Do You Ever Feel Like You Just Need To Get Away And Re-group, Then Do

Do you ever feel like you need to get away and re-group and refresh your spirit? I do and I did this yesterday and today. The place that draws me to a refreshing is by the water. It was a gorgeous day yesterday and today with the warmth of the sunshine and in the 60's yesterday and 70's today. I found myself in search of a body of water to be near so I could write. Let me share with you the beauty that I experienced yesterday and today. I  met a couple while at this destination. They shared with me that they have a home on this body of water and it gets nice and warm the water temp in the Summer to swim in it. This particular place I found is a very popular boat launch for people that like to fish. I did not just stumble on this place I discovered it by asking questions. It is a good thing to ask questions of local people. I learned something about a boat launch ramp. It seems to be that 2 people need to be a part of this, there is a drop off area where 1 person gets out of the boat and they go and get the truck with the boat trailer that transports the boat and another person is in the boat. When the truck or vehicle backs up to the boat it then goes into the boat trailer and something clicks and when it is connected it pulls the boat up the ramp and then they pull the boat our of the water.
The way the sun was shining it just glistened, you can see that in one of the pictures I posted. It is so peaceful here now that the majority of fishermen came in from fishing, to see the seagulls and a pontoon drive by. Do you have a place in your life when you find yourself becoming a bit agitated that you can go somewhere in nature and re-group? God created nature and run to the hills if you find peace there or the water if your peace and rest is there. I think it does not matter which one you choose it is the area that you connect with God. Away from the city noise and lights. When you are there you can hear and receive more from Holy Spirit, your mind is not clouded or cluttered. The song I shared with you the other day, there is a verse that stays with me"If you call us to the fire You will not withdraw Your hand we'll gaze into the flames and look for you."
When you are in the fire, so to speak, if you learn to not fight it and go through it you will come out. Two choices for you, to come out burned and smelling like the fire and then everyone will know you fought the fire or choice #2 gaze into the flames and look for Him. I learned something new today. When the ground is very dry it only takes one person to throw out a cigarette out their window and the next thing you know a brush fire starts. I asked questions of this couple when we were talking and I shared that I saw a brush fire the other day while on the highway. I never saw one prior to that. Do not create your own fires in your life that is a dangerous place to be. For it is not that easy to contain it and it spreads quickly. If you are called to the fire with the hand of God upon you then it is a controlled environment and it is He that guides you and pulls you through.
Fire can be used to refine you and your life. Do not murmur and complain but lift your eyes to the hills for that is where your help comes from this is what Holy Spirit showed me
God's Fire=purity=love=God
Let me share with the single people now that read this blog. I was at church earlier today and the pastor preached about marriages and he even addressed the single people too. If you are single do not get hung up on the idea of marriage that it will fix everything in your life and will make you complete. Do not let the idea of marriage become an idol in your life. You will eventually wake up confused if you think marriage will make you whole. Searching and trying to find another person, it must come from God. You must love God #1 and #2 is to love your spouse as yourself. God always is #1 and spouse #2. If the two will then seek the #1 all things are possible, miracles can come forth out of it. He cautioned singles to be careful and do not make marriage an idol and worship it. If you get it right, God #1 He'll find and connect you with the #2 in your life. Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all other things will be added unto you. Seek the #1. There was an altar call and a part of that altar call was for the singles to come forward, I did. I asked forgiveness if I sometimes take my eyes off of God and complain to Him that isn't it time that I got married. Our Father in heaven is a loving God that is quick to forgive, if you would just ask Him to forgive your wrong thinking and for getting out of line with where He wants you to be. Keep seeking Him and it is in the seeking of Him that He will reveal you to the one He has set aside just for you. Do not seek out the man or woman in your life in your own strength. Seek God and He will reveal your mate to you and to them also. Rest in His grace and mercy and TRUST in the Lord and HE will direct your path. Amen to that.

Do You Want Darkness To Flee? Listen To This Song It Cannot Stay When You Play This Battle Cry Song; Bless the Lord -Jeff Deyo

Listen to this song and truly listen to it. Go beyond the words and listen to the drum beat. It sure does sound like a battle cry type of song. Play it and watch darkness flee.

