At one point I got up & the clock said 5:55AM. So I had in my closed bible an envelope and on it was written Ambassador of Hope. I recently participated in a class with James W. Goll & I jotted down the commissioning he gave to us @ the close of the class: "I commission you to be the next ambassador of hope for Jesus Christ sake." I also notated on the back of the envelope I used to write it down on "I receive the commission to be an ambassador of hope." So I see when I open my bible Isaiah 55 I go directly to line 5 of Isaiah 55:5. Do you get it yet? The connection to the time I saw on the clock as I woke up. It states "You will summon a nation that you don't know, and a nation that doesn't know you will run to you because of the Lord your God, because of the Holy One of Israel. He has honored you."
Oh this is important too, the song I was singing this morning was "I Sing Praises to Your Name Oh Lord." I notated in my bible next to Isaiah 55:5 that I read it on 8/17/13 just a day before my birthday which is 8/18. I notated that because @ the time I was reading through the bible daily. I have read through the bible a couple of times. So I go a few pages to see what I read on 8/12/13. Isaiah 50 and I looked to see what I wrote, the date I read it is marked by Isaiah 50:4 and this is what the scripture says "The Almighty Lord will teach me what to say, so I will know how to encourage weary people. Morning after morning he will wake me to listen like a student."
How interesting is this - God's appointed time with God's divine destiny for me. I have jotted down in my bible to the left of this verse the date 8/17/13, that is when I was reading through the entire bible- coincidence? No, I don't think so, hum another 5 for Isaiah 50. I see 5's all around me GRACE. Did you know my mom tells me she had false labor 5 times prior to me being born on 8/18/1958.
I would say today was a divine appointment with God made just for me what do you think.
Let me back this up a bit earlier this morning. I already drew a pink grapefruit scented bubble bath that just had to wait for me because when I get revelation from God I have to move in the spirit with Holy Spirit or I would not be able to capture the experience if I interrupted it just because I already drew a bath. Do you get it? It is ok to pause in daily routine stuff to capture the moments with Holy Spirit. Guess what, the bath water was perfectly fine. I tend to use a variety of scents and today it happened to be pink grapefruit along with the matching scented pink grapefruit body cream also.
See, I still recall from my days working at Estee Lauder the importance of layering a fragrance and not just overdoing a fragrance by spraying way too much on. The best way to apply your fragrance is by layering it. Meaning use a scented body wash/shower gel/bubble bath, then layer on the scent with the coordinating body lotion or body cream. Tidbit. A body cream is a bit more rich and emollient then a lotion so you do not need to use as much product and it tends to be a bit more concentrated than a lotion consistency. My favorite really is "Knowing" by Estee Lauder. They unfortunately do not make the ancillary products for this line like they used to. At one time they made a scented soap and shower gel. I am thankful that I still have the scented powder to layer on after using the body lotion/cream. I have found the only time I can get a gift set anymore is around the holidays if they bring them in for that. Oh, I remember when I had a Scottie dog if I am not mistaken figurine that housed the scented solid Knowing perfume. That was so nice. See, the solid scented perfume had a higher concentration of the fragrance so you only needed to place a little dab on your pulse points. Can you tell I enjoyed working for Estee Lauder when I did?
