As my friend and I were talking with the pastor in the lobby that ministered to us we shared about an experience we had at the very church location this was being held at. When I share about it even now it makes my stomach churn. We were there and for whatever reason a well-known male minister felt he needed to confess to the people there that he had a problem with pornography. Yes, there was an altar call in which men and women responded to, but I am a lady, and those words should not have been spoken in the company of women. Why not confess your sin unto males and not in mixed company. When I think back about it, I was not ready to hear such stuff in church. That left a bad taste in my mouth so to speak. This male minister I am sure was healed of this and is currently behind a very big prayer movement taking place now.
Why do men feel it is ok to confess their sins so openly. I get it if Holy Spirit is moving upon their heart to do so. Why then did I feel violated in some respect innocently attending that church service and never believing what was coming out of the mouth of a male pastor?
The pastor then began to share what took place in that very church building when the men were gathering for their time of ministry. That same churning in my stomach was there again and I was in utter disbelief. Dealt with pornography related once again. Thank God this pastor had the backbone to shut it down and not let the men listening feel it was ok to participate in pornography. He shared how a minister that was on tv preceded to tell the men pornography was ok. That is way off kilter from what my bible teaches me, how about yours? So glad to know there are true men of God out there that will not tolerate this sort of thinking nonsense that pornography in the church frequented by men is ok. Who is vetting these lineups of speakers/ministers for the men at this particular conference.
Gee, I sure have been under scrutiny once or twice for voicing my opinion in truth and the receiver could not handle what I was saying how much more should they be scrutinized for spreading such fallacy to men that are trusting of the men they are being ministered to. Maybe this particular church building needs a complete cleansing via deliverance ministry of some sort to clear the air once and for all. No, it is not ok for men or women to participate in pornography. The church above all else in the world should have their theology right and not be spreading such falsehoods. No wonder why men are not in the church serving with their wives like it should be because they are too busy dabbling in pornography, and I am sure there are probably other things too. Like thinking it is ok to drink alcohol socially. What has ever happened to the living church that has purity. Another thing, no men it is not ok for you to be cheating on your wife, divorcing her for a younger sweet little thing woman. Having sexual relations outside of marriage, sick twisted acts with children. Need I go on and on? Sin is sin and you better make sure you are right with God and Jesus because He is coming again sooner than the church likes to think He is. I do not know the day and time of His return to come and claim Hs people, just look around you and you will see the times and happenings in the world which are all pointing to His eminent return. Keep a watchful eye and fast and pray because these demons I mentioned sense it too and that is why they are rampantly active trying to take away true men of God from their divine destiny and ultimately being in heaven for all eternity with Jesus. Turn from these wicked ways why there still is time left.
