I was seeking wisdom on how I was to approach a ministry in regard to correspondence I will send when Holy Spirit nudges me to send it. Apparently things change in ministries and not all changes are for the good. The majority of changes are for the good. When one starts to see sloppy type of work since there was a change in ministry personnel it may cause one to pay attention. Once ok but more than once may cause one to pull back from the ministry.
You know, that when a minister hires an employee and they are placed in a position to connect with patrons/donors that they are indirectly the face of the minister right. I would think they would take care to put the best foot forward so to speak.
When one does not care enough to proof read correspondence before it is sent out, that reflects upon the ministry. When one says they did research on something only to find out their research was not quite like it was relayed what does a donor do?
May I suggest to ministers to do spot checks sort of like a mystery shopper does to make sure your best is being brought forth and nothing less.
I keep praying for this ministry to have a King Xerxes moment. Meaning they can't sleep and are then compelled to look over the ministry records to see that all is in accordance with the ministry plan being implemented by their staff.
Sometimes one can look perfect on paper; have wonderful endorsements/references but somehow it shifts when they are actually in their position. Don't just rely on words spoken to you but see the corresponding actions that should line up with the words spoken.
Where did that come from? The scripture I heard ever clear yesterday morning was Jeremiah 29. He highlighted verse 8-9. Then 21-23 followed by 26; then 31-32.
This is serious stuff to contend with. Prophets of Nashville that fall in this classification, repent and change your ways. I let this blog rest for yesterday. I wake with this still within me today 1/5/2022 so that is why it is released today. Repent and make all right with God again. Do not be stubborn, just repent and then move forward in God's plan for your life. The safest and most prudent place to be, in God's will and plan for your life. Not living the life of another but living the life you are called to live.
So, it is now 1/6/2022 and there was 1 more action step I needed to complete before the completion of this blog entry to share. It seemed like I was up more last night then solid sleep time. I turned to a book I am currently reading by Kathy DeGraw, "Unshackled." I was reading then I was compelled to follow through with an exercise in the book. When I started this I never dreamed it would take as long as it did. I was drawn and determined to complete this exercise in regard to forgiveness. It is easier if I take a photo of the pages in which I completed the assignment instruction out of the book I mentioned:
The letter writing actually took longer than I thought it would take. No sooner did I write a letter another person came to my mind so another letter to compose. I did get a few hours of sleep before I had to get up today. I attempted to burn the compiled letters several times and they would not burn all the way through. So, I knew there were more letters to be written with new names placed before me. I just kept adding to the paperwork I already had.
After several attempts of burning, not burning all the way through and then adding more names I said enough was enough. The enemy cannot and will not hold me back in completing this assignment. I stood there and told the paper to burn all the way through until nothing but the ashes were left. It did. I can now move on to the conclusion steps in this chapter.
See, I thought this was to be shared with you a few days ago but Holy Spirit knew better. Things had to transpire before I could share and now I can share.
