Yesterday I went and purchased "Milk & Honey" because I heard a song on the K-Love Awards Show ministered by Crowder, "Good God Almighty." I have the song on "repeat" mode in my car. There are times I blast the sound volume in my car so the song permeates my being and spirit. I zipped thru a few of the other songs yesterday. I was drawn back to the song I bought the CD for. I went to revival last night and there was a holy, sovereign move of God. Repentance and having the Fear of God altar call. There was deliverance going on also. I was sitting in my seat and I noticed a person beginning to shake a lot while standing. I am very sensitive to Holy Spirit and I did not want to question what was going on with this person. I asked Holy Spirit if it was Him manifesting in this person or otherwise? I am curious of the moves of Holy Spirit and would not want to call something in my mind holy as not being holy, does that make sense?
The person then falls back onto the floor and I am able to better see/observe. I sensed Holy Spirit having me extend my hand and silently pray PEACE, HEALING BALM OF GILEAD over and over again. I did that and then the person would calm down and be peaceful. Then it would happen again so I did the same prayer and peace would come to them. I am mindful and respectful of ministry protocol and I would not like to overstep boundaries so this is what I felt led to do. I assumed the person ministering to the person that was on the ground was legit so I was called to go home now and I approached this person. I shared that as they lay hands on and minister to them that Holy Spirit showed me to tell them to speak PEACE & HEALING BALM OF GILEAD. I then left and spoke with the woman that oversees the food pantry. I brought her a piece of the blackberry cake I just made. I shared how I went to Huntsville, AL last Sunday and was not expecting a prophetic word to come forth and beleive it or not, I received a prophetic word from Dr. Joni Ames that very day. I share with her how neighbors and I are having a picnic and was there anything I could add to our picnic that she had with her. This is great she just made fresh bratwurst for that evening and she wrapped up a few for me to take home with me. They just have to be re-heated so I will add it to the picnic menu. I love this witness she shared with me. She prays in tongues as she prepares the food for those that will receive the food. Where else can you go to church and not only be fed the word of God but also be actually fed with food too. Isn't this a great witness to my neighbors, maybe it will compel them to come to this "giving" revival some day.
Back to the song story now. This song is in my spirit, how do I know? I woke up singing inside of me to this song but the words slightly changed a bit. I find myself singing over and over again "Sun goes up sun goes down I will praise Him all around town," So, as I am preparing breakfast I get more words to that very tune, "Good God all mighty show us your mercy-I will praise You all around the world."
Step outside of your comfort zone box ok. Go purchase this CD and then go for a drive away from the city lights and noises. Put the CD in your car player and set it for "repeat." I then want you to turn up the volume loud and let it permeate your spirit ok. I know that may be uncomfortable for a few of you to step out of conservative boxes but please trust me in this little exercise. Oh, this is important, don't just play it 1 time and say this song is not for me. No, I implore you to play it at least 5 times in a row ok. I do beleive I have another ministry going on here where I reside. I tested it out the other early evening. See, my location tends to get the echo when people play their music very loud either by the pool or the grilling area. Loud enough that I can hear it in my living room, bedroom get the point? Well, the other evening it started up so I countered it with Christian music. I put a "We The Kingdom" CD in my player and set it on my patio at around volume 16 level and went about doing what I was doing inside. Guess what the noisy music people dissipated. If the world can blast the volume of their music I can surely reverse the atmosphere with praises to Jesus. Do you follow me and this concept? How many people were then able to hear praise music in the courtyard area. Praise God from whom all blessings flow. See. I shared with someone days ago that is on staff here that I could do 2 things to counter this loud noise situation. I could either walk over to them and take them a witnessing tract and give it to them; or play Christian praise music loud to drown out the sound of either music playing in another language I do not speak or some other genre of music.
