Many have been fasting and the fast will conclude with IMMERSE an evening of worship. This will be a church wide gathering that will take place at Free Chapel on Sunday, January 30 2011 at 6PM( EST). If they will be streaming it "live" I would highly encourage you to participate, there is no distance that miles can block the anointing to come forth right into your home via the Internet. You may ask yourself why she used the words WOW Worship. I was taught by a worship leader that the WOW stands for Worthy of Worship. God truly is worthy of worship.
The scripture Holy Spirit woke me up with today is Joel 2:12-19:
"But even now, declares the Lord, return to me with all your heart-with fasting, crying, and mourning. Tear your hearts, not your clothes. Return to the Lord your God. He is merciful and compassionate, patient, and always ready to forgive and to change his plans about disaster. Who knows? He may reconsider and change his plan and leave a blessing for you. Then you could give grain offerings and wine offerings to the Lord your God. Blow the ram's horn in Zion. Schedule a time to fast. Call for an assembly. Gather the people. Prepare them for a holy meeting. Assemble the leaders. Gather the children, even the nursing infants. Grooms leave their rooms. Brides leave their chambers. The priests who serve the Lord cry between the altar and the entrance to the temple. They say, Spare your people, O Lord. Don't let the people who belong to you become a disgrace. Don't let the nations ridicule them. Why should people ask, Where is their God? Then the Lord became concerned about his land, and he had pity on his people. The Lord said to his people, I am going to send grain, new wine, and olive oil to you. You will be satisfied with them. I will no longer make you a disgrace among the nations."

Do You Have Faith To Pray And Believe For Me To Heal A Cold?
If you have the faith and believe that Jesus can heal a cold then stretch forth your faith. Sometimes the one that has faith for others and belief that others circumstances will turn around needs to reach out to others to pray in their time of need. I woke up with a cold today and I know it did not stem from fasting, I just know that. I will let you know if the prayers worked. Thank you in advance for stretching your faith to reach out to me with your prayers. A wise person is never timid or ashamed to ask for help when it is needed, you do know that right?
Sometimes a cold can cause you to rest for a day when you had plans to do other things that day. Listen to your body and Holy Spirit and rest. It is in the resting that He can speak to you and He spoke to me this very day. Since you are resting you are more still and able to hear Him more clearly. Rest when rest is needed in your life and be thankful that you have the ability to rest . Those that do not heed and rest when rest is needed will over stretch themselves and that is not good. I Want The Joy
There is a song by Rita Springer entitled, "I Want The Joy" and I am going to share the lyrics with you today. Too many people when they fast seem to have that haggard look almost a sullen look. That would cause one that is observing to not want to look like that and may cause them to think, Why would I want to fast if I am going to look like that. Fasting is a time of letting go of the junk in your life to receive intimacy with God. What type of a witness is a believer if they are receiving from Holy Spirit but there is no joy in their heart? Do not go around looking sad and worn out when the joy of the Lord is your strength. No matter what faces you this very day if you seek Him and He is in you and you are following His leading then you should be taking His joy to the world, neighborhood, grocery store, library, dinner, etc. do you get the point? Joy unspeakable truly does reign in your heart and life if YOU let it. The joy that the Lord gives you is not to be hoarded for yourself. It is there to be shared and released into the lives of others. So they can live the joy of the Lord through you that would then cause them to seek out what it is in your life that gives you that great joy. You see, the joy inside of you is to share as part of your witness of what God has and is doing and about to do in your very life.

If you were told you just inherited one million dollars I am sure you would not go around looking gloomy or not sharing with others what you just received would you now? If something so insignificant as that would not keep you from sharing the simple joy of that news then why would you not share the joy of the Lord with others. The inheritance news is far less significant then knowing you will be in heaven for all of eternity and sharing that joy with others. Others need to know what to do to receive this joy that you have so go ahead and share it with them. Do not walk around with a pout on your face. Walk around with the Jesus that is inside of you just bursting forth to be shared with others.
