There is a local ministry that somehow puts the main minister up to pleading to donate to the ministry. First of all, if there were no spending problems within the ministry then why are they pushing the main minister to basically beg for money, that is degrading in my opinion. If the main financial staff needs more money, then why not have them plead with the people and not place this burden on the main minister, this is pathetic. If there are spending problems within a ministry, then why should the people/donors have to offer up their hard-earned money to bail them out once again.
There is a red flag warning if you see a certain ministry asking for money more than once. That is showing you they do not spend the ministry money wisely but are a bit frivolous when it comes to spending. Or there is someone within the organization operating in pilferage and that is a total shame. So, on the one hand they beg for money, but I do not see them accredited with a financial watchdog that looks over the financial books with a fine-tooth comb so to speak and that causes me to wonder. I have shared before how ECFA is that very source to put the leaders in ministries and their donors at ease and have a peace of mind when making donations. Why are people so naive and just plain ignorant or their head is in a cloud somewhere when it comes to scrutinizing their very ministry.
You know, if these ministries don't clean up their acts on their own then God will expose the evidence and at that point that would bring great embarrassment to the ministry. So, if you watch or listen you can hear stuff like maybe they want to attend an event and pass out bottles of water at their tent location but on the other hand they are telling you there is a zero balance in their account for the ministry? See, I have been around this stuff long enough to hear of a few ploys out there that ministry's use from time to time. They beg for donations and may even tell you the ministry account is at a balance of zero, no money in the account. So, unfortunately, sometimes that just may be the case but other times it has been known that ministries will deplete an account to zero and just move the money around to another account within the ministry so technically they are not lying to you when they beg. Until a ministry is up front and is willing to present all books of business/financials to the donors then truly scrutinize and seek Holy Spirit for true direction. I have been down this road before and wish I could just ask for a refund of all monies I donated to a ministry or for personal support of a minister. Deep down inside I know no to that because in those moments even though I was not obviously discerning correctly, the Lord knew my heart and sincerity.
Why do ministries feel they can put out a plea out there to raise donation dollars for them to purchase a vehicle for their worship team when the original core group that helped the ministry take off you don't see around much anymore and there were not vehicles given to them? Why is the same ministry when they saw the people gave to get that vehicle worked so they then begin to ask for more donations to allow them to get a car for themselves? People be very careful. Tall tell sign things may not be so above board. They abandon a person they once called a father in the faith and have no respect for them now. Even though this particular minister is in heaven now. There is a video clip out there where the minister is singing praises to the prophet that brought forth a word for the minister and how it has come to pass. Sitting on the very front row in their church looking back to the minister and it looks like they extended their hand to this particular minister as the word was coming forth and hum, I do believe no mention to acknowledge being in this very church and your father in faith even being mentioned. Oh, I can guess why that is ... they are no longer alive now and there is no need for their influence to advance them in life. Even if someone was a great influence in your life and may have fallen don't you reach out a hand to help them back up or do you just abandon them in their time of need. That my friend, is known as influence peddling and not true Christian care and concern.
Enough hoodwinking coming forth from the church and ministers. It is time to expose the evidence so the church in general can clean up their acts and let my Jesus return for His people.
