You know enough is enough on this subject ok. I thought the Chief's won the Superbowl was it in 2020 and no results so why it is happening again in 2023. How do you explain that. Just let it rest quite honestly and why not try seeking Holy Spirit yourself and listen to what He is saying. I suppose it is hopeful to you all with hearing anything related to revival/harvest and clinging onto it because of the times in which we live in right now. What is important is no one person gets to claim the bragging rights to what starts off revival, shouldn't it be a nameless, faceless person here on earth but the voice and moving of Holy Spirit at work in the life of revival. Maybe I am seeing this from a different perspective? I quite frankly received a warning from Holy Spirit yesterday morning 2/17/2023 when reading my bible.
He first directed me to read 2 Samuel 20 about the rebellion of Sheba. I read it and then noticed I marked in my bible I read it 3/7/2014. I received this Holy Spirit inspiration to then search out the day I read in the bible for the day that will be coming up which will be a day of importance in my very life, March 24th. Before I searched out what I read that day in 2014 I read a portion of David's song of deliverance in Chapter 22.
On 3/24/2014 I read 1 Kings 13. When I got to the point of reading "A Prophet Disobeys God" that is when the warning stirred inside of me and to not take this lightly in my very life. If you know this scripture at all it tells of the old prophet (verse 11-34) who was on the path /journey back home following his instructions given to him. He told the old prophet "I'm not allowed to go back with you. I'm not allowed to eat or drink with you. When the Lord spoke to me, he told me not to eat or drink there or go back on the road I took to get there." This is the verse that stands out the most to me, verse 18 "The old prophet said, 'I'm also a prophet, like you. An angel spoke the word of the Lord to me. 'Bring him home with you so that he may have something to eat and drink.' (but the old prophet was lying.)"
I would say that is a pretty clear warning would you not agree. It cost him his life for disobeying the true voice of the Lord and following the voice of another in which that case he was lying. Quit worrying so much about revival when it starts, keeps going or even should stop and start pondering on what happens to the prophets that follow voices contrary to what Holy Spirit is speaking to you. We will all be held accountable one day for our words and actions in our very lives. I walk in the fear of the Lord because I think it will be coming sooner than farther away then we think. You do not need to be a rocket scientist so to speak to see the happenings all around us that seem to be lining up with bible prophecy. What is important is do you know Jesus? Did you invite Him to cleanse you of your sins by the blood He shed on Calvary and then invite Him into your heart to be there inside of you? That my friend is what it is all about not the grand revival timelines, revival history charts and graphs but do you know Jesus. You only have the opportunity to know Him and accept Him as your Lord and Savior while you are still drawing breath here on earth. Once you draw your last breath here there is no going back in that moment. You will either be in hell or heaven for all eternity. Choose wisely because there is no going back to undo that you want to be in heaven for all eternity with Jesus at that point! It is too late then. Do not fall for some teachings out there that are telling you people can pray you out of hell or you will be in limbo (purgatory) until you are good enough to get out and go to heaven. That is nowhere to be found in the bible. Choose life in heaven now while you still have the opportunity to do so.
I then wrote in the margin of my bible that date back in 2014 and it is still relevant now in 2023: "Be cautious of deceptive prophets that will lie to fulfill their plans/agenda. Seek God to increase your discernment & follow God's voice/direction over mans."