Yes, we all walk through trials and tribulations but if you have peace in your heart then that joy just seems to bubble up inside of you and to the unsaved person that would seem perplexing to them. They will ask you and I am sure of this, why can you walk around with a smile on your face and kindness that you share with others. Holy Spirit just gave you the opportunity to share with them and do not keep your witness hidden from those that ask. The best place to be is in a situation like that for Holy Spirit and ministering angels brought you to that point and orchestrated that witness with another. At that point all you have to do is open your mouth to share and Holy Spirit will supply the very words you need to speak with that very person on that very day. Be still and wait upon the Lord and when you do He will supply you with the very words you need to speak in all situations in your life. The question is, will you allow Him to be that in your life? This is not something you just wake up to one day and it happens, oh no it is not. This is cultivated in your life with daily seeking Him and then following through. Would you be able to know every detail about your spouse if you never conversed with them? The answer is NO, there needs to be communication for that to work. If that is so in the natural then how much more true is the same principle with God. Trust and let Him work a mighty work in your life, just give it a try. If you find that it is not so then I suppose you can stop and be known as a quitter, why would anyone want to be known as a quitter? You are a star and a winner now act like one and do not run away from God but run to Him and fight the good fight of faith.

If I Were You I Would Repent And Ask Forgiveness Of Jesus
That sure seems like an odd title doesn’t it. There is a person (or people) living a life of secrecy and shame. You think that you have it hidden so well and no one will find out about your hidden life, that is not so. For God is all knowing, is all places at all times, and He sees and observes the so-called hidden life that you live. Sins, you think, can be kept a secret and hidden from others but guess what? If you do not confess your sins and ask forgiveness of them from Jesus, it states that your sins hidden in darkness will be revealed in daylight. Matthew 10: 26 states “Nothing has been covered that will not be exposed. Whatever is secret will be made known”
That is a biblical warning to you. You think sin can go on forever in your life without being found out-not so-it may be hidden for a season but when the season is up there can be things/situations in your life that will cause it to be exposed. Use wisdom this very day. Ask forgiveness of Jesus, repent and turn from your wicked ways and let Jesus heal your heart and life. Why do you want to wallow in the mud when you can live in the light? Jesus shed His blood on the cross and his death and burial so you can live a life filled with His grace and His mercies that are new everyday. Remember this, He died but three glorious days later He rose from the dead and He brought with Him the keys of death. Death does not have its sting anymore to those that believe in Him and trust Him for a life in heaven for all eternity.
Ask forgiveness this very day. Speak these words to Jesus and watch Him restore your life…”Jesus I am a sinner steeped deep in my sin, forgive me of this sin and lifestyle I seem to live. I trust that You were born and lived on this earth. You came into the world through the virgin birth of your mother; you died on the cross, and shed Your blood so I may live. You rose from the dead on the 3rd day. Cleanse my life and my heart and I invite You into my heart, to change me, lead me away from sin and closer to you. So I now can live the life that you died on the cross for me to live. In Jesus name, I pray this with peace in my heart and a life willing to run from sin and run towards Your safe haven. Amen.”

Do Not Let Your Insecurities Stop You From Doing What Holy Spirit Nudges You To Do
When you read my blog you may think to yourself that she is a pretty outgoing person, since she shares her heart with the world basically. When I write I do not think of it as sitting down to share with the world. I sit down and write from my heart, as if I was sitting at a table and writing in a journal. It really is a journal in one respect for I do write my thoughts and experiences and how the Lord streams through me. What you may not know is that I can be quiet at times and just enjoy the quiet sound of quiet if that makes sense. Let me clarify that, not on work time, just time when not at work. I am very comfortable when Holy Spirit nudges me to share with others except when He asks me to share with a good looking man that I do not even know. That must be something He is working on inside of me right now. You see, this is what happened yesterday. I need to overcome the fact that a man is good looking and not allowing me to not share a word with a man because of the mere fact that he is good looking. I tend to become a bit shy and draw back when I am in a situation like that. Let me further explain...yesterday I took a route home that I normally do not take while driving and I felt Holy Spirit nudge me to go into a grocery store and I did. As I entered the store I noticed a good looking man as I walked by in a part of the store. I was on a mission to pick up fresh cherries and yogurt. I thought nothing of passing by that man and I am sure I thought to myself that man is good looking, he stood out for some reason. I continue on shopping in the store and all of a sudden I feel led to go look for a particular tea and down the tea aisle I went, who do you think is down that aisle? Yep, that man is there. I recently found a great tea by Celestial SeasoningsTeas (I think that's the brand name) called Black Cherry Berry. Oh my gosh, when you make a cup of this tea it is as if you are having the experience of literally tasting fresh black cherries, you know, the kind that are so good when they are in season, that kind. Take it a step further and add a little orange blossom honey to the tea and it is delicious. Now, back to the story at hand, I was so surprised to see that this store carried a box of just this flavor for when I discovered it, it was in a sampler box of teas. I felt Holy Spirit nudge me to share with this man about the great flavor of this tea and I did not. I really am shy when it comes to things like that. I went about my shopping and then found fresh cherries and picked them up. As I was heading to check out I felt that nudge again to go down another aisle and guess who was down that aisle? Of course, I had my brief, quiet chat with Holy Spirit saying are you sure you want me to tell that man about the tea and I felt the unction to go forward and I silently said OK Holy Spirit. As I approached him I did not feel to use the words like Holy Spirit wants me to share this with you. It was handled differently, it went something like this...excuse me do you like cherries and I pointed to my fresh cherries in the cart and then I shared with him briefly that I should have told him about this tea when I was down the tea aisle and if he liked fresh cherries he should try the black cherry tea and showed it to him. He said he may try it and that was the end of my converstion. On my way I went.
