I shared yesterday of the comment the one gentleman made @ the HOA meeting. Well, when the older woman referred to me as Nancy then the man made the comment about, I could be his wife. His wife is actually named Nancy, so I retract my sentiment on that subject, but I do not compromise my stand on holding out for the husband Holy Spirit has just for me. Uniquely designed and created as I am also uniquely designed and created.
A neighbor I went and visited with yesterday filled in the missing piece to that puzzle. I told you that I took notes to share with her since she was not able to attend. I followed through and she was thankful that I did. I also brought her 3 of the donuts I purchased and 3 more are left for me to take to my other neighbor. I discovered I had a few more pictures tucked away in storage, so I have to juggle around possibly changing out some pictures I already hung on the walls. Hanging pictures makes a house more of a home because one is bringing their personality, talent and treasures out for guests to enjoy. I have a small canvas and some acrylic paints because I want to creatively paint a piece for me to place in one room. I already have a space selected and waiting for me to create to then place it there.
God is good all the time and never forget that. Be it a peak or valley you may be experiencing currently in your life. Look around you in nature to see His beauty and wonders He creates for us to enjoy. His creative artwork in the form of living birds singing songs all day long. Sit on a patio or back deck and absorb the sounds, sights and even the smells of outdoors if you live in a lovely climate like we are experiencing now in the region I live in. The smell portion I mention are flowers and vegetables growing along with someone grilling in the neighborhood.
If you live in a climate where it is cold or even has snow you can still look out a window and see beauty, right. Your smell may be the inviting scent of a fireplace burning or a favorite candle burning. You can still hear the sounds of the season around you they might be the sound of a snowplow coming down your street to clear it so you can go out and experience life. Be thankful in any season is what I am trying to portray today.