Darkness MUST Flee

I had a dream and when I woke from the dream while it was fresh in my mind/memory I sought the Lord. I let Holy Spirit pray through and with me as I prayed about the dream. That was awesome, He hand fed me the very words to pray in reference to this dream. You do not always have to pray a prayer from your own heart in times when you know you need to pray a prayer and not sure of the exact words to pray then ask Holy Spirit to hand feed you the words, He will and He is so faithful. He truly is, thank you Holy Spirit I love you and am in awe of your knowledge, creativity and love. I did not pray in the spirit, He gave me the very words to pray in my mind in English. I can share this much with you, the title of this writing is what I kept hearing repeatedly at the end of my prayer, "Darkness must flee."
Is there darkness in your life or is it hovering over you? Maybe darkness is around you in the form of others that want to saturate you with their darkness. Do not accept that garbage and it will flee from you. I have recently had the occasion to be around people that for whatever reason seem to be consumed in darkness. Not sure if it is their circumstances in life or darkness in their homes or if they are surrounded by darkness and negativity? All I know is when they bring this darkness around me it has to flee in the name of Jesus. For darkness cannot exist in the presence of the light and love of Jesus. Darkness, I have learned, will try to steal your joy. Remember this, the joy of the Lord is your strength you have dominion over darkness and the powers that darkness tries to dump on you. You are more than a conqueror through Jesus and greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. You can do all things through Christ Jesus that strengthens you and every tongue that rises up against you will be conquered/condemned by God. When you look at it in that perspective why would you want to knowingly let darkness penetrate your life and the lives of your family?
Stand up and be the woman or man of God that you have been created to be and do not wimp out and let darkness take control.
I have found that when darkness is around you, remove yourself from the darkness at times and regroup. If it means walking away into another room do it. If it means going into a quiet area and praying against it to silence it then do it. If it means to speak with a tone to address it then do it. Just because you speak in a tone does not mean it has to be some loud, arrogant tone. If you know who you really are in Jesus and the power and authority you have in Him in your life the enemy knows exactly who you are and the power that lives inside of you. It has to bow at the name of Jesus and the authority released in you through His presence with His name and you will be amazed at how the enemy has to be silenced with the words you speak to silence him and it can even be done with a smile on your face, Imagine that!!!
Darkness knows when authority walks in the room or atmosphere. You will find that darkness will rear it's ugly head, so to speak, and all you have to do is take spiritual authority and it has to shut up or flee or do both. For too long Christians have been not using their true authority given to them to silence the enemy for they think the enemy is some big, bad thing. I once wrote about what Holy Spirit showed me what the extent of the enemy is. Think of a very tiny pea on the sidewalk, you probably can not see it from the distance right. You will notice it more clearly when you are just about to walk in front of it lying on the ground. A pea does not have a strong outer shell once it has been processed and canned as a vegetable right? That is the extent of the strength of the enemy, very weak. So, lets take it a step further now. When you see that pea lying on the ground it takes no effort at all that needs to be exerted to step on it and squash it right? Then just do it. Do not make out the enemy to be bigger, grander in size than he really is. So very small and you have the authority to step on it with hardly any force at all and it is crushed. Don't cower back now when this is the greatest time to shine your light for Jesus and darkness will flee. Do not hide your light under a bushel basket but act like you should act if Jesus is inside of you and you know the authority that also comes with that. Place your light on a hill for that is where your help comes from the Lord and shine for all the territory to see that the Lord has given to you. Shine, Shine, Shine
One more final thought, I did not just tell darkness to flee in these situations. I also prayed for these individuals that the darkness flees in their lives and that the light of Jesus shines in them. You know, Jesus died on the cross for all of us so none should perish in hell for all eternity. Just because darkness is around someone does not mean that you should not pray for them to be set free and to have and know a true relationship with Jesus. Pray that their household and family receive Jesus into their hearts and that their destinies will be fulfilled in their very lives and most importantly, they will spend eternity in heaven. That step is even far more important than telling darkness to flee. What good is it fleeing when it will try to return again. Take that special moment to pray on behalf of that person that their life will be changed by the touch of Jesus. Why live a life fighting darkness when you can be set free from it and then you are able to fulfill all that God has destined you to fulfill in your life. Use your spiritual authority and then pray for them to be set free and to be able to experience that new found freedom in their life, Jesus.

Reach For Others

Today I will share with you what I read this morning as part of my daily devotional. It was given to me from the church that I attend. May you be blessed with it.

"Why...have (You) laid the burden...on me?" NU 11:11 NKJV

"Reach For Others
Some of us know how to give, but not receive. As a result we fail to reach our growth potential or accomplish what God planned for us. Somebody within your reach right now knows something you need to know; something you'll never discover on your own. Get close to them and draw water from their well. It's pride that keeps us weak. Weak people don't reach for others, wise people do. Moses asked God, "Why...have (You) laid the burden of all these people on me?" God said, "I didn't, you took it on yourself." Then He instructed Moses, "Gather...seventy men...whom you know to be elders...Then...I will take of the Spirit that is upon you and will put the same upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with you" (Nu 11:16-17 NKJV).
A newspaper carried the story of a woman who fell asleep behind the wheel and plunged her car through a guardrail on the highway. It dangled precariously, sixty feet in the air. Motorists stopped, grabbed ropes, tied them to the back of the woman's car and hung on till the emergency units arrived. A ladder was extended from below to help stabilize the car while firefighters chained the vehicle to tow trucks. Every time her car moved she screamed. It took over two hours for passers-by, the highway patrol, tow truck drivers and firefighters-about twenty-five people in all-to pull her to safety. The fire captain at the scene said later, "It was kinda funny. She kept shouting, "I'll do it myself!" Are you like that? If you want to enjoy God's best, reach for others!"