At the check out I struck up a conversation with the clerk about this tea also. She gave me a great idea, make sun tea with the tea bags and then get fresh cherries and pit them and freeze them so when you serve the tea you can then add frozen cherries when you serve it. I liked that idea and went home and froze some cherries for another day. When I am looking at both scenarios I find myself most comfortable striking up the conversation with the mom as opposed to the good looking man. Why do you think that is? Holy Spirit is trying to teach me that looks should not play a part in the equation of who to approach and not approach with the words to share with them.
I may never know until Iget to heaven one day that that man, be he good looking or not, may have needed that info. about that particular tea. Maybe there was illness or he needed to ingest something with cherries because of the antioxidant qualities derived from it. In order for me to follow Holy Spirit I need to get over my insecurities and reach beyond my thoughts and ideas of whom I am to talk with. I guess it is known as a stretching point for me. Do I not minister to a wealthy person because I think they do not need the words Holy Spirit is putting within me to share or a homeless person for that matter too? No, one needs to be in season all the time when Holy Spirit beckons. I believe He is taking me out of my comfort zone shell that I tend to revert back to as a comfort zone and safety net if that makes sense.
God will use someone that is available. Is He beckoning you to speak with someone and because of your comfort zone you are not speaking? Do not do that for life is short and why go to your final demise with regrets in your heart because you wanted to follow through but it made you feel uncomfortable because it was outside of your comfort zone. Do not do that for the kindness you share with another today may be just the very thing that person needed on that particular day in their life. Do not pass by moments that are presented in your life for if you do the person you were suppose to connect with will miss what they were reaching out to God for in their very life. Do not be selfish, share what Holy Spirit has given you to share with that person. I may never ever go to that particular store again and that man may never be there again even if I did go to that store and I would have then missed the opportunity to share that particular day. Who knows, maybe he was seeking the answer to something that may not even be related to the cherry flavored tea but speaking about cherries may have caused him to think about something he was all along seeking info about and ,I, as the random lady, strike up a brief conversation about cherries. Maybe he needed cherries for a recipe? I do not know the answer to that but I do know this, I chose to not miss an opportunity that was right in front of me because of my thoughts on approaching a good looking man.

If that was a test to see if I would follow through I would say I passed, maybe with a C+ and not with an A. If you wait and prolong what should be done today you will now be behind and when the day comes that you decide to follow through with what should have been done last week you will now miss what was to happen on that day because you polluted your day with catch up stuff and not fresh to deal with what was to be that very day. Life is too short to miss God's blessing opportunities more than connect with them. The choice truly is yours, what do you choose to do?

CONNECT/CONNECTION Have Been The Words In My Heart For Several Days
I wrote this on 1/11/11
It seem like no matter where I go or where I turn I am seeing or hearing things connected to connection if that makes sense. It all seemed to start several weeks ago when I was led to separate a connection I had and to disconnect. From that point forward it seems to be that Holy Spirit has been speaking to me about connection. Doesn't make sense in the natural does it. You would think He wants to teach me about disconnection since that is what I did, not so, it is the opposite, the importance of connection. That makes sense now for the years I have been walking with the Lord He seems to show me things that seem to go against what the world seems to think is the norm.
