4th Installment Of My Mother's Paintings.

My mother completed her 4th painting recently. This time daisies in a flower vase. She already gifted to my sister and I each a painting. She is now working on the grandchildren for them to have. The cardinal went to my son; the daisy will go to my niece. As she paints, she will then continue to bless her grandchildren. This amazes me and brings hope to you no matter how young or old you are. Never give up hope of that dream tucked in your heart because if you do you then just said goodbye to it. No negative self-talk either.

Do you know what is so unappealing to a mature woman? A mature man wallowing in pity or self-pity. There are people I think that actually like this because they then garner empathy from others. What ever happened to the days of lightening up, seeking a word from God in regard to direction or comfort. Not running here and there and everywhere to seek comfort when He is right there with you. Too many voices from well-meaning people can tend to clutter your mind and spirit. When doing that you tend to lose sight of the prize placed right before you, hitting the target bullseye and not missing what God actually had in store for your very life.

Don't people tend to retreat anymore to seek God on their own. There are many, many times when I want answers to questions I may have, and Holy Spirit does not want me to run to this one or that one. He wants me to run to Him. The more people you know it tends to be maybe a sort of crutch of comfort to reach out to them and not just the Lord Himself. Take a check on your life to see if you have been gravitating towards Jesus answers or people answers. You will be glad you did. Some of the most, choicest answers/direction I have received in my life is Holy Spirit guidance with Jesus' protection filled with the love of God my Father.

A great example of trusting in Jesus comes from John 2: 1-12. Jesus changed water into wine.

In the book I recently purchased and read too by Kathie Walters I looked up the meaning of Daisy: "Childlike, Happy."