May I Share A Testimony With You?

Let me share a brief testimony with you, it will encourage you and bring glory to God. There's a person that moved from one location to another with hope in their heart. This person found them self in a new community and the task of learning a new job at the same time. This person is a person of prayer and fasting as Holy Spirit leads them and they also have faith to believe that a mountain can be moved.
When this happening occurred they were still fasting and seeking the Lord. Divine insight and favor came to them in their hour of need. This person was learning the restaurant business and was cross trained in the duties of the business operation. Their niche was working with the customers and greeting them with a warm, sincere smile along with kind words. One day there was a schedule change and this person found them self working and running the kitchen. From what I understand, that could be a daunting task for one that does not operate the kitchen on a daily basis. On this particular day, there were a few orders that needed to be prepared and delivered that morning. This person prepared to a certain degree for they are a person that likes order and organization. They went over all the orders and figured out what they needed in advance, ie. how many pickles, garnishes, side items etc and added notes on how to prepare the items ordered. They went into work and put aside all the items on the list so they knew that they had all the tools needed when starting to pull the orders together. It got to be a bit much and the staff rallied around to make it happen. What a great crew they had working with them that day.
They completed the first order and delivered it and in the midst of getting the second order ready to deliver the health department stopped in to complete an inspection. This is where the grace, wisdom and favor of God comes into play. Holy Spirit directed this person in when to speak and not and the staff rallied around again as a team. The inspection grade given was 99 A. To God be the glory for you see, in the natural, a novice would not have experience in an inspection situation but with God all things are possible. His favor is with His people.
What seems impossible in your life right now? I heard a preacher yesterday evening that presented it this way...Look at the word "impossible" If you would pause and place a space between im possible see how a simple space in the word can bring such hope to one. Think about that, the great I AM is letting you know that through Him it is possible.
Let me now share something in my life. See the picture I posted, look at the bracelet.

I created the bracelet to match the necklace that was given to me as a gift.
I received the necklace as a gift, I also received a gift card to a cute and charming store and I found a pair of earrings to match the necklace there. I like jewelry to coordinate and I needed a bracelet to coordinate with it and could not find one at that store. It dawned on me, AAH I make bracelets so now I was on a mission-to create. Through the help of a very talented manager at a craft store, she explained to me how to incorporate a chain into the bracelet design to get the same effect as the necklace, it worked. You see, God gives you the talent and the wisdom to create do not be afraid to ask questions. Do not shy away from a task because it may cause you to be stretched in the process. Stretching your gift allows you to stretch your faith at the same time.
Take that leap of faith today in an area you need to be stretched in. If you do you will see the final outcome and sit back and thank Holy Spirit for Him creating through you. Stretch today and be thankful that the opportunity is there today. For today's stretch may be a solution you can help another with tomorrow.

May I Share With You A Tidbit On Praying For Your Family? Estranged, Close Family Members, And Even Family Members You May Have Never Met Before.

I would like to share a simple yet powerful prayer for you to pray on behalf of family members. If you are believing and standing in faith that family members will be saved then stretch your boundaries in prayer for them. If you are married or not, even if you may be divorced or widowed you can still pray for family members for household salvation. I would trust that you are not harboring anger or hatred for former family members because they may have hurt you. Let go of the anger and resentment in your heart and ask Jesus to let it go and forgive you and to take that from you. Hell is real and people will live there for all eternity if they do not ask forgiveness of their sins and invite Jesus into their hearts. No matter what the hurt you may have experienced do you really want to see someone live in hell for all eternity? I trust your answer is no, I pray your answer is no.
Holy Spirit showed this to me a while ago and let me share it with you. You can pray for both sides of your family bloodline. Pray in faith that a drop of Jesus' blood covers both sides of your family bloodline both known and unknown around the world and thank Him for household salvation, household ministry, household destinies, and household deliverance are fulfilled in their lives. The blood that you are praying over them from Jesus is for their protection. You may ask why would you pray for both known and unknown. You just may have a relative that you may have never met that lives on another continent around the world. They are entitled to salvation too, do you agree? Take your prayers to an extended level and do not just keep them as selfish prayers. Jesus died for all of the family members in your bloodline. Someone more than likely prayed in your family bloodline for your very salvation so go ahead and add this prayer to your prayer life and let Holy Spirit  flow. You may never meet them in your earthly life journey but you will surely meet them in heaven and that is most important for that will last for all eternity.
Did you tell your children that you loved them today? Life can be short and what you take for granted today may not be there for you tomorrow to share. I recently heard that a relative died suddenly of a heart attack leaving behind children. I may never know if they told their children that they loved them that very day. I do know this though, they are a part of the family bloodline so they have been prayed for daily for quite a time now. Who do you know or not even know that can use your very prayer this very day? Do not hoard your prayers expand your boundaries and pray for those that may need your very prayer this very day.