The dictionary states connect is " to join or become joined; link; unite; to associate or think of as related." Connection in the dictionary states, "union; junction; a bond; link; an association or relation; logical ordering of words or ideas; coherence."
The scripture verse I read today was John 2:10 which states "and said to him, "Everyone serves the best wine first. When people are drunk, the host serves cheap wine. But you have saved the best wine for now." This is the story of the first miracle Jesus performed in His ministry life. How true is that very verse for today? He truly is saving the best, most choice of His servants to come forth and bring forth the word of the Lord along with signs, wonders, and His power in these days in which we live in. None of this can be fulfilled if the right people do not connect to bring it forth. There will be no glory given to one man or woman in this movement it will all be given to God, He alone will receive the glory for it will take the collective connection of many together to bring this forth so not one person will be singled out to get the credit or glory in this move of God. It will truly be all glory going to our Father in heaven. Amen!
I knew today was the day to share with you about connection for it was not until today that I was able to take notes from a person speaking on God's dreams He has given to you. I will share at this point the main notes I did take. It started off with warning people to not hang around those that do not believe in your dreams that God has given to you. If you hang around them they will cause you to not move forward in the God-given dreams you have had. You see, there are those that are doom and gloom when you share with them what God has called you to do with your life. The reason being, they once had a dream but chose to not go forth and fulfill that dream so whenever they hear from another that is willing to go forth in the dream they want to shut down your dream because you remind them of the dream they once had and for whatever reason chose to not move forward in fulfilling the dream given to them for their very life. Be cautious of those for they would be known as a dream thief or they are there to deflate what God so graciously gave you in the form of a dream. Run and run swiftly from them for they are there to steal away your dream so you will one day become like them. A dream is so important when God gives it to you let no one's jealousy or cruel words steal it from you. They did not give you the dream so do not give them the power to take it away from you. I am here to speak to you that you are destined with greatness inside. It was placed there by your creator, God Almighty, and let no man or woman or even a child stop you from going forth with His dream for your life that was given to you in you.
Seek out voices of encouragement, those that will encourage you to fulfill the dream(s) God has given to you. Be in the atmosphere of those that believe in you and believe in your dreams. They bless your dreams and have faith. Be with people that will do this, be with one that will be a cheerleader of your dreams. Not deflate your dreams but cheer you on to victory and the fulfillment of those dreams. Can you think of anyone that prior to being in their presence you had a smile on your face and you were happy inside and all of a sudden you get around them and you feel not happy anymore? Those are the type of people that are not complete with whom they are in their lives and so they want to downcast their unhappiness onto your life. It is as if the happiness you had inside of you seems to get sucked out of you. They do not know how to attain peace and happiness them self so they can siphon it out of you. It happens, think back and you will agree with me. Then, there are those that when you get around them they exude peace and happiness and just seem to lift your spirit just the mere sound of their voice or even a message from them causes everything inside of you to seem to smile. Those are the people that are there to lift you up and encourage you to go forth with the dream you were given. They will be the very ones to cheer you onto destiny. Remember this, the flip side of that type of person is that when they connect with you they also get the very thing back from you that they are sharing with you. Does that make sense? Think back and you will know what I mean.
There is a process between the dream being given to you and the dream being fulfilled. Get at the intersection time wise when God fulfills it. All need to be at that intersection at the right time. Do not despise the process of preparation, wait on the Lord for others need to be prepared also that are a part of your dream. When the dream comes to pass it may not be in focus as you mature the dream also matures and comes into focus too. When you received the dream it was given to you in a symbolic form of some sort at the time. So when it comes to pass do not miss it because you thought to only see it in the symbolic form/stage.
