You Just Never Know Who You Will Converse With @ The Local Publix ...

The other day while shopping @ Publix an older gentleman struck up a conversation with me while entering the store. Then he shared a bit more while looking @ fresh cherries on sale. He told me he used to work for a nursery years ago in the NW somewhere and how when cherries are in season, they are wonderful. You wait until about this time to get the good tasting cherries. He thought it was odd that we are willing to pay higher prices per pound at the time when you start seeing them in the stores and they really are not at their peak flavor and when they are truly good then you see the pricing drop.

I went about gathering what I needed and then checked out. Well, there he is again as I am leaving the store. He comments about the weather and then he shares he notices changes in weather because he is a beekeeper. I then inquire where to purchase local honey since I moved to this region and know the value of local honey and the health benefits. Guess what? I shared how I bought some excellent honey a few weeks ago and described the name on the label. Never in a million years did I think I would meet the local beekeeper that produces this honey. I would say that is divine connection. He said his sister-in-law sells some in the neighborhood for him but probably I have to go to the local co-op next time I need some. I then shared how he should see about getting his local honey into some stores in the area. See what God can do if you go by Holy Spirit unction on a journey. Just maybe it was to plant the idea and encourage him to seek in expanding his local market. It was excellent honey and I let him know that probably before I actually knew who he was.
