addison bring forth a word recently and something stirs in me when he makes mention of a "watch." Interesting don't you think? I had a Disney watch, had a dream with Disney included in the dream and now I know one thing, it has been stirring in me for weeks now to find a new watch (before I even heard him share about a watch.) I have been looking and I even looked this weekend. I am at church today and I knew one thing. After church go to a certain TJ Maxx location Holy Spirit shows me. I went after church and sure enough I found not only a Disney Minnie Mouse watch with interchanging watch bands (all the same colors I previously had with the other watch) it was on sale this time for only $22.00. This time Minnie is so adorable on the face of the watch and I smile when I look at this watch and I can tell the time freely. Guess what? I also found 2 different pairs of earrings to match the necklace I received as a Christmas gift.
It was a lovely day today and the sun was shining. I knew to go and walk by the river this afternoon. So, as I am starting to walk Holy Spirit reminds me to find a white stone. I walked and looked for a stone at the same time. I knew I would find one once I crossed the river. Sure enough, there was a white stone. Before I pick anything or an object like this up I state that there will be no transference of any evil, yucky spirits as I retrieve the object. So, I now have a white stone in hand and Holy Spirit says it is time to throw the stone like Jane spoke of. I followed through so when I was by the river He says throw it now. I threw it into the river and as it hit the water I spoke these words to the enemy "You have no dominion, power or authority." Prophetic act is now completed. I watched the ripples come forth after the stone hit the water. I was shown that those words now echoed forth with the traveling of the ripples in the water.
See how Holy Spirit directs your path if you allow Him to. I think I have to ponder on this dream a bit more because I was actually given a clear date in the dream.  After I walked I had to remember the words I spoke forth at the river. Sure enough I could not find a pen so I had to keep repeating silently d.p.a. (the initials of the 3 words I spoke forth.) When I arrived at my next stop I looked around further in my car and I found not only a pen but one of my other notebooks. I read a few of the dreams I had entered into a journal a few years ago.
Trust God and do not rely on your own understanding but in all things yield to Holy Spirit and He will direct your steps. He is for you and not against you. I really do love these adventures.