When God gives you a dream He will bring it to pass wait on it and trust Him. He uses creative ways and resources and it may not look like you thought it will be when it comes to pass. Perseverance, you need to prepare while waiting for that dream. Pray and ask Holy Spirit to unveil that dream in clear ways and hold focus when it is revealed. If the dream is far away re-awaken it and see what God has for you today in the midst of the dream fulfillment. Open the box for them Father and let the dream be awakened. One final thought, do not be impatient for more than likely there may be another person connected to your dream and you must wait on the Lord to finish the preparation process of the other that is connected with your dream. Do not rush along the process let God complete what needs to be completed so when the connection occurs, again it will be with destiny fulfilled. Recently, someone spoke on this subject that if you are waiting for a spouse pray like this... work on me and work on them and let us connect/connections when our paths cross each others. What good is the working on the two people in their lives to get prepared when they cross each others path and there is no connection. Do you now see the importance of connection? God is God and if there is to be connection then no man can severe or disconnect what is ordained from heaven. Trust in God and He will fulfill the dream He spoke into your very life and heart and I cannot wait to see the actual fulfillment of the dream in completion. We see it sometimes in the raw stage and when it is fulfilled with His hand and touch upon it it is so much more grand and creative. So much so that even you will stand back in awe and say to yourself, He is so creative He truly is. Remember to give the glory to God when it comes into existence and all of heaven will be rejoicing with you when you can truly say to others "Look what the Lord has done."
A banner was made for our family when we had a memorial mass for my brother that was lost at sea and his body was never recovered. My high school made a banner and presented it to us and it was truly profound with the words they chose for that very banner:
Dream deep for every dream precedes the goal.
It seem like no matter where I go or where I turn I am seeing or hearing things connected to connection if that makes sense. It all seemed to start several weeks ago when I was led to separate a connection I had and to disconnect. From that point forward it seems to be that Holy Spirit has been speaking to me about connection. Doesn't make sense in the natural does it. You would think He wants to teach me about disconnection since that is what I did, not so, it is the opposite, the importance of connection. That makes sense now for the years I have been walking with the Lord He seems to show me things that seem to go against what the world seems to think is the norm.
The dictionary states connect is " to join or become joined; link; unite; to associate or think of as related." Connection in the dictionary states, "union; junction; a bond; link; an association or relation; logical ordering of words or ideas; coherence."
The scripture verse I read today was John 2:10 which states "and said to him, "Everyone serves the best wine first. When people are drunk, the host serves cheap wine. But you have saved the best wine for now." This is the story of the first miracle Jesus performed in His ministry life. How true is that very verse for today? He truly is saving the best, most choice of His servants to come forth and bring forth the word of the Lord along with signs, wonders, and His power in these days in which we live in. None of this can be fulfilled if the right people do not connect to bring it forth. There will be no glory given to one man or woman in this movement it will all be given to God, He alone will receive the glory for it will take the collective connection of many together to bring this forth so not one person will be singled out to get the credit or glory in this move of God. It will truly be all glory going to our Father in heaven. Amen!
I knew today was the day to share with you about connection for it was not until today that I was able to take notes from a person speaking on God's dreams He has given to you. I will share at this point the main notes I did take. It started off with warning people to not hang around those that do not believe in your dreams that God has given to you. If you hang around them they will cause you to not move forward in the God-given dreams you have had. You see, there are those that are doom and gloom when you share with them what God has called you to do with your life. The reason being, they once had a dream but chose to not go forth and fulfill that dream so whenever they hear from another that is willing to go forth in the dream they want to shut down your dream because you remind them of the dream they once had and for whatever reason chose to not move forward in fulfilling the dream given to them for their very life. Be cautious of those for they would be known as a dream thief or they are there to deflate what God so graciously gave you in the form of a dream. Run and run swiftly from them for they are there to steal away your dream so you will one day become like them. A dream is so important when God gives it to you let no one's jealousy or cruel words steal it from you. They did not give you the dream so do not give them the power to take it away from you. I am here to speak to you that you are destined with greatness inside. It was placed there by your creator, God Almighty, and let no man or woman or even a child stop you from going forth with His dream for your life that was given to you in you.
Seek out voices of encouragement, those that will encourage you to fulfill the dream(s) God has given to you. Be in the atmosphere of those that believe in you and believe in your dreams. They bless your dreams and have faith. Be with people that will do this, be with one that will be a cheerleader of your dreams. Not deflate your dreams but cheer you on to victory and the fulfillment of those dreams. Can you think of anyone that prior to being in their presence you had a smile on your face and you were happy inside and all of a sudden you get around them and you feel not happy anymore? Those are the type of people that are not complete with whom they are in their lives and so they want to downcast their unhappiness onto your life. It is as if the happiness you had inside of you seems to get sucked out of you. They do not know how to attain peace and happiness them self so they can siphon it out of you. It happens, think back and you will agree with me. Then, there are those that when you get around them they exude peace and happiness and just seem to lift your spirit just the mere sound of their voice or even a message from them causes everything inside of you to seem to smile. Those are the people that are there to lift you up and encourage you to go forth with the dream you were given. They will be the very ones to cheer you onto destiny. Remember this, the flip side of that type of person is that when they connect with you they also get the very thing back from you that they are sharing with you. Does that make sense? Think back and you will know what I mean.
There is a process between the dream being given to you and the dream being fulfilled. Get at the intersection time wise when God fulfills it. All need to be at that intersection at the right time. Do not despise the process of preparation, wait on the Lord for others need to be prepared also that are a part of your dream. When the dream comes to pass it may not be in focus as you mature the dream also matures and comes into focus too. When you received the dream it was given to you in a symbolic form of some sort at the time. So when it comes to pass do not miss it because you thought to only see it in the symbolic form/stage.
When God gives you a dream He will bring it to pass wait on it and trust Him. He uses creative ways and resources and it may not look like you thought it will be when it comes to pass. Perseverance, you need to prepare while waiting for that dream. Pray and ask Holy Spirit to unveil that dream in clear ways and hold focus when it is revealed. If the dream is far away re-awaken it and see what God has for you today in the midst of the dream fulfillment. Open the box for them Father and let the dream be awakened. A Rita Springer Song Ministered By A Worship Team: I Have to Believe (Angela Lewis & Angel Echo)
I heard this song on the radio today by Rita Springer. This version ministering to you is by a worship team. I am one that listens to the power in the voices that minister in a song and this particular worship team has it right on target when they minister this song. There were other versions with Rita Springer ministering the song that she wrote but this version is the one that stirred my heart. The woman singing this has anointing strong as she ministers this song. Listen, you will hear it in her, she believes the very words she is singing. That, my friend, is taking worship into the realm of reality in your life.

This Is The Song That Has Been In My Spirit For Days Now; Israel & New Breed - To Worship You I Live (Away)
For days now this song has been in my spirit. It is the song I listen to repeatedly (on occasion) when driving. I even played it over and over again one day while at home because the anointing is with this song. Playing this video and worshiping with this song will bring the presence of God into your life. If you are a worshiper you will know exactly what I am talking about. When you watch this and absorb the words man, woman, or even child cannot help from drawing tears to your eyes when you experience the presence of God. Do not be ashamed of tears, especially if you are a man for I have found that when the presence of God fills a room or even your car or wherever it seems to be that you worship the Lord that tears seem to stream at times(and other times well up in my eyes) from my eyes. I am not quite sure why that happens it just does for me. Worship is not something that just happens on a Sunday at church. If you listen to music that is worship music it becomes a part of who you are. Not some goofy thing, not at all just a sensitivity to the presence of God is being cultivated in your life. We are all created to worship the King of Kings and Lord of Lords it truly is up to you as to how much you choose to worship Him. Did you rise from sleep today and are given another day to live? Do you see life all around you and experience the beauty of this very day? Did you get a great report from the Dr. stating that you do not have that illness you really thought you had? Are you living with faith to believe that you will be healed from a sickness or turmoil in your life? I could go on and on with the questions but my point being that God is good all the time and all the time God is good. If you are alive this very day then you have something to thank Him about. I have found that when I am thanking Him and it can be something so simple to you but very big to me in my life that in the thanking is when I begin to transform and enter into worship. Then there comes the point when there really are no words to say but worship emanates from my spirit to His spirit. You may be driving right next to me on the road not knowing the worship that is so deep in my heart. You may just see a woman in her car and you may wonder what kind of day is she having that tears are running down her face. Do not feel sorry for me for there is not pain in my heart but the love of Jesus in my heart that brings tears of joy to my eyes. I think I have told you this before, I am a worshiper and a worshiper I will remain because there is always something that I am most thankful for in my life that causes me to worship. Above all things, just today or yesterday I thanked Jesus for shedding His blood to cover my sins and that they have been forgiven and now rest in the lake of forgetfulness and that his shedding of His blood has allowed me to live in eternity forever with Him, to worship Him for all eternity. You should start to worship here on earth for that is what you will be doing for all eternity if you have asked Jesus into your heart and to forgive your sins so you will be with Him forever. Exciting times in which we live in right now, exciting. Let Holy Spirit lead you today to go to a Christian bookstore and purchase a worship CD and play the music while you drive. I need to do this also, I have heard a Christian singer named Rita Springer I will need to see what she has to offer. If you listen to a Christian radio station and you hear a song that stirs within you seek out that CD by that artist. You may think you are getting it for the song you heard but you will be pleasantly surprised that as you go through and listen to the other songs you just may find another song or two that you will connect with. You see, I have found that it was the one song that drew me to that particular artist but it was just the tool to get me to the song(s) that were waiting there to be discovered to allow me to worship Jesus with. Happy searching and may your time in worship bless you as you bless Him this very day. It does not have to be songs with words, you do know that there is also anointing on instrumental songs too. If you are not a teenager there are also artists out there that may not be your genre of music but God can use an artist that you may find yourself getting that is not your style of music. Be open to Holy Spirit for He knows the very songs you need to worship and listen to. TRUST and be led this very day. When you obey and follow the leading of Holy Spirit you just never know the connection waiting for you this very day.

Do You Have JOY In Your Heart?
I felt for a day or so to share with the people about JOY. I wrote this in 2009. In my dictionary it states that joy is a feeling of great pleasure or happiness. To rejoice. If you think about it in regard to your life I just know there is something in your life that you can rejoice about. Joy is that feeling of knowing that you are loved by your saviour, Jesus. You will know this if you have given your heart/life to Him and trust in Him and not others around you or your job or friends or family. Your trust is in Him and what He did for you so you will have eternal salvation in heaven. I would think that would bring joy to you and your heart if you knew you would spend eternity in heaven and not in hell. What do you think? If you do not have this assurance and know that you will be in heaven when you take your last breath then let me share with you a prayer that will give you that peace and assurance, Joy unspeakable. If you feel your heart tugging at you now then let me invite you to partake in this prayer and your life will be filled with joy, peace and the love of Jesus in your heart. "Father, I confess that I am a sinner and forgive my sins, both sins known and even the sins that were committed years ago that I may not even remember completely. You know what they are and I ask you to forgive those sins and cleanse my heart. I believe that you were born of Mary, the virgin; died on the cross; and raised from the dead three days later. I thank you that you died on the cross just for me so I would not have to perish in hell forever. Come into my heart and be the Lord of my life. I give my heart, mind, will, and emotions to you. Cleanse me and stir my heart with the gifts You already placed inside of me now. Show me what I am to do with those gifts that will bring glory to You when I flow in the gifts that You created me with. I know they are there I just need to bring them forth in my life to let me fulfill what I am called/destined to fulfill with my very life. Thank you for loving me enough to come to earth and be born and then die for me so I will not have to live in hell for ever and ever and ever, that I will be able to live in heaven and with Your presence for ever and ever and ever. I love You Jesus, Holy Spirit seal the very words I just spoke to you from my heart in my heart and let my life bring glory to you. Amen.

The words of a song ( I think it is by Ron Kenoly) keep resounding in my mind right now as I write this, “You turned my mourning into dancing again, you’ve lifted my sorrow. I can’t keep silent for the joy of the Lord has come.” Nehemiah 8:10 states “For the joy of the Lord is your strength.” Jeremiah 31:13 also states, “For I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow.”
I use to meet/interact with many pastors, ministers, secretaries, etc. throughout the week that work in churches in a former job that I had. I cannot remember who it was that shared this with me. I thank you Holy Spirit for bringing it to my remembrance today for this writing:

Just because a person goes through trials and tribulations does not mean that they choose to give up the power behind the Joy that has been placed in their heart by Jesus. That joy is there to minister to others and I find that through ministering to others somehow I am blessed. I am not quite sure how it works but I know one thing, God has been faithful and He will continue to be faithful to me.
As people struggle with things in their lives, some they have control over and others they don’t, they cannot give up the joy that is in their heart. The joy is there to reach out to others in that person's time of need. Even in the midst of a struggle or trial that is the opportunity to reach out to as many people as you can. You truly will derive strength in it. The key to following this is to hear the small, still voice of Holy Spirit directing you as to where to reach out. If you do not follow His direction, you will just be chasing after rainbows and pots of gold so to speak. Do you ever find the actual beginning and end of that rainbow when it appears in the sky? Even if you physically started at the beginning point of the rainbow and physically you were able to get to the other end of it, by the time you attempted to get there it would already be gone from the sky. That is where you can lose that strength that is in the joy of the Lord. Running around in your own strength and trying to make things happen of your own free will and your time frame. Let it go and rest in knowing that God is in control and it is much better to let Him work it out in His timing. So many times people want it “now” and if they would have waited a few more minutes, hours, or even days what a triumph would have come to them. What about the faith of the elders that went before us? They are there in the bible to remind us of how God worked in a mighty way on their behalf in His timing.
When walking through a trial it is OK to have mourning and tears because joy does come following it. I keep hearing the words “weeping may endureth for a night but joy cometh in the morning.”

Blended Families Really Can Work, At Least The One I Encountered The Other DayTruly Works.
I heard of this gift idea and I really like it. A booklet with portraits taken of a blended family as a family. Imagine this…a portrait of the one spouse’s children, a portrait of the other spouse’s children; a combined portrait of all the children and the couple together; and then a portrait of the couple together. What a great idea to share with your family and friends the grand union of the two families together. I like that, I like that a lot.
I am sure there is work involved in the blending of the families with all the dynamics of personalities and likes and dislikes. When people are destined by God to be together no demon in hell can stop it. A man or woman can stop it because of a thing known as his or her own free will. If both yield to Holy Spirit and the direction, He leads both in their separate lives and then together as a couple then nothing should stop it. Your really need to know the character/reputation of the two main characters in the story, that is vital. Do not let looks, or feel good feelings turn your heart to another alone. There must be stability and grounding in their own life and the lives of their children too. Is there chaos and craziness in their lives or do they bring balance with stability and calmness? When you take two households that do not have organization, morals, and a love/heart for the Lord then I would say impossible. Even if you take two households that have all the above I just mentioned does not mean the blending will work out. Suppose there was one family that had some of the qualities but organization was lacking in the family. That is where the other spouse may be able to assist in the organization process once blended. Suppose one had a heart for the Lord and the other did not even know the Lord, that is known, as not being equally yoked, not a good thing at all. Suppose one was ministry bound and the other career bound. That could work for they would both be flowing in their gifting and what they are called to do in their lives. Suppose one has a wandering eye and just loves to get the attention of the opposite sex and it is a game with them to see how many will bring attention to them. Warning. Suppose one has claimed and professed your love for the other and then cheated on the faithful one while in the dating process, not good also. That could be an indicator of what lays head of you even after the marriage vows are spoken. Suppose one is younger than the other is and you are drawn to the younger one strongly by their looks. Guess what the looks will eventually fade and you have to love their heart and the tenderness that flows from them to you. Suppose one is greedy and the other is not, that can be tempered if both are willing to work together. If both are lax in disciplining of the children all hell could break loose in that household. If one were very loose with discipline and one very rigid that would make for disaster too. It would then become a struggle with the one set of children not liking that they are being told to do something by a parent that is not their biological parent, could feel a little uncomfortable. What would work best, in my opinion, that there is some sort of agreement that the biological parent would support the other spouse and stand behind them. If you see tendencies of instability at all in the potential spouse I would run from that or go through intense counseling way before the hint of marriage is even considered. Some people are just better, left not in a marriage situation and maybe their destiny is to remain single and embrace the singleness in their life. Some people like to play games and it becomes a challenge just to see if they can capture you and your attention. Once that has been achieved, the thrill of the victory is over and on to the next challenge for them in their life. Here today in your life and gone tomorrow so to speak.
Please do not think I am the doom and gloom person on this subject, I just want you to use discernment when it comes to selecting that spouse to not just be invited into your life but also the lives of your children. The children that you hold near and dear to your heart. Why would you go through all that one goes through to get to know someone and commit your heart and life to them only to find out months into your new marriage and life that they were just a fraud all along and when the real person that they truly are comes out to stay you feel cheated. Divorce is a hard road to walk down. If you have already been down that road
then make sure this is God directing this union so as to not have to walk that painful road again.
